I love their menu: it has signature iced Mexican mocha , Lotus plant based energy drinks , fresh fruit smoothies, and light hot breakfast items . It has modern interior designs. There are table and chair right next to the door for you to sit and enjoy . My favorite items are : Sparking pomegranate , honey almond latte , lavender chai , tomato basil soup , roast turkey and Swiss croissant . They have many hot drinks am dive coffees too . Normally I would expect a coffee bar that's attached to a department store to not really be all that great (maybe chain restaurant quality at best), but the Nordstrom Ebar is surprisingly decent at what they do. There isn't much seating as it's moreso a booth connected to one of the entrances on the first floor of the Nordstrom store, but there's a good amount of seating around the entrance that you could use instead (though do keep in mind that this is Valley Fair and as a result the seats may be taken already). The service has also been friendly from most of my experiences here, so that's a pleasant bonus too. The drinks seem to vary a bit in quality, though I imagine it's probably due to my own preferences rather than the fault of the coffee bar itself. My favorite so far has been the Lavender Chai, which had a unique flavor that I don't think I've ever encountered at any other coffee place before. The flavor of the chai is also distinct, which you can also taste in the spiced chai. Some of the plant-based lotus energy drinks have been good as well, though whatever they're using for the lotus energy part is REALLY strong and has resulted in me being unable to sleep when I drink it later in the day. I would advise only ordering this drink in the morning, especially if your caffeine tolerance is a little weaker like mine. Their new Dirty Sodas have been a hit or miss. The Strawberry Shortcake and Mango Passion were both decent, but the Vanilla Berry and Cake Pop Dirty Soda were a little disappointing. I haven't bothered to try the others, but I'm not interested enough in soda to try I would, however, NOT recommend their matcha drinks. The matcha is on the weaker side and when you have Matcha Cafe Maiko just one floor above and only a short walk from one of Nordstrom's second floor entrances, it just seems smarter to go there instead. The strawberry part of their Strawberry Cloud Matcha was stronger than the matcha itself, and I'll assume it's likely the same with the other two Cloud variants as well. The matcha here was clumpy so I was caught with bitter clumps of powder every few sips. But it wasn't the sweetest, even with vanilla sweetener, and wasn't watered down so it wasn't undrinkable. Amazing service! So kind and courteous and the coffee was good too...no less than 5 stars from me for sure. The order and checkout process was super efficient and quick. I ordered the Lavender Chai with almond milk...it was pretty good, but a bit too sweet for my taste. So I asked the staff to add more milk and she was so so kind and courteous about the whole thing. Forgot to ask her name. She gave me a whole glass of milk so I could adjust as needed. I had a bad headache and I felt really good after the hot cup of delicious lavender chai ...highly recommend trying this drink. I asked how is the almond roca they said it is their most popular drink, and I asked about their pumpkin chocolate chip walnut cake and they said it is their favorite! So I got both and I am loving both items! The pumpkin chocolate chip walnut cake is incredibly delicious! It taste like pumpkin pie but in a cake form. They've done a great job modernizing the space, love the electronic menus that they can update with ease. Food options are great, and there is a variety.. you can always find something delicious. It was time for a late afternoon coffee. So we stopped by eBar at Nordstrom for a caffeine fix. The person who took our order (Jhezel) was adorable. Super sweet and gave a recommendation for a drink that was refreshing and really good. We got a double espresso on ice, and an espresso drink that had caramel drizzle, oat milk, and mocha. Delicious! It was the morning of Black Friday and I have been up since Thanksgiving morning. I was in the Apple store with my friend waiting to get her phone fix , it was about 10 something and I haven't slept. My eyes wanted to give up on me. I COULDN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE! Starbucks was to far away from the Apple store so I settled on going to Nordstrom's eBar. GOOD THING it was so close by. This is my first time trying anything from the eBar. I got in line and had time to look at the menu for a bit. There was about 3 people ahead of me. I decided on a Grande Non-fat Caramel Macchiato, 2 Madeline cookies and a Red Velvet Whoopie pie. I must have really wanted coffee because the first thing I said to my friend when I got back to the Apple store was "Damn this coffee is better then Starbucks!" I munched on my 2 Madeline cookies and became less hungry. I was not yet a happy girl but I was getting there. Mm,coffee and Madeline cookies! I saved my Red Velvet whoopie pie for later tasting. I finally ate the whoopie pie about an hour later and boy it had an interesting texture. Hard on the outside with a melted cream cheese middle on the inside. This is my first time ever eating a whoopie pie but, I really enjoyed it. I enjoy things that look sweet but aren't really that sweet. I ordered the salted caramel mocha and it turned out to be okay. It didn't taste as well as the one I had at Starbucks. Also the one from Ebar was more expensive and that was the smallest size I ordered. The employees here were friendly. This is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat or get something to go. Their friendly staff provides fast service and this is a good alternative to the food court. It is also relatively inexpensive. I ordered the sparkling pomegranate lemonade and chose the lemon chicken bowtie pasta salad. Both tasted great. The sparkling pomegranate lemonade was very refreshing. The pasta salad hit the spot. I loved the overall taste. The feta cheese and arugula really add to the salad and the lemon vinaigrette was wonderful. I will definitely be back when I'm in the mall again. As far as mall coffee goes, eBar is as good as it gets! I love love love their iced white mochas - they are the perfect blend of espresso and white chocolate. Most white mochas are too sweet but these are just perfect for my taste buds. They don't skimp on their espresso either - two shots in a grande that really pack a punch! They used to also make a mean zebra mocha (white and dark chocolate) but I have outgrown those, as they are too sweet for me now. Their non caffeinated drinks are delish as well. On the rare days I'm not in the mood for coffee (hah!), I go for the sparkling pomegranate lemonade or the orange pineapple spritzer. Both are fruity sweet and refreshing! The line does get long at times but the baristas usually process the line fairly quickly. Sometimes they'll have one person take drink orders before you get to the register to expedite the line. As an added bonus, some of their male baristas are quite nice to look at! So visit often, yelpers! ;) read more

I have been going to this place for years, okay decades! It is the best caffe in Valley Fair in my opinion. I always loved their drip coffees. Their Ice Storms (like a Frapuccino but with much more flavor), are the best. My favorite is the Caramel Ice Storm. The workers are always friendly, and I also like how they offer a ton of baked goods and light lunch fare. The sandwiches are about $7.50 which are reasonable. They also offer vegan donuts (the same kind that Whole Foods carry) so my kids greatly appreciate that :-) BTW, the maple vegan donuts are amazing and you won't even know they are vegan. read more

This is the place I go when I am thirst at the Valley Fair Mall. It is located in the left hand corner of Nordstrom's entrance. I like their teas like African Nectar and their fruity drinks like Raspberry Lemon Cooler. The Cooler is yummy. The service team is not really that friendly but the service is fast and they have never messed up my order. (I would be really concerned if anyone messed up putting a tea bag in a cup of hot water.)
