Worse layout of any Starbucks I have ever visited and I have visited them all the way from Seattle to NYC. Parking is tight and only 1 way out. There is hardly any seating and I think they had more space for merchandise than they did for seating. Coffee was slow, but on par with other Starbucks. DO NOT STEP INSIDE THIS LOCATION IF YOU'RE IN A HURRY!! I used to be in the hospitality industry, so I'm always willing to give any food service establishment a second chance. I've given this specific location more than enough chances to improve their service, but as of today, I've given up! There were at least 7 or 8 people behind the counter, but there was only one person on the register one person making coffee and one person helping the window. Whomever is the managing this location needs to manage the performance of their employees. It is out right ridiculous, almost laughable. It pains me to have to give this location one star. I was in on Monday at an apparently busy time, no big deal, but the service there was insanely horrible, the staff was a bunch of little a - holes laughing about customers leaving unhappy and/or mad, I watched my drink sit at the drive through counter (I was a walk in customer) for at least 10 minutes all the while watching the girl who was making the drinks touch all over her face between making drinks..I never really expect the best service out of Starbucks around here, but I was really disappointed at myself for waking 30 minutes in that little shop on a overpriced mediocre coffee read more

6/10 always get my order wrong, I'm not picky but overall not the experience you want to have when you come to any food/drink business. There are some super rude and careless workers here and of course you have some happy helpful ones as well but the bad out weighs the good. The manager Ashley ,while I was in line in cafe did not care to smile, and appreciate her customers especially when they visibly tell her about the customers not wearing masks, the store looked clean but as a manager I'd expect better customer service from someone who's supposed to be setting and example, she doesn't look friendly at all. She took my order hastily didnt care to make a connection at all. Don't feel like I'm in a friendly welcoming environment and I've been to plenty of Starbucks. The one off of I-35 and 1285 CR123 has long wait times but I'm willing to wait for better customer service and a well made drink 9/10 times I'm there throughout any part of my day. When I first moved to town, this store quickly became a favorite. Several baristas knew my name and I enjoyed my weekly Starbucks runs. I've been in a few "pay it forward" drive-through lines, and even started one myself (when the car in front has paid for your drink and you have the option to pay for the person behind you - nice way to start the day!). Perhaps the store suffers from the high volume of business it receives being so close to the freeway and the outlet mall, but after a number of bad experiences in the last couple of years I've stopped going to this store. For example, I walked in one morning and ordered my usual - an iced caramel macchiato. When it was served without the espresso shots, I kind of chuckled and told the barista he forgot the shots. He actually argued with me and insisted he made it perfectly. (If you're familiar with an iced macchiato, it has 3 distinct layers of color - with the coffee forming a dark brown layer on top.) I'm holding a white glass of iced milk and the barista is telling me to move along? The experience was so unpleasant that it put a damper on my whole day - I'm not sure I've ever complained about a drink before, but I'll never do it again - I'll just throw it away, suck up the $4 loss, and save myself the public embarrassment. OK, so anyone can have an off day. Eventually I went back to this store and ordered a hot latte through the drive-through. I get to work and discover that I have a cup of hot milk - again, a drink with no coffee. When I bought a pound of whole beans with my registered card they don't know anything about giving me a free small drink with the purchase. Well, I'm done with that store. I now make coffee at home every day. I only stop at Starbucks on road trips, or occasionally when I'm in Target. read more

I paid almost $6 for a venti cup that was only filled up 3/4ths full. I had to fill it up the rest of the cup with half-and-half to get the drink that I paid almost $6 for. This Starbucks location is horrible. If i pay the almost $6 price, I am not paying for a small/medium size in a bigger cup. Avoid this location! read more

This Starbuck's does have good throughput on the drivethru,as they are used to being busy; there is always a line but they get through it quick. My main complait is that they don't seem interested in improving. Everytime I go to this store, their Vanilla Latte's are NEVER sweet like all other Starbuck's. This time I watched to see how the "Barista" pumped the syrup; she was trying to pump it so fast, probably 4 pumps in a just over a second, that it doesn't get all the syrup that it should. It is obvious, but I have mentioned this to them 4 times and every time they reply back with "I did 4 full pumps". They then put in two more pumps but it is still not as sweet as every other Starbuck's. The girl this morning seemed to not care at all. They are fast and fairly effecient, but what difference is it if you have to get them to correct the drink everytime. I just want a consistent experience and they don't provide it. I have never written a review of a food place before, but was so frustrated that I had to. I'm done with this one. read more
