this is the worst Starbucks I have been to.They are extremely slow, the employees attitudes sucks. I order and iced Vanilla latte and they stuffed so much ice in my coffee I had to demand they make it over. The only positive thing about this Starbucks is it has a drive-thru. I go here regularly since my husband and I moved to Savannah. Every time I've been the coffee has been great and staff has been extremely friendly. Sometimes there is a little wait but no more then any other drive thru you would normally go through! read more

This has to be my least favorite Starbucks location now. Filled with incompetent people. Ever since they moved from the other Abercorn location next to Pep Boys, it has been a nightmare. Long wait times, and routine mess ups on drinks. For example, today, I ordered two ICED caramel macchiatos, and received them hot. I tried to help THEM out by asking for ice, but instead of identifying that this was indeed THEIR mistake, they ignore the fact that it was wrong and hand me a cup of ice so that I can pour the hot drink myself. It totally tasted watery instantly, so I asked for a remake. I then was charged $0.43 for THEIR bad...okay, whatever. I don't appreciate the attitude I was given by Anthony, you need to learn better ways to cope with your stress, God forbid if you are the manager. By far the slowest Starbucks ever! I spent 15 in the drivethru before I go out and went in and spent another 10 minutes. They were making drinks wrong, putting drinks at the window when they were for inside customers and the people after me got a frappe and a caramel machiatto before I got my tall latte. Pathetic service, no leadership in there. Being manned by high school girls on break apparently. So if you have 30 minutes to wait for a coffee, I recommend it. By the way, after 25 minutes I was still done before the 4th car in front of me from the drivethru. Terrible and unapologetic from the staff. I wish I could post with negative stars. read more

No reason for a 20 minute wait time to even place an order in the drive thru. Pulled up to order, no acknowledgment even though I can see their camera on me. Still waiting five minutes later to move one car length ahead. Ridiculous...this is not the Starbucks I grew up loving. Customer service is paramount and paying attention is critical. read more

Fourth day in a row I arrive to find out they are out of something. Being out of cold brew coffee at a coffee shop was the last chance I'm willing to give. Long wait times and it seems only the manager knows anything that's going. Ordered a bagel and cream cheese through the Starbucks app and picked up a bagel with butter and a fork. When I asked about it the girl said, "Oh, we're out of cream cheese so I gave you butter. And we're also out of knives so I gave you a fork." Guess as a customer I just take whatever they give me, huh? Gave them four chances and it never got any better. My money will be spent at another location from now on. read more

Poor service.. Less than friendly staff. I spent most of the day at this Starbucks... And was disappointed in the service. Breakfast sandwich was poorly made... ( can't be turkey..sandwich with no turkey) and I ordered two cups of coffee one if which sat on the coffee dispenser for at least 7 minutes...WITH NO ONE IN LINE....no other orders holding it up... The staff just forgot about it I suppose. It sat there no top on it..open to the air.. Until I asked about my coffee and the barista was like"here take it" .. Didn't even offer to make another cup. Must have been the backup.... Staff... Because usually starbucks has lights out service.... New location... Nice interior design....Piss poor service. read more

Slowest Starbucks ever. Huge line at drive through and huge crowd waiting for drinks inside. Took 10 min to get an iced mocha. 4 baristas working and very little getting done. The Starbucks in San Francisco deal with more volume and have two thirds less staff and rarely have waits. These guys need to be retrained. read more

First time at this Starbucks. Ordered 2 different cold drinks. Both were terrible. Returned the first one, they accidentally made it without coffee...exchanged for a hot drink. 2nd cold drink was just awful. Flavor, consistency...all of it. Didn't return that one, we had given up by that point. It's a new location, hopefully they can figure it out soon. The wifi did work great though. read more

Savannah, Ga didn't not prove to be southern sweet. I found people in the customer service world to be rude. It made me sad. I came into their drive through this morning and ordered a grande frappucino. I came up to the window and the girl told me they decided to surprise me and give me a venti. With that small act of kindness they made my day about 50 times better. I had just come from putting my dog of 10 years down and I cried and told them I appreciated their act of kindness so much because I just had to pur my dog down and they told me it was on the house. Out of all the Starbucks I have been to (quite a few) that was the nicest thing one has ever done for me. I will definitely be back to this location. read more

I go to this Starbucks often do to the simple convenience of the drive through. When they first built this location I was super excited to have a drive through option. However they closed the one on the corner of Montgomery. This location is always super busy which is good and bad. Unfortunately I think this location is still working out the kinks. I decided against the drive through last Friday because the line was wrapped around the front of the store. I parked went in ordered and waited like many others, for 45 minutes for coffee. A very simple iced coffee. There were seven employees working behind the counter. The shelves looked disheveled. Counter space loaded with mess. The cashier that checked me out looked at me twice without really looking at me and thought I was a different customer each time. She was completely confused and overwhelmed. The drive through girl looked as if she was trying to help the batista the best she could and the manager was simply filling spices. Which I get is important but more of like a C priority when you have a 45 minute ticket time on coffee. The manager should've shifted some people and got them cranking out the product. There where a lot of less than satisfied customers waiting long lengths for customers. Hope they can get it together soon. read more

My husband and I stopped at this starbucks do to it being around the corner of my car dearlership, that was repairing my jetta. we walked in ordered a vent cappuccino with 2 extra shots of espresso extra extra dry and a caramel Frap, not another customer waiting for drinks my husband went and sat down, I stood at the counter waiting for our drinks, after about 10 minutes a gentleman behind the counter asked if I was waiting on a call in order I informed him no we had placed our order at the counter, he then asked what did I order when I told him a V "Venti" cap 2 extra shots xdry he told me he did not like my attitude!! when I told him I did not have an attitude and was simply answering his question, he informed me he would call the police on myself, completely in shock we demanded a refund and told them we did not want our order which they hadn't even started. I spoke with corporate the next morning, explaining the situation and the racial slur that this manager called myself on they way out, they has the district manager call myself, to be further insulted by having him tell me that he received a call from a customer claiming he told the manager to call the police, funny there where only two people at the counter this night myself and the manager, having working in the legal field for 30 plus years to add insult to injury is completely unacceptable. I would avoid this starbucks by all means!!! Anyone who wants to open a coffee house please do so close to this location I promise with good customer service you will put this starbucks out of business...UNACCEPTABLE!!! If you drink Starbucks on almost a daily basis you know exactly what you want. This new location in Savannah is frustrating because they ignore you when ordering apparently. On multiple occasions now when requesting "x" number of pumps (twice at the register for confirmation) of a flavor syrup I still received my coffee with the full amount of syrup and the label does not indicate my order. On top of that, this is the SLOWEST Starbucks around. If you are in a hurry do not expect to be on time after waiting here for a beverage. read more

This new Starbucks is nice and all design and location wise, but every single time I come in in the morning to get a coffee or go through the drive thru, I legit wait 20-35 minutes!! I time them to see if the next time I go if it's any faster but it's not. I know they are busy and all but why is there a drive thru if it takes 20 minutes for coffee?? By the time I get up to the window to pay (20 minutes later) they JUST start making my drink, and my food had already been sitting there for 10 minutes, so it's cold. So I feel bad to ask them to reheat it because if know that's going to take an additional few minutes, and the people behind me are waiting for their coffee. I asked them this morning to reheat my butter croissant because it was cold when I got to the window and she gave it back to me. I drove off and look inside, it's burnt. But what's the point of going back your fix it.. to wait even longer?? I was over it at that point.. I like my morning coffee but it's not worth it dealing with all of this. read more
