Busy branch but line ups move fast. Kind of staff you run into depends on the shift that's working: Wednesday afternoons are friendly and personable. Place is good for onesies and twosies but if you're in a group better come during non-rush hours. I love the fact they have a lot of available outlets to charge your phone or laptop (look under the tables). Typical Starbucks offerings but check online for their secret menu or ask if it's not on the menu and they'll do their best to accommodate you. It was not on their menu but I was able to order a dirty chai (chai with a shot of espresso) and a chocolate croissant warmed up; yes, you can have your sandwiches and baked goods warmed. When I'm not in the mood for Timmies because I want better quality food and coffee, and I don't mind paying more, then I'll come here. read more

Though this Starbucks has limited seating..... but on this rainy Friday afternoon I can pick wherever I want to chill... either at the table/the bar or even some comfy sofa style seating. Not like this place was not busy, but most people are getting their coffee to go.. which is A-OK to me! The set up is a little different than the others I been to, in fact you have to go and order at the back of the store, there's where the line starts..and you wait for your drinks in front. And this Starbucks hires Seniors as workers, that is a little different from all those teens that works in others I been to!! read more

Where are all these people coming from ?! It was 1:30 on Monday afternoon and it was packed. In a huge shopping complex, there is a very large lot with heaps of parking spots. I like the taste of Starbucks coffee, but I hate the high prices. Hence, why I only get Starbucks if I have too, or if I fell like I need a change. This location is busy during the day. The location is small, and the seating is extremely limited. You sometimes feel like your having conversations with people at the other tables, because its so cramped. Other than the cramped quarters, its your typical Starbucks- great tasting products, high prices. read more

Always extremely nice and happy to answer questions or make suggestions about how to get your drink prepared. I'm not a regular but they do seem to know the ones who are. I like this Starbucks! I've been coming here for years. It'd a mid sized location with some seating inside & in warmer months they have seating outside as well. They don't have a drive threw. The service is always friendly but can be slow. They can get pretty busy depending on the time of day so if you're in a hurry I wouldn't stop here. My orders have always been made correctly. Limited seating, both inside and out. Gets a little tight so be prepared to have your coffee to go. Other than that they are quick and so far have always got my order right. Staff are friendly the majority of the time. Have had some burnt tasting coffee, but they're usually good at replacing it if you ask nicely :) read more

This is probably the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. One girl at the cash was very nice which makes me sad I had to give this place one star but the employee helping her named Mike (I think ) was extremely rude. He was being very aggressive towards me when I did absolutely nothing wrong. I just ordered my drink and he gave me so much attitude for no reason. On top of it all he rolled his eyes and called me"hun" which I felt was very unprofessional. This Starbucks should definitely get rid of this guy because I do not recommend this location to anyone I know. read more

This Starbucks is packed! Nice patio outside for the warm summer days to enjoy your drinks. Baristas here make good Pumpkin Spice Lattes.

This location is open an hour later compared to other ones so that's good. It's in a really great area that's close to a Walmart, Cineplex, outlets, etc. With that being said, it's a very high traffic area so finding an available table to work on can be tricky. Even more so if you need an outlet. I never cared too much for this location enough to give it a solid review. Nothing really stuck out too much. However, my last few visits have been way below satisfactory. The last time I was here, it was quite dirty. What really was the cherry topper on that visit was they had no toilet paper. As in at all. I went into the restroom but both had no toilet paper so I decided to ask an employee. They came back a little later and he said they didn't have anymore. I wasn't too bothered because the employee was nice about it and apologized and said he was embarassed. The visit, there were 2 customers after me who ordered 2 cold Frappuccinos, and their drink was made first. I had a tea latte. You literally only had to steam milk as the cashier did most of the work. The associates here aren't very social but they're polite. Ok! This been the worst Starbuck I've been. The one made drink for us name is PAIGE. I was standing there and she gave attitude about my drink. The store is not even busy. She kept telling her customers about how stupid my drink is and also I order 2 of them and she didn't even make the second one properly. If she doesn't like her job just quit. Stop complain about it. All staffs at Starbuck are nice but not her.she should get fired. She will bring all company down If theh keep her there. Might be a reason why store not busy! I'm just so disappointed read more

Pretty convenient location. Came here for the pastry and drink special today. Drink tasted consistent with other locations, tried their new bakery company's cinnamon sugar brioche (which tastes like a swirly croissant cinnabun ?). It was good however did not have enough flavour to it, got kind of dry. It was nice that the worker warmed it up for me. Pastries taste better when they are warmed up :) This location since they first opened has added more seating which is really nice due to the amount of traffic that comes in. It's nice to see them accommodate the customers better in this way. Customer service is pretty good and consistent at this location. read more

The service is awesome. Everyone is super nice. There's one guy who does art work on the cups. It's fun to go. I love the food and drinks.
