Went inside to order -- it was a little busy, but there wasn't a line, which was nice. I got the tomato mozzarella panini and an iced passion tango tea with lemonade. Both were very good! I placed my order on the app before I arrived, which made things super smooth. This location features a drive-thru and a small shared parking lot, along with both patio and indoor seating options. After flying the redeye from Portland to Chicago I needed coffee. Of course I went for my regular Starbucks. I found the one by my favorite mall in Schaumburg. This place is busy and I mean the cars are lined up like there's free gas with coffee. I decided to walk in since I love the atmosphere of the store. People tend to be relaxed inside compared to the rush of the drive through crowd. Upon walking in I saw a team of workers with headsets working like synchronized swimmers. Unfortunately no one noticed me. About 2.5 minutes later, Hallie (manager) came and took my order. I typed that very casually. However, Hallie was working on her laptop at a high top table. She was so tuned to the store that she was multitasking the laptop, customers and workers. High fives to Hallie!! This is how business succeeds!! We went to this Starbucks two days in a row and the service and coffee was fabulous. Brandon was working both days. He greeted us with a smile on day one and the second day he remembered our names. Starbucks tend to be ubiquitous - they are everywhere and consistent in the coffees they serve. Some differ by ambiance or even cleanliness, others by the level of service provided. All to often, I don't take the time to review Starbucks. When looking at this, I see that I've checked in several times, so they deserve a review. My needs are simple - black coffee. I can't have any of their food items due to dietary restrictions (other than a banana...). I'm not much for flavored drinks or those watered down with milk (oat milk for me), although I've been known to get one occasionally and Iced Tea. One thing about this is they do good business. I get there early, the drive-through is full, and there is a short wait at the counter. The baristas move quickly, so getting your drink takes very little time. Also, getting black coffee means you don't have to wait for the coffee bar. Most of the time, I get the coffee and head to my office. But this location is comfortable and usually quiet. Occasionally, I sit at a table and work from there. Considering other Starbucks, this location is clean, the baristas are friend;y, they tend to work quickly, and they get the orders right. Since this is less than a mile from my office, I will stop by periodically when I feel like getting coffee rather than making coffee. read more

Easy in; easy out of this Starbuck's drive-through location on Meacham road. My drink of choice is typically a skinny vanilla latte with oat milk, but lately, I have been trying other flavors, like pistachio. It can be tricky getting into the drive-through line on a busy weekend morning with other businesses nearby, but the line moves pretty fast. This location is always fast, and the baristas here are super welcoming and friendly at the drive-through window. I also appreciate them taking time to share how much I might have remaining on a gift card. I love that you can usually get a hot breakfast sandwich here in the morning when I've been to other nearby locations that seem to run out pretty quickly. read more

The coffee was rich in full-bodied espresso mixed with flavors of peppermint, chocolate and whipped cream. The smell and taste of the coffee was really good. I learnt that this beverage was inspired from holiday candies. One of the nicest things during the holiday season at Starbucks are the red coffee cups which give the mood of the holiday season. It's in a brand new little shopping area off of Meachem right amidst all the corporate offices. +This location has a drive thru! +Because it's new and no one knows of this location yet, there is NO ONE there! Yes, that's right. I went through the drive thru at 7am with no line, no wait, and saw no one inside either. This won't last long but for now it's a lovely benefit. +They have a fancy schmancy order board that is all digitalized in the drive thru. +Everything is brand spankin' new inside so it's all nice and clean. +They have all the usual drink options plus the hot menu items and a selection of other things, as well. +They open at 4:30am each day! That's a bit earlier than other locations. Daily hours are 4:30am-10pm except on Friday & Saturday when they are open until 11pm. This location is extremely convenient to my company so a few of us have already hit it up in the morning. "Starbucks Cafe and Coffee shop" that's what is says on the google map. But in reality afternoon there are only two types of coffee is being served Pike and Espresso. And If you try to order any other type of coffee like a dark roast, then a "Barista" strongly recommends Pike, or just give you a pike as a dark roast coffee. And to make a pourover coffee for the "Barista" at Starbucks is a mission impossible. After Starbucks got rid of their former rewards structure, I was relieved; I could finally try the dozens of independent coffee shops in California guilt-free. I've fallen in love with many of them and never looked back. Fast-forward to now and this Starbucks. It's relatively new, and it made me fall back in love with Starbucks -- as in love as I was 15 years ago when I first started going there and baristas knew your name and preferred drinks, and it felt more like a cafe and less like McDonald's. This Starbucks deserves all the kudos. The baristas take it back home. I was actually taken aback when, on only my second visit, a barista asked if we were getting "the regular." (I think I stared at him for a few seconds before replying.) Inside, there is plenty of seating and a wide variety, too. You have a community table, bar seating (with a view of the world or the baristas), high tables, and regular tables. The decor is modern, bright, and inviting. Of course, the pastry is quite similar to other locations. The staff have always been pleasant. They do get busy at times but they usually have enough people running the orders that it doesn't take too long to get out of there with your beverage. Overall, a fantastic place. This brand new Starbucks is a wonderful addition to the Schaumburg area (especially because it's across the street from work)! It is decent in size, with a very classy style. They have lots of tables/chairs (in varying heights and lengths), making it easy to sit and hang out, work, study, or catch up with a friend. Unlike other Starbucks in the area though, no couches or comfy chairs at this particular location. But overall, the ambiance is what I like about this place. This starbucks is conveniently located near all the hotels on American Lane. It has a drive-thru and large parking lot. Whenever i'm in town for business we always stay in this area and I come here. I too used to work in customer service so I try to resonate with how I felt certain days and move on.
