Nordstrom Cafe is a great place to go for lunch or dinner. They offer a wide variety of appetizers, entrees and deserts. They also have a beer and wine bar. It's a real hidden gem as it's on the 3rd floor way on the far side by home gifts. You need to take the escalator/elevator to get there as you won't find it just by entering the store as it's not advertised or posted. My friend took me for birthday lunch and we were pleasingly surprised at how nice it was. I ordered the double beef cheeseburger that was charbroiled and cooked to perfection the way I had requested. My friend ordered the wild salmon nicoise' salad. Dressings and condiments are made fresh daily as are all the decadent deserts. They featured red velvet cream cheese iced cupcakes, lemon ricotta and chocolate chip cookies. Very casual relaxing and private dining experience. Daniel our server was very friendly and brought everything we needed. Food was prepared and served quickly. Definitely a great place to meet up.

I met a friend here a few months ago for the first time and have already been back several times…read morebecause I genuinely love the food and coffee. This cafe does so many things right, starting with the spacious parking lot located in a large strip mall, which makes stopping by very convenient. Inside, the dining room is bright, elegant, and welcoming, and the staff has been consistently friendly and kind. During my first visit, my friend and I ordered for dine-in, and I immediately appreciated the thoughtful details. The ordering counter displays a variety of freshly made pastries and bakery items that are very tempting. My drink was served in a real glass, and my food came out hot on an actual plate with a fork. I love places that make dining in feel intentional and special rather than treating it like takeout. I ordered the spinach Turkish bread ($8.75), and it completely exceeded my expectations. It was generously filled with spinach, cheese, and garlic, and the flavor was outstanding. You could tell it was freshly made and homemade. Just writing this review is making me crave it again. I also ordered an iced caramel macchiato ($6.25), which had a perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness and paired really well with my food. One downside is that the dining room is not very large, so tables are close together. As it got busier during our visit, I became a bit uncomfortable because I could clearly hear the conversation at the table next to us, which meant they could hear ours, as well. It is something to keep in mind if you plan to stay. Because of this, I now usually order my drink to go. Overall, I am extremely impressed with this cafe. It has quickly become one of my favorite spots for both food and coffee, and I will absolutely continue coming back.

We ordered a cappuccino, almond croissant, and cherry danish from a very helpful staff member. The pastries were pretty good, albeit on the heavy side. My danish was packed with cherries but didn't have much of the cream cheese I was hoping would cut the sweetness a bit. The cappuccino was the highlight, smooth and not overly bitter. We were there mid-morning on a Saturday, and two people were working. Our pastries came out pretty quickly, but it took a very long time for my cappuccino due to a large to-go order they were handling. It's understandable, and we weren't in a hurry anyway. I've only been here once and so I don't know if that's typical, but something to be aware of in case you're on a tight timeline. The ambiance was nice, and it would be a pleasant place to hang out and work.

Management seems more concerned with holding a door open instead of listening to their own employees as they leave this location one right after another. The district manager appears to be clueless. While corporate executives often point to macroeconomic headwinds or shifting consumer spending to explain falling stock price numbers, the internal reality is that operational efficiency is eroding. When a company prioritizes short-term labor cost cuts over employee retention, it creates an illusion of profitability that eventually shatters. The high cost of constant turnover - including recruitment, onboarding, and the hidden cost of lost sales from slow service - directly eats into margins. Investors recognize that a restaurant concept cannot expand successfully if its core units are bleeding their best workers due to poor frontline leadership. The Takeaway: First Watch cannot fix its stock price until it fixes its floors. If corporate leadership wants to restore investor confidence and stabilize $FWRG, they must reinvest in their people and remembering that the guest experience is entirely dependent on the employee experience.

I needed to go grocery shopping, but before the tasks begins hubs and I needed lunch! We walked thru the choices available at the food court and decided that Korean wings would be a tasty lunch meal. We were there just before 3:00 so we ordered the KPopcorn chicken lunch special. It came with tater tots (my fav), popcorn chicken with ddukbokki (ttekbokki) in the OG sauce, and a soft drink. We also got a 5 piece chicken wing in honey sauce and a taro blended smoothie. The popcorn chicken with dduk-bokki was plentiful for a lunch special. The OG sauce is DELICIOUS! It's slightly spicy, sweet, umami, and covered everything well! The popcorn chicken was crispy and juicy, nice plump sized pieces, and the dduk-bokki was nicely seared, chewy, and fresh! The tater tots were fried well and we dipped it in the OG sauce. The wings were larger and juicy, sooooo crispy, and covered in plenty of yum honey sauce. It wasn't a sickly sweet honey sauce, it was well balanced! The taro freeze tasted like taro which is good. I've had it at other places where it just tastes like a cup of slushy ice and a hint of something. The owner (I think he was the owner) was so sweet and was patient while I tried to figure out what we wanted. Because we were there just before 3:00 on a Monday, it wasn't very busy. There are plenty of tables for seating and enjoying your food. They're spaced nicely apart and all kept clean. The food court area is separate from the grocery store and has its own entrance (far right doors as you face the front of the store). To get to the grocery side you'll have to leave the food court and walk over to the other entrance. Craving some delicious Korean wings, dduk-bboki, or even bingsoo? KCafe will really hit the spot and it's so affordable!

However, I'd join when you are 10 minutes away as sometimes the line goes quick and you get passed. After we are called for our seats, we wait in a small line as they prep the table. After we were seated, the staff quickly gave us water as we looked over the menu. I was not in the mood for a fancy breakfast so I went traditional, Two Eggs over medium, veggie patties (homemade), hash browns and pancakes with decaffeinated coffee with honey. The food came in a nice time, not too long and not too quick- enough to have a nice conversation while waiting. When the food came, everything was cooked to perfection. The eggs over medium, the hash browns were cooked and had that bit of crunch from the skillet. Pancakes were a nice size. And the veggie patties were tasty! The coffee with just honey hit the spot. It appears everyone else really liked their food as it was pretty quiet. Lol. I enjoy this place especially bringing family and friends from out of town. Good times and great memories.
