Service was insanely slow. Our matcha tea latte took 15 minutes in the drive through with only one car ahead of us. There was no apology or acknowledgement of the slow service. No straw was offered or provide and could not get their attention at the open window to request one. read more

I ordered my beverage through the mobile app. I went and picked up my breakfast across the street, stopped at the convenience store and when I got to Starbucks approximately 20 minutes later... my drink was still not ready. They were backed up and it wasn't even during the normal morning rush hour. I park and go inside and still had to wait an additional 10 minutes. I get my caramel macchiato ($12) because they went up on the price of extra shots of expresso. The drink tastes like hot, flavored watered down milk. I was so disappointed. I ordered a coffee and I think they are all stoned up there. "Venti coffee, bold, splash of heavy cream and one stevia" it's what I order every time. They were about to make me a tea, I stopped them and said coffee, then it turned into an iced coffee. I'm like where did that come from, then they asked what size tall or grande, after repeating it 4 or 5 times by now and then they finally asked, "how many sweeteners?". I walked away. read more

Waited in line today 50 minutes for my drink in drive thru slow slow service and it was a weekday 7pm

This place takes forever to ge your drinks and food. The line was short and they took forever to get our drinks. This place looks very short staffed and I feel bad for the workers. Also one of the lady's we asked for their opinion on a drink and she completely blew us off and said to get whatever. So here's to not coming to this Starbucks again. read more

I feel dumber for having sat through this line - 40 minutes and counting. I don't know why it is, but Starbucks locations outside of central city locations seem to be understaffed, slow and there's a lack of consistency with the drinks. We make a point to stop at Starbucks when we're on a road trip, because it's the "health-ish" option for fast food but I can't justify waiting a little under an hour to pay $60 for F&B. I don't blame the staff because I'm sure they're working as hard and fast as they can, but Starbucks needs to consider planting less locations to keep the quality of the customer experience at the level the pricing demands. read more

Arrived before 8pm and the doors were locked and the drive through was backed up. Zero stars. A lady that tried to go in at the same time as us had ordered her drink ahead but was sent to go wait behind the 5 cars in the drive through to pick up her drink. When I asked the employee why the lobby was closed, he said it was because somebody had to take their break. So there aren't regular lobby open hours. read more

It's Starbucks...so you know the drinks will be good. But I went in today to grab a drink, decided to roll the dice and walk-in thinking getting my drink will be faster. Not so much. Ordered..15 mins of waiting for a drink, only to be told when I asked for my refund..(tried of waiting and cranky 'cause I wanted coffee) that mobile orders where priority and I'd have to wait until they were all filled. Everyone that was in the lobby waiting for a drink was a walk-in customer at the time. There were 5 mobile orders in front of me and more coming in....So I asked for a refund. Just really crappy customer service and no sense of urgency. read more

10-05-2023 1030. Ordered the new apple croissant and was told they were out. Again company's don't care about making money and only care about numbers of customers feeding them what ever they company has in the garbage bin as opposed to what the customer orders. Starbucks is continually out of stock and unprepared. I ordered a chocolate croissant instead and they didn't ring it up. I had to wait holding up the drive through for a separate charge due to the managers inability to stock the store and the cashier's inability to pay attention to the customers. read more

This Starbucks opened 4/15 and I'm writing this on 5/3. I expected there to be some kinks they would be working out, but no! Staff were like fine tuned machines. I can hear the manager now, at the window, rattling off helpful suggestions to customers to improve their experiences. This is a commuter's Starbucks, located off hwy 175, separating country from city. Yet, it has ample parking for those who want to stay. When I walked in, I was greeted warmly and could leisurely talk with staff (it has that friendly vibe factor). I'm glad to hear they get a consistent stream of customers already. I order a hot mocha and it didn't take them long to make it. It tasted REALLY good, like better than at other Starbucks somehow. The environment is like any of the newer Starbucks- modern, open, big windows. I'm so glad this one popped up here! read more

I live in seagoville i always come to this Starbucks , I never had a problem at all until now. I came through the drive thru to get my daily drink. I always get greeted in the window and have my points scanned. When I pulled up to the window the lady with blonde hair and glasses looked upset and rude. I took out my phone to scan my points and she ignored me I had to call on her "ma'am" she took my phone without saying anything and gave me a nasty look while giving my drink. read more

Drinks are what you would usually expect but the wait time is unbelievable. They are either always understaffed or they have employed people who don't bother moving faster than a snail's pace. Been to this location four times now and each time it has taken almost twenty minutes to get a drink despite there not being a very long line. read more

They have good, quick service and we usually go there for my daughter who gets the strawberry açaí tea. She loves it. We use the drive thru.

So far so good, employees are very nice. Drinks are on point. Only negative feed back I have is they were out of food items on their menu.
