The initial delivery was delayed but once the day came, they were on the phone with the shipping company multiple times to nail down the time they would arrive so I wouldn't miss the delivery. We did have a professional install the chandelier because the install instructions were a little unclear to us as inexperienced people and wanted to make sure it was completely secure.
