I'm writing this review based on my first experience at this location. From my one visit here, I'm curious about the consistency of the drinks. I got a Raspberry Matcha Latte and a Sugar-Free Decaf Latte. The matcha was a questionable color and tasted vaguely of matcha. The drinks were watery. The decaf latte felt like it had a bit of caffeine too. Another lady came up to the counter and complained about her drink quality that day too, so maybe I just came on a bad day on this weekend. As me and my Wife came at night on 4/10/2026 the 2 Lady's that were helping us at the drive thru was super nice and very welcoming with a Smile they deserve a raise over all a very great experience and will be back definitely recommend this location to all my friends and family 10 stars if I could. Went there yesterday around 4PM, the girl taking our orders was so sweet but we paid cash and wished we could tip her, but once we got to the window my dad asked upside down and normally when they do that at other coffee shops they mix it so it was our fault when they gave it with the espresso on top and it was my dads first time, we told the person in the front with a nose piercing and the hat put the other way around and they ignored us and rolled their eyes at us, my dad said I'm sorry and that it was his first time, and then another girl came and was so sweet and mixed it and said it was alright, but someone threw ice at us through the window and hit my dads truck and scratched it, other than that the drinks were really good though. Love Dutch but this location needs much improvement. Been here multiple times, staff isn't friendly which wouldn't be a big deal but they get our drinks wrong half of the time. This past time my family and I + a few other cars had been waiting in line for 15+ min for someone to come out and take our order, We were later told that they weren't taking any orders. I and the rest of the cars in line had been there way before 10 o'clock (closing time) waiting patiently in line. It would've been appreciated if we were told they weren't taking any orders before we waited in line for 15+ min. To make matters worse when the barista came out not only did she tell us they weren't taking any orders unapologetically but said so as if we were inconveniencing them. read more

Let me start off my saying that I love Dutch Bros and ever since this location open I've been going since it's the closest to me. It all went well the first few months but after new staff started to come in they would get even more rude. I go almost everyday and there is always something wrong they seem to have an attitude or as if they do not want to be there. Today I decided to write a review because I had a small problem with the staff . I ordered a GOLDEN EAGLE COLD BREW ( mind you I have gotten this drink before and know how it's supposed to look like) THEY GAVE ME A COLD BREW with ice and softop. I got off my car and told the guy that that was not an GOLDEN EAGLE COLD BREW he said in a very rude way "you asked for a cold brew" and told me " do you not know what a cold brew is" please I dont need anyone to educate me on what it is. If I'm asking for it it's because I know what it is. I highly suggest that you should change your staff because they are completely rude. For this reason I will not be coming back to this location :( read more
