They gave lots of noodles but not enough meats. I had a special Vietnamese Pancake but was actually decent and tasty. Again, not enough meats inside the pancake for a price of $17.99. I have tried the Crèmebrulee Boba Latte, and banh mi's B5 Pate & Pork Roll and B7 Pate Pork so far. I really enjoyed the Crèmebrulee Boba Latte, and B5 banh mi. The B7 was just not for me. Also, when I went to try the B7 Banh Mi, they cut the banh mi strangely. They cut it through the paper, but was still in one piece. It was a different person making the sandwich, and a different person who made my boba drink from the first time, so while the the Crèmebrulee Boba Latte was still good, it wasn't as good as the first time - I think it was due to the lesser amount of brown sugar coating on the drink, and less of the Crème brulee topping in the drink. This place went from most incredible to even beyond .. would give ten stars if I could. Their menu expanded tremendously and the freshness and flavors are truly out of this world, not to mention portion size. The service could not be kinder. The desserts, apps, drinks, banh mi, salads, everything is top notch!! I had the best service: we were greeted with a big smile and guided to our table immediately. Sat down and handed ice cold water before we got our menu much needed on a hot sunny day and I appreciated that. We shared a grillled pork banh Mi (yumm so fresh) and dumpling. The pho broth was amazing!!! It had the perfect amount of spices. All I needed was sriracha because I like it spicy. We also ordered shrimp tempura and unfortunately it wasn't good. The fried spring rolls were good but we wished they gave more lettuce. We also ordered two different coffees and they were not good either. Overall, we would come back to try other menu items. Great place for pho and their bahn mi sandwiches. We had the pork sandwich which was excellent. Very tasty and juicy. The pho was tasty and large and just what you need during these cold days. Their drinks are also very good as well as their spring rolls. They also have desserts which we did not try. Since this is a Vietnamese place they need to rethink what kind of a restaurant they are: they have breakfast sandwiches as well. Tried this new restaurant for the first time a few days after their grand opening my wife had a beef pho and I had a grilled chicken vietnamese sandwich. We also had a shrimp spring roll and factory special ice coffee each. Vietnamese cofee is excellent! Food was very fresh. The baguette was very fresh. I saw some good reviews on yelp and decided to try for myself. First of it's very well decorated inside, the service was great. The gentleman at the front help me decide on what to order. I ended up getting a Vietnamese coffee, a fruit tea (love fusion which was recommended) a bulgogi banh mi, and a chicken croissant which really intrigued me. The drinks were incredible especially the coffee. Now for the sandwiches both were good but the star was that chicken croissant which was fresh butter and great with the seasoned chicken. So happy to have finally tried the Banh Mi Factory. The place is new and very welcoming. It is very spacious and, while we were doing take out, I do think next time we will eat in. The staff were friendly and helpful. We tried three different sandwiches and the egg rolls . They were all delicious. Cannot wait to go back and have some pho and dessert! Great addition to the area.
