This establishment is full of flies. It is disgusting. There are flies crawling all over their menu screens, all around the lobby, and one even flew into my drink. I am concerned for those who were not as fortunate to catch the fly going into their drink, and ended up having to drink a fly-infested mess. It is concerning that the employees are standing around laughing rather than getting a dang fly swatter to kill these flies. I am sure that many drinks and food items have ended up with a fly in them at this point. Very disappointing. read more

It's a maze to work through to get to this Starbucks. But the wait and drive was worth it. It's against the highway or road but you have to drive through a parking lot to find the drive thru. Quick and efficient. read more

Came here with a gift card I received to compensate for the poor service the last time at this location which included a multitude of flies swarming inside the building. Therefore, I chose to go through the drive thru this time to avoid the flies. First thing, the white-haired cashier woman was straight up rude to me. Second thing, she gave me the wrong drink. Not only was this drink not the one I had ordered, but it was the drink someone named Jill had ordered through her mobile app. So, neither Jill nor I received the drink we paid for. If you are going to be rude, at least provide me with the right drink. The sheer incompetence of both this woman and this shop is in a word: offensive. The service at this store is **terrible**. Go up the hill to the Savage, MN location, it's much, much better. read more

I am just livid at this point. Starbucks app is not working properly. I tried to reload $20 on each card. I have 4 cards on my Acct on the app. And I re-load in cash. One card for me, other 3 are for my 3 daughters who travel Granted my daughters and work a lot. Last Saturday/Sunday I tried to reload $$20 on ea card- app would only reload $10. A few days later I reloaded $10 again. I've never had trouble before. Showibalancences within 5 days!!!!! What! This is not going to work Starbucks! I've called Starbucks at 800-782-7282 and the reps are TERRIBLE. To deal with you actually get the picture that they have lighted their collars of prestige and are looking so down at you. At least that's how they made me feel. They look at the history and it's all wrong. And they don't understand that. I should have $ on ALL my cards. This is a very nicely designed store, there are some really nice products and is well decorated. However, the customer service at this store really needs work. I've been a customer service manager for the past seven years and it's shocking how much this location lacks it. There were no smiles from employees, the cashier didn't acknowledge me for several minutes, and the treatment I received was boarding rude when they were asking for my order. I wasn't the only one either. I saw another person waiting for the four people at the counter to see him and there was no one. Upside: the drinks are always very good, and the workers keep the store clean. I only hope someone starts training employees to treat customers better. read more

Today was the LAST time I will visit this location. I will drive to Savage for Starbucks or by hyvee in shakopee. I will die of dehydration before I give this location another cent. The past 2 times I've gone through the drive through I've waited literally 20 minutes at the window for 2 Frappacinos. The screen said $11.41, so while waiting for the 2 cars in front of me to get their drinks, I gathered exact change to give the red headed girl with the too bright lipstick. At the window she says $11.81, okay I guess I misread so I pull out another dollar handing her $12.00. (2-$5's and 2 $1's) She stares at the money and says I owe her another dollar? Um no that's $12 isn't it? Oh yeah she says. She returns with my change a few minutes later. Ten minutes after that we get the grande sea salt mocha frappacino. And I get my straw. We wait and wait and wait literally another ten minutes then she opens the window and hands me my mocha cookie crumble frappacino. She laughingly says sorry and I pull away. The place is nice and I'm used to waiting. I used to work at DQ where it's always way more busy so I understand rude customers and busy days. Today I went in to order a drink for my sister. The guy misunderstood her and gave a us the wrong drink. I simply asked him to explain the difference between the two so I could see if maybe we made the mistake. But we didn't and instead of apologizing and just giving us the drink, he proceeded to tell us that we need to order our drink better when if two beverages are so similar to each other and he didn't understand he could have just asked for clarification. I didn't get mad or argue with him at that moment I just said okay and complied with him and move up to the front to wait for our correct drink like we were asked to. Because I noticed he tried to put the blame on us, I was prepared to tell him that next time he should ask for clarification instead of trying to be the correct one. When his coworker came out instead she was extremely rude. As I understood he misunderstood what my sister said I was simply trying to tell her he should have acknowledged he was wrong and not blame it on us for not saying every ingredient in the beverage so he could understand. I will not be going back. Honestly was not mad until she was so dismissive and rude in the situation. I wasn't even mad at him to misunderstanding but the way they cannot be wrong is incorrect. I'm very disappointed with the costumer service I received this morning at this Starbucks location. I have always been satisfied with the service I receive but this morning was in fact not the same. My boyfriend ordered the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappe. When the barista handed me the drink, it was spilling from multiple spots and the lid was not secured. Depends on the day and shift on service and quality. Online ordering works, drive thru location. Typically busy all day. However a favorite drink, Strawberry Acai Refresher, they are out of it 9 times out of 10 visits, since opening 6 months ago. Spoke to the manager on the third consecutive day that it was not available and she was not apologetic; defensive. She still after 6 months was having problems figuring out demand and how much to order for ingredient supply. Anything with ice is overloaded with ice; have to order light ice. Having worked in food service...that's a poor excuse that cannot figure out supply order. The location in Savage MN ... 2-4 miles away to the east...always has the ingredients. Alerted corporate and they were going to address the issue with the location and district manager. We hope it's rectified. read more

I have been going to this Starbucks every single morning on my way to work for the last 2 years, and I am sorry to say that I will no longer be going to this location. About a year ago, I started receiving cold coffee in the drive thru, and I would send it back asking for hot coffee. This started to become a pattern and it was very annoying, however, I kept going to this location because Tracy that usually was working every morning was so nice, and apologetic. She gave me gift cards, free coffees, and always tried to make things right. However, the coffee continues to be cold even more frequently now, and the issue is I rarely deal with Tracy anymore. Younger staff works in the mornings now and they are beyond rude, and get annoyed when I ask for a warm coffee. I do not think it is too much to ask to have hot coffee, and the younger staff acts like I am out of line asking for another coffee that is fresh. It ruined my morning yesterday when I received another cold coffee, and when I asked for a warm one the young lady rolled her eyes, and then proceeded to give me a second cold coffee, and shut the window without saying a word. It is not worth my money to continue to receive cold coffee on top of the young staff being extremely rude. I want to thank Tracy for always being so nice, but if she isn't working every morning I won't deal with the bad customer service. read more
