Flabbergasted, I asked her if she really wanted to sit and argue the point or if she would like to just stop insulting me to which she mumbled something under her breath and turned and walked over to a supply as if she had something else to do. I am certainly not a customer that believes the customer is always right, or expect anything above and beyond ... but I do expect not to be argued with and not be told thatI am lying.
