Refused Handicapped Hearing Accommodation I am hearing impaired and use hearing aids to hear properly. On the morning f 11/13, I had forgotten my hearing aids and drove to the window to place my order so I would be able to communicate placing my order. The staff refused to accommodate my hearing handicap and take my order at the window. I am sure that Starbucks has policies regarding this type of issue and would not approve of their refusal. read more

Well once again, my expectations for a good cup of coffee have not been met by Starbucks. Today, I ordered a grande Pike Place and it tasted like hot water with a hint a crappy coffee. Always a great experience when coming to this location. Baristas are super friendly and drinks are spot on. I was here last week and noticed one of the baristas apron below her name said military spouse. I found this to be amazing that the company is recognizing a spouse for their service. Love Love Love Starbucks! I actually tried a different location this week in another city. One thing I like about this company is that it is well know known and it has multiple locations. Starbucks has a speedy drive thru service and a well lite dining area. Today I Picked up a Mocha Frappuccino Blended Coffee. The staff here offers great customer service. Friendly and quick services are always needed early in the morning. My favorite is their Mocha Frappuccino and their Green Tea Latte. Not only does this brewery have latte's and coffees but they have deli sandwiches, hot sandwiches, deserts, yogurts and more! read more

I have never been to a Starbucks where the employees did not realize it's happy hour before. They rang up my order incorrectly. The blonde girl wasn't aware Starbucks has a happy hour. She scanned my coupon in my app and still had no clue. She also didn't know that they offer coconut milk instead of regular. I always go to the one on my side of town and now I will thank my lucky stars that it's my normal. Please hire employees that are trainable! My wife and I go to this location daily. The staff are great, friendly, and always get our drinks right. Marquita, Hannah, Will, and all of the other staff are great. They all take the time to get to know you and make you feel welcome every visit. We have seen a lot of staff come and go over the past 13 years, but this has been a consistent, great store with solid leadership, and really good people. The baristas are always very helpful and friendly. I am not really a coffee drinker so they helped me find my favorite drink: the java chip frap! It is filled with chocolatey goodness. They also have great breakfast sandwiches and yes, I am a fan of the famous pumpkin spice latte. Everything is overpriced but it is good and that's why we all continue to buy it I've never had my order wrong and I've never had to wait a long time. Great coffee, snippy attitude from the girl at the window. We had a very simple order-2 grande brewed coffees with cream. Evidently we should have said "2 grande PIKE, with cream" because we were corrected. No big deal. We drove around, were not greeted with anything other than "$4.55", handed our coffees without thanks, and when my husband said thank you, she just looked at us. I asked for napkins because the coffee had sloshed onto the lids, and were handed 2. Not the worst experience but definitely not the friendly service I am accustomed to at the Starbucks in my hometown. read more

I went to this place for the first time today and with their image being a sophisticated coffee shop I wasn't expecting McDonald's quality service and food. The employees were rude and immature while taking my order. When I finally got my food and drink after waiting for over 15mins my sandwich was put together sloppily and my drink was not the one I ordered. If I could give this place a McDonald's out of a steakhouse I would give it a Burger King. read more

This Starbucks rules!!!! I called (long story) at 7:45am asking for 11 traveler boxes of coffee by 8:30am. Even though it was their busiest time of day, they said they would make us as many boxes as possible before 8:30am. Each box contains between 8 and 12 cups of coffee. I expected three or four, the same amount the other location promised. I was stunned when we arrived and found they had made seven traveler boxes! They exceeded my expectations, were super friendly and helpful, and saved the day. read more

Worse Starbucks! I ordered a simple Venti Frappachino and proceeded to wait 20 minutes. Then they give me a medium coffee. Inform them of the error and waited another 5 minutes for them to give me a medium Frapp. Never mind, I don't have the rest of the day to wait for a refund nor a replacement. I'm changing my review. My most recent visit has caused me to never return. I went inside and ordered a salted caramel frapp. The blonde girl who rung me up asked "would you like whipped cream on your frapp?" I said "yes please just a little." My friend showed up and we were talking. Then the girl came up and gave me a hot drink? I said "oh I'm sorry I ordered a salted caramel frapp." She even repeated my order to me when she rung me up. My experience wasn't the best in the west. After having much difficulty with my Starbucks app (it was shutting down the moment I clicked on it. And no, it didn't need an update). I continued to tell the last at the speaker I was having an issue with the app and would order once it started working. They came on the speaker about four more times and the last two times a lady got on there and seemed extremely annoyed that I still hadn't ordwred. I apologized continually, again, stating the app that was working the day prior and that I have had issues with it many times. I was extremely embarrassed an the fact that she wasn't being emphatic to my situation was starting to make me feel uncomfortable. There was no one behind me in the line nor were there more than two cars in the parking lot. I ended up driving to the window to pay and told her that I was going to try to get it up one more time. She continued to exhale and made it obvious that I was annoying her and pretty much threw the food at me and quickly passed me the hot code that burnt me when grabbing it, and it spilling out the sip hole. This is the first bad experience I have had with an associate at Starbucks and I am quite disappointed. Luckily, I was vision for my state board and will not have to worry about the customer service at this location. But still disappointed in management of all things. Would have to say this is not my favorite Starbucks right off the bat. Didn't look as clean as most and my coffee had been past it's best a while ago. My mug had lipstick residue on the rim and half and half station was out of stuff. Left most of the coffee in the cup and went on my merry way. read more

First of all I go to this Starbucks everyday; more over the baristas are great except one. She has been nothing but rude. Shoving my drinks in the window of my car and swearing about me to other baristas. I mean this lady should not work with the public!
