I was really craving a cinnamon roll frappachnino so I went here and ordered one. I said cream base no coffee 3x she said she understood. When she gave it to me I said there is coffee in it,she argued w/me and said no their isn't. The drink should be white not brown and I know what coffee taste like. She made another one and gave me all milk with whip cream. And she had the worst attitude. Like I was wrong, when clearly she made it wrong. I even told her what was in it. Such poor customer service. Next time I will go to the bigger one in town. I threw the 2nd one right in the trash. It was the most expensive cup of milk I have ever purchased. Don't waste your time. Starbucks in a Safeway. One person working early on a Sunday morning, so things were super slow. They had no protein boxes, but they did have pastries. My order was correct, and the lady working was very nice and actually struck up a conversation. Overall, solid OK. What can I say? Starbucks is Starbucks. The beverages are most excellent. This is in a Safeway store, and no matter where you live, the grocery store Starbucks are always understaffed. Most of the times there is just one person, on occasion two - so you just know you have to wait. The person who was there was very nice and not rattled by the line forming. The ONLY Starbucks in ALL of North America (U.S., Canada, and Mexico) I've been to that charges for hot water. They say that it is Safeway that charges - not them - which seems reason to avoid coming not just to this particular Starbucks but also to NEVER buy ANYTHING at Safeway. The amount the LOSE in revenue will GREATLY exceed the petty charges they insist on that NO place else does. I was actually planning of shopping here but after Starbucks told me Safeway insisted I pay for something that THEY would otherwise provide for free, I decided to take my money elsewhere - and strongly suggest others do as well! read more

Possibly the slowest and worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Every time there is total and utter confusion between those who make the coffee and those who take the orders. Is it all their first days every day? It's like ground hog day. Really Safeway should either make it a standard Starbucks or shut it down. Nothing about this place moves with a purpose. The employees were arguing when I got here. I ordered chocolate milk for my son and they tried to send me to the back of Safeway. When I am grocery shopping with my mom I always go her and we normally get Starbucks. There is a older woman. I dont know her name but it is clear who she is. She looks very unkept and can be rude at times and service is very slow when she is working. HOWEVER this is rated 4 star because of the younger employees. Worst Starbucks I have ever been to! First thing they say when we get in there is sorry we do not have espresso both of the machines are broken. Wtf how is that possible?? Then when they are making my black tea lemonade they put a tiny bit of black tea and even tinier bit of lemonade and then try to fill the rest up with water. When I tell them I do not want any water the lady got an attitude and said next time you need to ask for no water. Why would they fill half of my black tea lemonade up with water? The workers are unhappy and miserable! Please either open a free standing Starbucks nearby or get all new people to work at the Safeway! read more

Everytime i go in its like its an inconvince. I walk up and it takes then forever to acknowledge my existence. I tell them i have a cup but it just needs to be rinsed. They gave an annoyed look. I don't have issues when I come here with having to wait awhile, they are usually very timely with drink orders. Granted we don't go to Starbucks often and I'm a pretty patient person. I don't care for Starbucks inside other businesses...but it's better then nothing. Nothing special here but when I'm craving a Green Tea Frapp it's my go to place. read more

I am not one to complain but I have never had customer service like this in my life, every time I go in to get a drink it seems like the customer service gets worse. Today they refused me service because they had to many drinks to make!!! They need to find other employees or they are going to lose a lot of business! read more

Agree with most other statements - slow service (like 20 minutes later I might get my drink), staff are not as friendly as traditional standalone Starbucks. And the most annoying issue with the scanner/register/modem - every time I do a card scan in multiples it always messes up and locks up the register. read more

I went in to get my iced tea, the man behind the counter very rudely said the were out of tea. I ask if they were going to make more, he said no they were completely out of tea all together. Went back the next day and ordered my tea which they had and told the girl (who was very nice) what had happened she told me they were not out of tea, the guy just didn't want to make more. Not only was this guy rude to me and shouldn't be dealing with the public he was to lazy to put a tea bag in some hot water. They are constantly out of straws, lids or cups. their service is terrible it's the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. How does the manager of Safeway allow them to miss a five dollar drink because they don't have a three cent cup ! read more

The service is so bad. The older lady that works there is always so mean to me, she talks to me like I'm stupid and looks at me very rudly. As well even if there's only four people in there it takes like 25 minutes to get one cofee. read more

Poor gal was on her own for the first time and had no idea what she was doing. I don't blame her because she was really trying and working hard but I do blame management. I ordered a grande non-fat milk steamer with a few pumps each of cinnamon dolce, caramel and toffee nut, topped with whipped cream and creme brulee topping. She couldn't find milk on the computer so she charged me for a latte at $5. Way over price than what I normally pay but I just let it go as she seemed so overwhelmed from the order prior to mine. She was so nervous and sweet, even biting her lip and said I hope I can make it right as I've never made a steamer before. I told her no worries, it's just steamed milk added to the pumps of syrup I requested. She almost forgot the whipped cream and creme brulee topping but I reminded her. Wished each other a great day. Get into my car and head back on the road, take a sip of my drink .... she added shots of espresso and lots as it's strong even for my husband. I didn't want espresso in my steamer :-( I felt she did her best with what she had. Management on the other hand should have had someone there helping her out. The line started to bottle neck before my order was placed and the more people stood in line the more stressed this poor gal looked. Management should gave known she was NOT ready to be on her own yet and/or had some sort of backup. I hope the rest of her day is amazing and don't sweat it, you'll do fine! My only advice to you is just to listen to the customer :-) Btb, the drink is still pretty good, I just get headaches from espresso so I tend to stay away from it. read more

This Starbucks always takes forever and a year to make your drinks. They don't train the new employees very well and I always get over charged. Wish they would just build a real Starbucks up here, this one is always busy and is dying for an expansion. read more
