To kick off my day of birthday freebies, I came to one of my local Starbucks. I was greeted by a young woman who explained that the birthday reward is eligible for any sized drink. What immediately caught my eyes was the Lavender Coconut Milk Iced Matcha. To my surprise and disappointment, I was told they were out of oatmilk. Mind you, it was only 10 am. I opted for the almond milk and a 24 oz. The order didn't take long at all. The lavender is what really elevates this drink. It's certainly something I would order again.

Who doesn't like a brand new location .... and it has a drive thru. Located on Rt 1 north at Deans Lane. Has a good size parking lot , nice size seating area inside and has some outside seating for warmer days . Not sure why they have to be by the drive up like the North Brunswick location so it's a little awkward to say the least. I kinda wished they put one of these places on Rt 1 going south but that's because I go south and pass both the north brunswick and this location and it's on the other side for me lol. Oh well. Starbucks seems to also serve sriracha but still no ketchup for their breakfast options. The drive up - is cool cuz now you can see the person talk long to you on the screen ( and they can see you but I think they can always see you - and that's funny cuz I've made faces at people taking my order in the past lol oh well ) Anyway - i has a swift visit today thru the drive up. Several cars in line but it went fast.

This is supposed to be a Mozzarella and Tomato Panini.

Don't make the mistake I did by deciding to try the Tomato and Mozzarella Panini. It is nothing like what they show in the menu. There is hardly any Mozzarella and just a few pieces of tomato skin. They should be ashamed to serve this! When I showed it to the cashier, he said they are pre-made and shrugged his shoulders. They even messed up my Matcha Frappuccino that came in liquid form instead of frozen. I have been going to this Starbucks since it opened but will not be going any more since they obviously have no quality control.

And no I can't pop that lid out- i tried.
    Nicki T.

Worst Starbucks. With no quality control what so ever. Not only did they mess up a simple basic coffee order- blonde roast with cream and two pumps of caramel syrup but they also gave the coffee cup with an extremely defective lid that made it impossible to drink the coffee on the go and resulted in coffee spilling everywhere If people are going through the drive thru to pick up coffee they are going to drive as they drink it WITH the lid on. So please check your lids and orders before ruining someone else's morning.

So I was looking at the reviews and they are not that good but my friends were like stop the car so we went in the drive through and it was super fast and to me it was cheap 12.45 dollars so yeah we all loved it

I placed a mobile order in my car and then came in to pick it up. As I'm waiting for my coffee there is a female coworker telling her male coworker while making my order not to worry about making the drink upside down because she never does and the "customer will never notice" well I noticed. It was very rude of her to talk about ignoring customers request while on the floor working. So if you like people who ignore your order feel free to come here.

Staff is lovely but the drinks can be very hit or miss. It seems to close very randomly too and at seemingly weird times periodically.

The service was good, there was only one worker and it look a bit for us to get our drinks because she was both making drinks and taking orders. What we ordered: - Hojicha tea - Mojito Lemonade We didn't love our drinks but we also didn't hate them. My Mojito Lemonade didn't have a lot flavors of any kind. Not in lemony, minty, sugary - which is all the things I think it when I think of a mojito or lemonade. My husband got the hojicha iced tea. We've only ever had other hojicha in a latte and asked if they made those but was told that they didn't. It was not bad by any means just different. I didn't know what to really expect but look forward to coming back to try other items but they do have a lot of offer.

A quick double-check before saying an item is unavailable would have saved a little confusion (and would have gotten me to my honey cake faster!). That said, the iced vanilla latte was good, though I noticed there seemed to be quite a bit of room left at the top of the cup. I'm not expecting it filled to the brim, but it felt like there could have been a little more coffee for the price. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed. Overall, it was an okay experience. I'd consider coming back for the coffee, though next time I might just place a to-go order.

We succeeded in both respects, saving over $20 a week in Java fees and thoroughly enjoying our handiwork as we controlled our filtered water and fresh ingredients throughout the process. But, yesterday I found myself out and about - out of coffee and about to take drastic action to remedy this problem. I looked up as I drove through Cranbury, NJ, and saw a sign for Lyberry Cafe in a newish commercial strip on the south side of town. The Universe provides. I pulled in, parked and walked in to a chill large warehouse-looking space with painted library walls on one end with comfy leatheresque easy chairs and small tables for privacy, and a long row of tables/wooden benches/chairs along running the length of the deep room and partially across from the service area. I had to acknowledge feeling passing strange being in a cafe for the first time in a long while, but I managed to check their menu and order a small Americano to go before taking a seat at the end table closest to the door. Why not sit and relax for a few before returning to my wheels? It wasn't crowded around noon, and the folks seemed like they were settled in for a while. Some working; most chatting. I sipped the strong steaming hot joe. Yep! Definitely strong enough to remove the wearies and retune me up for my afternoon agenda. Still, couldn't help feeling a little out of place. Just spending money for commercial coffee, once so commonplace; but now so strangely wasteful put me in touch with how transitory some habits are. Three average caffeinated stars for the ho-hum of this or any such consumption outpost. I think I have lost my Lyberry card.

Being Middle Eastern myself, I liked the unique concept and knew I had to stop by when we were in the area. We arrived around 5pm and it was extremely loud & busy. The atmosphere and seating gives relaxing environment, but in reality, there were people with laptops (on a Saturday), kids running around, and generally the acoustics inside aren't great. Nonetheless, we placed an order and grabbed a table. I got the Iced Crème Brûlée Latte which was very well executed. It's rich, bold, and had notes of vanilla and burnt caramel. They definitely nailed the crème brûlée flavor. Even the Cortado was nicely presented and soothing. I liked that the flavor profile in the espresso was not overpowered by the milk or extraction process. I was also bummed that they didn't have their cool cups that say "Habibi" on them! Their branding is one of the things that caught my eye about them and it sucks to see them switching to nonbranded cups (assuming for cost reasons). Overall, it was worth a try!
