Just moved into the area and have already been here twice. Had a good experience the first time so I had to come back with my sister. What I ordered the first time: - Latte - Hot chocolate - Beef croissant The drinks were decent but the beef croissant was so good! Very flaky and messy to eat but worth it 100%. They are a bakery for fine pastries so I don't really knock them for not having also amazing drinks. What I ordered the second time: - Beef croissant (had to run it back) - Ham and cheese croissant - Chocolate croissant - Puff pastry dessert All of the croissants were very good but the beef one is still the best. The puff pastry dessert was underwhelming. It was so tough to eat because of the harden caramel and the pastry underneath was also too hard to be enjoyed. We just ate the top pieces and some of the cream and threw out the rest. Service is fine, no notes. That being said, interior is spartan, there's just never enough stock and I am not quite sure how the place survives. UNBELIEVABLE... I cannot forgive myself for never walking into this unassuming establishment before. I walked into this spot today because I just got my nails done next door and was craving coffee. Figured the French named bakery next door would have some. Upon entering I was greeted by a sweet woman with a nice French accent (she was the owner!). There was French music playing in the background and just based on this level of authenticity, I was already impressed. I looked around and noticed they had some croissants stuffed w ham and cheese and decided to give it a go. Lawdamercy this was truly exquisite. I also had my latte as well that was also quite delish. It's kind of hard to find a good bakery here in Central Jersey. I'm not big on sweets to begin with. I discovered this French bakery that was next to my new dental office. Yes, after getting a deep cleaning, I always walk over to this place to buy at least half a dozen of their eclairs, cupcakes, tarts and pastries. Shhhhh...don't tell my dentist. I have always favored French pastries over all others. You ever look at a dessert and say to yourself, Oooh yeahhh, you must be as delectable as you look. The pastries here are beautifully decorated, you can taste the high quality ingredients and the hardest part is deciding which ones to get. What I love is that every time I come, there is something new. I rarely ever finish all the cream that is on top of a cupcake. I don't know what it is but they have the best buttercreams on their cupcakes. Whatever flavors you decide on, it will come through without being too sweet. This place is a little bit hidden but quite good! I went there after hearing it's halal/muslim owned and they have really good breakfast croissants. I can't vouch for any of the desserts but everything looked yummy. The staff was nice and the order didn't take long at all. They have limited indoor seating and are covid friendly. read more

So I took my friend here for her birthday for dessert and coffee. It's easy to find in the strip mall. It's very cute. Not very big but there's a few places to sit down. Being that it's a small business it doesn't have a huge selection of products but everything looks delicious. I ordered a dessert that was chocolate cake with a raspberry cream topping. I was a bit disappointed because the cream topping even though it had a nice flavor was mostly some type of lard. It was solid. Very solid. My friend ordered a type of cream puff that she said was good. Not sure what it was called. Also she got a cappuccino and loved it and I got the iced coffee, that I will say was the most delicious coffee I've ever had. Wow. Prices are reasonable for a small business. It will not be my last visit here. I saw a crème Brulé that looked delicious. And I can't wait to get another iced coffee. Excellent croissants. There is a variety to choose from including plain, almond (my favorite) and ham and cheese. They offer a set of sandwiches prepared to order. Coffee lattes etc. new offering include gelato. There is such a nice range of choices for sweets- macaroons are my daughters favorite. Went back again and as usual everything is amazing. The fresh ingredients really make the difference in the quality of the food. The fresh sandwiches are prepared as you wait and are remarkably good. A neighbor mentioned this bakery opened up around the corner and not having a bakery nearby I was excited to pay a visit. I posted to their FB inquiring about hours and received a response within minutes and an offer to stay a bit past closing. The next day I stopped by and picked up a sugar cookie, chocolate croissant and two cream puffs. The chocolate croissant was good, I'd like to try it hot and fresh one day to really judge. My son loved the sugar cookie (it was star shaped, frosted and had sprinkles). Lastly the cream puffs were good but the cream looked a little aged - some edges of the cream looked like it had been sitting in the case and not freshly piped. After having yet another mediocre grocery store baguette, I was determined to find a bakery nearby that makes a genuine, authentic, delicious French baguette...crusty on the outside, airy on the inside... mmmm... Before, the only place we knew could do that was Bon Appetit in Princeton Shopping Center, but since they closed down we haven't had anywhere to go. Imagine my delight when I found out about Les Delices through some online searching. Their baguette was absolutely perfect, the real deal all the way!! It was all I could do to not finish the entire thing on my drive home. And I was especially impressed because I called to ask if they had fresh baguettes in stock, and they said they could make one for me right then and there. How is that for the ultimate service!! I'm so happy to have found this place and look forward to becoming a regular customer. PS we also tried the croissant and a tiramisu dome cake, both were also amazing. My 4 year old daughter loved the croissant so much she almost ate the entire one (which was huge) for dinner! read more

I had the pleasure of trying some treats from this place when my friend brought them over last weekend! Everything was so delicious! Absolutely loved the croissants-- perfectly flaky and satisfying! The passion fruit tart was excellent! We also had the chocolate tart which I thought was probably the least impressive thing we tried -- it was still good, but not as memorable as the croissants or passionfruit tart! I'm obsessed with this place. The whole family is! We love the chocolate dome, mango cheesecake, lemon tarts, and vanilla gelato. They have many choices, made fresh there, and you can even get an affagato (espresso poured over the gelato). The croissants are perfect. The tarts are all excellent and I am not a big fruit person. I get at least six or seven pastries every time I come in, but I always include the Parisian flan which I make sure to grab before the rest of my household goes ahead. The eclairs have some kind of frosting on them which is just amazing. I haven't been able to find eclairs I've enjoyed half as much, including at several upscale bakeries in NJ and three in NY and can't stress enough how much I like them. Even if you're not an eclair enthusiast, do yourself a favor and try them. They're the best I've ever tasted. The cookies are also some of my favorites, and the brie and jam sandwich shouldn't be overlooked either. The service is perfect. It's got an upscale but relaxed vibe. It's authentic, yes, but more relevantly, masterly crafted, and delicious. I always walk away feeling extremely pleased with myself. Just choose whatever you want. We walked in 5 minutes before closing (not realizing they close at 7pm) and the owner, upon hearing we were supposed to sit and talk and now had no where to go, told us she'd stay open for us! We wound up chatting with her for a while and she is a very kind lady! I ordered a latte and Crenshaw brûlée and I can tell you it's one of the best coffees and deserts I've ever had. Delish! I stopped by this wonderful best kept secret French bakery yesterday morning. I purchased two croissants which were amazing. Flaky buttery light and airy and just delicious. This is not the croissant you get from stop and shop or shop rite this is the real deal! Oh did I mention they asked if I wanted it warmed up! I did not try any of their other pastries which are made on site by the owner (I know because I asked) and you can actually see into the kitchen where they are baking and decorating all of the desserts. I went to bed dreaming about those croissants ...and will be stopping by today for another experience at this bakery. Also the place is clean and the owner/baker was extremely nice ....I wish them good luck and look forward to returning This truly is an amazing place and worth a try. My husband discovered this newly opened bakery. I was pleasantly surprised that they sell authentic flaky croissants just like in France! Also they make great sandwiches as well as various soups all this with a European flair. Their are baguettes are baked on location. The name of the business is misleading , I did not stop there since I expected only pastries, I'm so glad it proved wrong. They get 5 stars for packing it all into a really cute box. It all stayed nicely in place on the ride home. They get 1 star for the carrot cake. It's not cream cheese icing it's a spongy consistency almost like marshmallow but with no taste. The cake is moist but no flavor, not carrot or even cinnamon. The chocolate cupcake gets 2 stars. I like the paper wrapper, it keeps the icing from getting all over everything else. The cake was moist but it and the frosting lacked any chocolate depth. The macarons get 3 stars. The flavors were lemon, plain, pistachio and strawberry. The lemon could have used a bit more flavor but overall they were pretty good. Crisp on the outside, a bit too chewy inside and they could have used a bit more filling. I didn't try any of their croissants, so I may go back for some of them. read more
