The staff here are always so genuine and kind. My drink is always made right and they all say hi to everyone when they walk in, and even if it's monotonous for them, you would never know because they make it feel genuine. This starbucks goes above and beyond though, I have never been to a starbucks that has such a sweet team working together. There's much better coffee out there! While I do love coffee just buy Starbucks espresso and make it at home. Otherwise, you support a business model that gaslights their employees into oblivion. When you receive an email inviting you to share your experience at Starbucks you rate this on a scale from 1-7 anything below 6 falls directly onto the employees. Each question is categorized on how long the order experience took, how the food tasted, the presentation etc. With the goal of perfection and perfection being subject no store has a perfect score. This allows the store manager to then gaslight their employees into fixing the problem. Which escalates as soon as the district manager enters. Quite complex. Although, I do believe in critique store managers do not accept a problem that falls on them. While I won't say I'll never have Starbucks again I just feel a lot better when I make it at home myself. This is probably one of the best well run Starbucks location I've ever visited. I was in the Southlake area and had time in-between appointments. It was a beautiful afternoon so I headed to a Starbucks that was close to my next appointment and I wasn't disappointed. Due to many knee surgeries I use a walker to protect my fragile surgeries. I ordered my coffee and a snack. A couple of employees who were in training told me to go have a seat on the patio and they would bring my coffee and banana nut bread out to me. There was no need for me to stand and wait and then try to navigate getting outside balancing my coffee. What an incredible gesture and service. To top things off my coffee drink was the best caramel macchiato I've even had at a Starbucks. I will definitely go out of my way to visit this location again real soon. read more

This is a really nice Starbucks. The baristas are friendly and the seating is comfortable. The little things make a difference. The building was positioned as not to get direct setting sun on you workspace. That's a help The center row of seating is perfect for a group be it homework or a project. Starbucks I find is a bit like McDonald's. Is it the best ? Maybe not. But it's always consistent. The drinks are the same recipe. The wifi is free and good. The seats are comfy. read more

This Starbucks is one of the bigger ones I frequent. It's nice too. Halfway between work and home. Outside there's a drive-thru. And a wrap around covered patio in the front with plenty of tables and outlets. They have a window facing counter, high tables and regular tables inside. Staff is friendly, and haven't had to wait too long at this location so far. Restrooms are clean too. Wifi seems to be good speed. Plenty of parking easy to get in and out off Davis and Southlake Blvd in either direction. read more

This Starbucks needs some serious oversight. Yesterday I waited in the line 25 minutes to get my drink. 8 of those minutes were 1 car away from the window where the employee had a very animated conversation with the person in the car in front of me and then 8 minutes into the convo she realized his one drink was ready. Then she tried to have a long winded convo with me. There were at least 6 cars behind me waiting. It was as if she didn't care about how long people had been waiting, talking was more important. Today I was at the drive thru window for several minutes just waiting on someone to give me my drink that was made and waiting to be handed to me. Then I found out, after I drove off it was made wrong. The guy who took the order didn't punch the drink in correctly. Plus when I came back through to get it made right, he wouldn't take the correct order at the speaker - he just told me to drive up to the window. You know, that would have prolonged the wait for me and everyone else behind me. I backed out and left. I was very frustrated at the repeated lack of desire to the employees at this store to do a good job and I didn't want to be as rude to people as I felt. If you want to wait forever and have your drink made incorrectly then this the place for you to go. read more

I hate writing bad reviews but I'm not a regular Starbucks drinker and have visited this location 3 times over the span of a year and each time they have a whole list of ingredients they're out of. One time I ordered a medicine ball and they were out of green tea. Okay, COVID's still going around and people are sick so understandable. Next time coffee and bagel. Out of cream cheese. Hmm... seems pretty basic but okay. Third time, there was a paper taped to the drive through mic with a list of 5 ingredients they were out of. I won't be turning into a usual customer. read more

Ordered three drinks. Went inside and they do not close for 45 minutes. Four employees are cleaning up for the evening leaving one employee to fill orders. Order was wrong and he basically said this is what you ordered until I showed it to him in my phone. He did apologize and redid the order but no one else there cared to help him fill ordered which were stacking up. Obvious they just wanted out for the evening. Several neighbors have voice their unhappiness at this location. It will be our last time there. Too bad I tipped 5.00 prior to getting our order. They are horrible there or at least these specific employees are horrible. Also to the employee drinking coffee at the counter and giving me disrespectful looks I will be in touch with management. Perhaps she should quit drinking drinks / gossiping on your headphone and help out. read more

I am so upset to have to write this message. After visiting Starbux for over 10 years, Starbux has absolutely ruined my experience day after day. They just cannot get it right! Non-fat almost always get switch to full-time or at least 2%, one shirt Doubleshot triple shot all instructions that are ignored. The café is always empty yet the drive-through lane couldn't move slower. Today I walked in because for the first time my drink was made with whole milk. For anyone that has a milk aversion, Or sensitivity-this is kind of a big deal. So after I get to my appointment with my latte in my hand I take a sip to find out I'm probably gonna throw up! I quickly move on and drink strictly water during my appointment but return to the Starbucks to let them know that it isn't the first time this happens. I thought I would be met with some sense of sympathy or compassion-yes for my stupid coffee! But what I was met with was how in the world do you know that it is call fat milk? I don't think people can actually tell the difference that is exactly what she said! I didn't want to be offered a free coffee, I didn't want the credit, I didn't want to wait again for another mixup. I just wanted them to know they keep screwing up and it's just not cool! read more

I just had to walk out of this Starbucks after being ignored by a group of five employees who were all standing within five feet of me as I tried to pick up my mobile order. I am a Starbucks regular, and frequent this location at 2155 Southlake Blvd. Unfortunately that is about to change due to receiving consistently lousy service from one employee (gentleman who wears a sock cap) who constantly gets my oder wrong. I have brought this concern to store management on 3 occassions, recommending his elimination; however, he remains employed. This morning 2 beverages were wrong (same employee continues to impact customers), and the store overcharged me and didn't offer to refund the difference. At no time has this store taken any more steps toward improving service than offering an apology and a remake, which provides the product, but I have to pull out of the drive thru and wait. This is a complete lack of service and accountability! I recommend trying another Starbucks where management has some backbone and a high service and customer retention approach to business. read more
