When I walked in the space felt very open. The area across from the ordering counter is very open and well lit. It's quite lovely.  The baristas were very friendly.  One was engaging with some other customers when I was looking at the pastries, and I heard her offer to take a drink back and add more flavoring. That's the Starbucks service model!  The customer was really happy and the barista seemed sincere about wanting to do it for her. My chocolate cold brew, a new offering at the time of this review, is crazy good!  The delightful chocolate foam brought me back to childhood chocolate memories . Yes, that good! And, of course, we all know Starbucks cold brew is the best on the market. I'm pleased I stopped in this location to try the chocolate cold brew. I not only had a terrific drink, but I enjoyed the store. read more

Took an Uber here to get a morning coffee before starting a remote work day while hubs was in meetings in the area. I had asked a person at my hotel if the Starbucks in the area had seating and she said yes, but was mistaken as this location had all seating options closed off and no outside seating options, so I had to take an Uber right back to the hotel as there was nowhere to work. No ones fault, simple mistake and I understand them wanting to keep employees safe while COVID is still around. My drink was made as ordered and up quickly. The staff was very friendly and the store was very clean. They had some fun boards and signs up that gave them a quirky vibe that was unique to this location - I love when locations do this!! Overall: A Solid location - no seating right now - so I recommend the drive thru! read more

We stopped here on our way out for some coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I love the bacon Gouda sandwich. I tried their cinnamon almond milk cold brew today. It's not as sweet as I was hoping, but a nice change to try something new. They have a drive thru and staff was wearing masks. They were friendly and fast. No complaints! read more

Admittedly I'm not the biggest fan of Starbucks. I really like the ability to order on the app and pick it up, so I put up with one every now and then. No waiting, right? Well this location got my order and when I arrived I heard them calling name after name as orders were ready. Mine should have clearly been ready by now. I finally walked up to the pickup area to inquire. I stood while being ignored by the staff busily making orders over and over. I finally interrupted to ask about my order and was told it was ready. Why didn't my name get called? I asked why they didn't call my name and they mumbled that they didn't do that so that people wouldn't take my order. Really? What about me? No apologies given. The Glenstone location is fine, with lines typically running to the street, but I was in and out quickly, and Alexis at the window was really kind and spent time getting to know who I was, it really felt like a genuine connection with someone who cared to dive deeper into this customer. This is the best Starbucks to go to in town in my opinion. I always feel a welcoming vibe from the staff, even though they are always busy. The coffee drinks are above average, but that's something you should expect from a main coffee/food chain. I will say their serious strawberry drink is probably the best by far. The fruity flavor to it is quite exceptional. Overall, I'd recommend this location as the go to Springfield Starbucks. read more

I think this would be a great Starbucks to hit up. It's in an off-beat location, but it was really clean on the inside and has plenty of seating. Not my favorite location. From the looks of the parking lot they weren't busy. Signs to get to the store are misleading so if you're on the hwy don't bother getting off thinking it's close by. It's not. It's a lot of back tracking for a small location that is slow. We've gone here a few times when we're in town and each time something goes wrong. This time there was a car in front of me in line and I watched as they paid ....... got their drinks and she sat there with the window attendant gossiping. -______- normally I'm really patient but I needed my coffee. You can get in and out of this drive-thru easily. I thought it'd be difficult to manage that parking lot. Nope. Not a bit. And the line is never too long. Inside? Well, it tends to be pretty full of people. Some probably walk from their houses or dorms or something. You can usually find a seat for you and one friend. This Starbucks was bad for so many reasons. First it took them 15 min to make 3 drinks with nobody waiting. Then they ran out of coffee only filling up my Venti half way so I had to give it bad to fill up with more coconut milk. I wanted egg bites which they were out of. Staff was friendly and my drink was pretty tasty. It appears that a higher up manager is having a meeting with the store manager. He is extremely loud. He can be heard over the drive thru window and coffee machines. I find it very unprofessional as he stands there talking about the employees. If you want to make changes and improve the flow of the store, great. You can go to an office and develop a plan of action. No customer needs to hear about cleaning, employees, and merchandising. read more

Is this Starbucks even ever open? It always has cones out in front so you can't go in to the parking lot and when the cones are gone there is a sign on the drive thru saying they are closed. All the other Starbucks do not have this issue. read more

I like this location because it is near to my home. But when trying to go through the drive-thru before work it is almost always awful. The drive-thru lane is not very long and people get stuck in the road trying to pull in. It is sometimes slow on those mornings as well. Food-wise they have only messed up my order once and it is always delicious. read more

Just went to this location and the experience was awesome. Caitlin was a saving grace. She was friendly and courteous. She actually gave us GREAT customer service and I feel she deserves a pat on the back. Lots of flies in the display case and at the tables . . . I've ask them to turn down the loud depressing music nearly every day, and they never do. Usually, they give the "corporate policy" excuse.
