This is one of their newer locations situated at an elevated spot within a large plaza. The design is modern and spacious with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Clean and bright with nice views. Plenty of parking. We ordered our drinks on the app as we turned into the plaza -- Horchata Frappuccino and Mango Dream Refresher (+mango pineapple pearls). It's our first time having these. The standard of how every Starbucks should be. I have been coming here throughout my undergrad and recently throughout nursing school, which is almost 2 years. I have been here early morning, midday ,all day , weekends, pretty much anytime. And I have always received the best service. Whether it's ordering my usual flat white or a Matcha latte or my mint majesty tea. It flavorful and the perfect temperature. Everyone here is really friendly except for one girl . But it's so minute that's it's hardly relevant. The manager is always on top of cleanliness ,hospitality, and service. This is literally a shout out to the district manager, because clearly whatever he or she is working . Personally I live in the valley, but I make the drive here for the service and the coffee. I came here after taking a yoga class at YogaSix, as it was conveniently located in a shopping center a couple of blocks away! The parking lot was so spacious and the Starbucks itself was huge! I came pretty early in the morning and there was plenty of seating available. I lounged on a couch for a bit to enjoy my drink, and it was so cozy and comfortable! I ordered the lavender oat milk latte on the app and was surprised how quickly it was made and how the quality wasn't compromised. This was actually one of the few times my order was made correctly! Usually it gets made cold despite me requesting a hot beverage and I have to ask them to remake it! Everyone working there seemed happy and friendly and easy to interact with! My wife and I came to this Starbucks yesterday because we were in the plaza and my wife wanted her iced chai latte. I told her to place her order through the Starbucks app to avoid the line or just waiting at the store longer. When we arrived to the store, she was able to find parking easily and there EV charging station here as well. The drive thru line was very busy so it was good we chose store pickup. When I walked inside, the place is a decent size and they were busy. My wife iced chai latte drink was already at the pickup area and they change the cup to a compostable cup instead of the clear one. The compostable cup threw me off because I thought it was the wrong drink. They also have outdoor seating here as well. My wife drink was made right and she like it. read more

I really don't understand what's happened with this location over the last few months. I literally dread coming here but decided to give them another shot this morning. The staff is incredibly rude & dismissive, they don't even know how to smile or say thank you. Forget being told your total at the drive through window- a hand literally comes out with the scan gun and once your device is scanned, the hand goes back & the window is slammed shut. If the service wasn't bad enough, because, if the coffee was good, I could really overlook the crappy service, they FORGOT MY ESPRESSO IN MY MOCHA. The drink came out hot, but it was like watery milk and chocolate. I took the stupid paper lid off & smelled it. There was no freaking coffee! That's the point of a mocha! THE COFFEE!!! By the time that was realized I was already home and I don't have time to waste driving across town back to your location. You guys have got to do better. I'm really disappointed with this Starbucks location. They repeatedly serve very hot tea without putting a stopper in the lid, which is a basic safety step. Because of this, I've been burned multiple times, including first-degree burns from hot liquid spilling. On top of that, the staff often chit-chat with each other while customers are waiting, which slows the line down a lot. This isn't just frustrating--it's a safety and service issue. Drinks should be secured properly and service should stay efficient and focused. I hope management takes this seriously and makes improvements. I also come here almost every time read more

My go to Starbucks as this location never lets me down! Always a great experience at this particular location. Drinks & food are always hot & fresh & my order is always correct. The staff is always more than friendly & the ambiance is pleasant. My favorite is to order through the mobile app & then pick up in store as the drive thru usually has a long line. I've never had any issues with my pick up orders being incorrect, the staff here is very efficient. Parking is plenty & this location offers both indoor & outdoor seating. I always drive by this location but haven't been in it until today as I was going to be in the area. It's nice and spacious inside, there's a couch as well as a lot of different seating options and an outside patio. I like how this has its own private parking lot too with plenty of parking as well as a charging station. I walked in and knew exactly what I wanted a hot chai with almond milk.. now don't come at me getting something hot in almost triple digit weather. I needed some caffeine and an iced one wasn't gonna cut it today. The barista was really friendly, asked me about my day and made it feel as if you were welcomed at this Starbucks. I didn't catch the guys name but he was covered in tattoos. He put in my order and no less than five minutes later my drink was ready to go. Customer service is generally nice, but the manager was indifferent and displayed an attitude when I addressed my Starbucks app issues. Since you can't see what's in your cup now they stuff your cup with a lot of ice and half ass your order. This was my favorite Sbux. Been going to it since its original location until it opened recently in its new location - plenty of parking, drive thru, indoor and outdoor seating, what is not to like. Last week, friends witnessed a female's purse getting snatched in broad daylight in outdoor seating area with a line on the drive thru and lots of people seated inside and in outdoor seating area - quick grab and go - happened in less than 5 seconds - getaway SUV parked right by outdoor seating area, thief got out grabbed her purse and ran into getaway vehicle). When my friend contacted the Sbux manager to have them check their indoor camera, not just outdoor camera she was quickly dismissed. I know most people would not want to be involved but robbers are getting pretty brazen. We can't all eliminate crime but if communities try to "say something when we see something" every little bit helps. I wanted to give them a zero but 1 star is lowest rating - food is ok but ambiance and management - definitely questionable. Sbux is worth $109B billion! It can do better to help with crimes and ensure this does not happen again. Sbux is supposed to be a place where I can relax and hang out with others. Not anymore... Will I visit this Sbux again...not sure and to date, I have not and been telling friends and families to be on the lookout not just here but anywhere. The way the staff handled my call was not reassuring to me that they take this seriously and that they have trained their staff on how to handle situations like this (not that they are not aware these crimes have been happening and can happen to any of their stores). You can get Starbucks coffee on almost every corner these days... What makes this one special is the people, everyone has been nothing short of friendly and cheerful. This location used to be a Macaroni Grill and the inside is huge and nicely furnished. Also, if you are a fan of the arts, this location has donated coffee to the Santa Clarita Ballet in support of their yearly productions of "The Nutcracker" in December and the summer productions as well. The donated coffee is sold at intermission. They also support other local events such as Boy Scouts Eagle projects (I know I've drank quite a few cups of donated coffee that helped me get working). read more

The two complaints we have though is how small the store is considering how big the lot and former Macaroni Grill were. Plus the outdoor patio is positioned right up next to the drive through and Old Rd.
