Rude ass guy working the drive through. I had poured out a cup of unsweet tea so I could throw the cup on the floor to have the cup holder for my Starbucks drinks. The guy looks at me with a dirty look and says "uh yeah don't do that again" I said um okay...he comes back and again gives me a dirty look and says "yeah now we're going to have to clean that up later" so I said its basically water... and he let the window close. I understand that that's their drive through lane but wtf kinda shit is that? Rude as hell, you control liquid being on your drive though lane? It's like 90 degrees outside, it'll prob be fired up before the hour even passes. Not to mention sometimes clean up at work is just part of the job and if you don't like that part of your job you should maybe find another job instead of being rude to customers for doing normal things. Probably will choose other locations over this one now. What a goss attitude to have towards customers. I'd really love to know their process of cleaning up a dried liquid. I wonder what they do when it rains....must be tons of mopping. read more

Horrible customer service in the drive through. While trying to pay for a coffee with Apple Pay being asked to answer the question on screen which is a tip screen in a drive through. I requested to please press no for me as that tablet looked disgustingly dirty and I personally didn't want to touch it. She replied you have to press it I can't press it. I said I'm sorry I don't want to touch it she said well then you can pay for your coffee. Why when people use app they aren't pressed to tip? Then you have a melt down and say I don't care if you complain you have to press the button. Then I offer to pay cash then she has a worse attitude. Coffees are already $6 to force people to Top uncomfortably is the worst way to serve a simple coffee through a window. I ordered three venti cold brews by iPhone app to save time. When I arrived there to pick up, there were three small tall sizes of our ordered drinks. Therefore, I had to wait for the remake of our drinks to the venti sizes which I ordered. I frequent this Starbucks on a regular basis and I have to say I have had great service. I mostly hit the drive thru on my to the freeway and despite some lines at times the service keeps things moving along smoothly. The baristas have always been friendly and quick with the orders. I haven't had any incorrect orders here either. When I have gone inside it's a little slower due to the amount of customers that flock here. Parking can be challenging too. There is a lot our front but the other eateries and shops nearby are busy as well so it can get tricky to get in and out when parking. read more

Starbucks needs to take more pride in their presentation of their food. And the employees at each Starbucks location should also take pride in the food that they serve, because it is a reflection on their personal Starbucks location. The sandwich was ridiculous. Note the photo where it's advertised and then what I received. When looking online, almost everyone who posts about the sandwich had the same issue. No matter where they were located. Went here on my birthday and they gave me a gift: Food poisoning. My friend ordered a light chai tea latte. She has ordered this before, but not from this location. She goes to Starbucks often and she normally orders hot tea lattes, so she is very familiar with what the drink supposed to taste like. She used the Starbucks app to make a mobile order to pick it up and go since we were on our way back home to Bakersfield. Unfortunately, by the time she tasted the drink, we were already on the freeway, so we couldn't go back to fix the order. She had us taste the drink to confirm she's not crazy that it wasn't just her who thinks it's awful (don't get me wrong, she LOVES Starbucks and is more sad than disappointed that it wasn't good).
