They do a good job at being a Starbucks. They are nice and capable folks. Really, no problems. The employees are mostly teenagers. I just don't like the "cookie cutter" coffee place gig. If you do, it'll be fine. They just don't like going outside of their "box". When I asked for something "custom" I found out the custom order price was significantly higher. Oh well. After waiting in line for 20 minutes I told the girl I had been given the wrong drink. She slammed the window and got me a different one. It was unmarked I assume it was correct drink but it was in a dirty, sticky cup with something that looked like jelly all over it. Um never again. read more

This drive thru is the worst I've ever been to. They wont even take your order until the person ahead has gotten theres and leaves, even when the line is backed up all the way into the street. read more

A top notch Starbucks especially considering that it is in a remote location. Plenty of parking and updated decor. Many tables near outlets and plentiful food selections. Friendly staff and very clean. Highly recommend. read more

Drive-thru! Quick friendly service. Lots of tourists out front at 3 or 4 umbrella tables with their dogs.

A very friendly barista, no snicker when I ordered "just a cup of coffee", and a helpful suggestion when they were out of the breakfast sandwich I ordered. Breakfast was quick to arrive. Skip inside and go through the drive through! My husband was completely ignored even though he was standing in front of register. Everyone in the place was wearing a cowboy hat so I guess if your not or your the wrong color, you don't get service. We had to use the drive through. The girl there was very nice. read more

We have experienced terrible service in this Starbucks not only once but twice. They seem very uncoordinated with their staff duties.

They ran out of the strawberry mix. They served us a hot white mocha when we asked for a cold. They made us pull up and wait . They didn't even bring us a straw. What a joke! read more

Worst Starbucks I've been too in years! Very dirty and bathrooms were horrible, dirty and had no paper products at all. When I told the girl at the counter how bad the bathrooms where she just said "that's what happened when we are short staffed". The Starbucks itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. This is my second time to this SB and both times I had YOUNG immature snotty kids who were NOT barista's but were making coffee if u catch me. They did NOT listen to my instructions that I went over three times and that I had her repeat back to me......it was STILL made wrong and instead of offering to remake it when I pointed out the mistake the moose twit dumped my drink UPSIDE DOWN!!! This Starbucks has gone so downhill. It is dirty and slow. The staff is friendly. My daughter and I ordered and then noticed that many people got their orders before us. We asked and were told that they had no record of our order so we had to let them know what we ordered. We didn't receive any type of apology. I often stop here or at the Mac D's across the road for a hit of Wi-Fi before heading into the wilderness of North Central California. It was fine it a few times, but I think their success is getting to them. Last week, two different employees were rude and all too happy to tell me that no they couldn't help me. This very Starbucks has given me coffee refills in a for here cup, but these hipster-dorks wouldn't. Yelp tells me that the Primo Deli on the other side of this small town has Wi-Fi and coffee and sandwiches so I will try them next time. read more

I love Coffee and the whole Coffee shop experience. I myself was a barista so I have worked in coffee and know the ins and outs of the business. I use the drive thru quite frequently and on most occasions every one is very nice and welcoming. There is however one girl who I encountered inside and in the drive thru, with long blonde hair and usually bright lipstick. You can just tell she hates her job and doesn't practice customer service. I know I am not that difficult. I always know exactly what I want and I order it using the correct terminology. I always smile and say hi and please and thank you. I am not rude or bitter like most of the people you encounter in this town while working customer service. She always frowns and never says thank you. And has handed me my drink and just slams the window shut without even acknowledging. She should not be working in customer service with such a crummy attitude. I really hope she steps up her game. read more
