Good friendly service. I wish the location were a little larger. They can run out of sears at busy times.

I LOVE THIS STARBUCKS! The staff here is incredibly pleasant - always. That can be a rare feat at the ass crack of dawn, but they're constantly smiling. I appreciate their positive attitude and the atmosphere in the store that comes along with that. There are always customers working or reading in here, and that, in my opinion, is due to the wonderful energy that the workers bring to this location. Keep up the amazing work! read more

The first time I went there I ordered a java chip frappe soy no whip and was talking to my friend and casually looked over to see how my drink was coming along. To my horror I saw her pour milk into the plastic container so I informed the barista that I ordered soy. She was very apologetic. Seemed very nervous as well, which made me nervous. So she proceeded to get the soy milk. However, instead of using the plastic container labelled soy, she poured it into the plastic container labelled milk. I don't drink soy just for the heck of it. I'm lactose-intolerant. I didn't have the heart in me to correct her since she looked so frazzled. But seriously, had I not noticed that she was pouring milk instead of soy, I definitely would not be going back to their location again..you can figure out why. read more

Starbucks is so good but they are expensive like 7 bucks for one cup of coffee is crazy but totally worth it when you need a nice drink!!

This place is slower than slow. I ordered 2 of the easiest drinks to make and it took over 10 minutes to make and there was no one in front of me. The barista was too busy talking about nonsense to coworkers to make the order. Also Not sure how people who paid after me got their drinks before me - made by him. Not too bad, but not the greatest starbucks. Staff is overall nice and place is very clean. Seem to have issues with my drink whenever I come in there tho. I get the same drink everywhere I go, but they seem to be the only ones who need at least 2 attempts to make it right. If my daughter wasnt in school a block away I definately wouldnt come back here. Guy with glasses and other guy with black hair makes drinks very well. Small young brunette, looks like she belongs in high school, is a total bitch, and complete idiot. Took her 5 trys to understand that I like carmel in my drink lol. She seem to be more frustrated than I was, and Im the one paying! Lol All in all, if youre cravibg starbucks its in a great location and will feed your craving...just try not to give them any complicated drinks...unless you want an attitude and a messed up drink lol read more

Went in a few nights ago. About an hour before closing. Girl was mopping behind the counter. I ordered my coffee and she made it -- she did not wash her hands. I am not a "germ freak" or anything but I presume this mop has been used to mop the bathrooms (?)as well--- so I leave up to YOU people to get grossed out. This location has been going downhill for a few years now. When the night crew is on duty here-- about an hour before closing -- it turns very sloppy and unprofessional in here. read more

I love Starbucks but this one just sucks. The workers are most definitely not good at communicating and there needs to be more organization. They always take a long time and I always am waiting 10 minutes for someone to take my order. You need more staff. I would much rather waste my gas and come to the one in woodbury. read more

So disappointed with how Starbucks is handling mobile orders. It seems that every time I go in and place my order I am waiting over 15-20 minutes for my drink because the baristas are busy making drinks for people who aren't even there---- while I stand there and wait. There needs to be a better system- maybe a separate employee that just does mobile order drinks * it's so frustrating when your standing there waiting for a drink and no one else is in the store but your drink takes 20 minutes. read more

Stopped in to fuel up before NYE festivities. Latte was made to perfection. I sipped and recharged before the night. This location has ample parking and a variety of indoor seating (couches, large tables and tables for two). The baristas were very friendly but they didn't hold you back either. I was paid up and my coffee was ready quickly. read more

Stopped here a couple of times staff friendly, music rockin in the background barista dancing to the beat. Coffee hot, breakfast up quickly and the place was clean. Good mix of people hanging at the tables and an old time coffee shop feel. read more

They treat me very nice , just love their coffee . Very small lot can never park quickly, like each store has their own signs "do not park here". I order ahead, nothing goes smoothly still it's okay .Bottom line coffee is great . read more

OMG...maybe I'm just used to other Starbucks locations being more mellow, but this place is INSANELY loud...because of the EMPLOYEES!! I came to do some work & drink my coffee in a calming environment, but it's like a damn playground in here. The four baristas behind the counter are ridiculously loud and unprofessional, having inappropriate conversations with each other, rather than helping customers. The only reason that I am giving this location ANY stars is because of the great coffee! I actually think it would be quieter in the middle of Grand Central Station during rush hour! read more

The small young brunette who looks like she belongs in high school is the most amazing barista ever hands down! I asked for a half a bottle of caramel syrup in my iced caramel macchiato and she actually did it!! I might die young from all the caramel but it's worth it because it's so good! And during Christmas this barista gave me a Christmas card! So amazing! I love this starbucks more than my home! read more

Mmm. One of my favorite places to go to for good chats over good drinks. I like the space and the layout of this starbucks. It's closeby to my home and it's open "late". The suburbs don't really accommodate to a college student's schedule, but i appreciate this space for late night meet ups. read more

Absolutly terrible service. Was standing at the front of the line for about 10 minutes before my order was even taken. Waited another 10 minutes before realizing they forgot to start heating up my steak wrap. Finally, 30 min later, I got my drink after telling them I've been waiting for so long. The seating area is great here.. This location is just horribly ran. Don't even bother coming here with your treat receipt. Everything is gone by 4pm. I was overcharged twice and both times the barista refused to correct it. I had to call Corporate to get my money back and an apology. The baristas smoke, so enjoy your nicotine in your coffee. read more

This location is so filthy there are times I walk in and immediately turn around and leave. Sometimes I am one of the first customer in the morning at 5:30 and at times the door is still locked. I dont know what the protocols and rules are in the morning but their pastries are never ready to go, the store looks disheveled, the countertops with milk, sugar, etc are never stocked. Speaking of countertops, it looks so dirty I sometimes wonder if they ever clean it. At 530 AM there is a pile of trash in the waste basket. Either the people working the night before or the morning crew does a very bad job presenting the store first thing in the morning. This morning I walked in and the entire store smelled like wet dirty rags and the guy taking my order was eating with his hands and making my coffee at the same time...gross. the staff here needs to be better trained and the store definitely needs some tidying up! This is by far the worst starbucks in the area. The staff spends too much time talking to each other and seem disinteretsed in helping customers. The store management is the problem, "the fish stinks from the head". Go to the woodbury, jericho or plainview location if you can. read more

The service I received here today was deplorable. I walked into this Starbucks location to pick up my mobile order. I walked up to the cashier, as this was my first time ordering through the mobile app and I was told to ask the cashier for my order. I stood next to a young, Caucasian woman who seemed to be a frequent customer (she exchanged a familiar greeting with the manager). The barista, a young, Caucasian woman, looked at both of us and decided that I was not the first to arrive so I would not be served first. As a young, African-American woman, I did not take offense to this initially, as I don't cry racism right off-bat. However, when this barista was finished serving the young Caucasian customer, she did not acknowledge my presence. I was the only other customer and I was standing directly in front of the register. A young, Caucasian male barista asked if I was being helped (probably after noticing the look on my face), and I calmly replied "not yet." He looked towards the other barista and replied "oh" with disdain, but went on and completed what he was doing. I then called "Excuse me" several times to, who seemed to be, the manager. I told her I was there to pick up a mobile order and instead of assisting me, she motioned to the other end of the counter where the young, caucasian female was placing the bags (my meals) onto a counter. I walked over to the end of the counter and waited. Nothing. The young gentlemen came over again and assisted me with getting my food. Now, I'm not sure if this young, Caucasian female barista was lazy, racist or mute. Either way, this treatment is unacceptable and I would advise anyone and everyone to think twice before entering this establishment. Especially if you are a young, African-American woman looking to receive the service you paid for. read more
