Not everyone likes matcha, but if you do, try this...the lavender ( very lightly flavored) nicely complements the matcha. I had ordered a coffee ahead and once I got there, it was already supposed to be ready to go. When I asked the workers about it since it wasn't there when I arrived, they assumed someone probably had either taken it by mistake/stolen it. So, they made me a new one asap and also gave me a $4 gift card for the inconvenience and coverage of my coffee. So sweet of them! Thank you so much! read more

WORST Starbucks EVER! Tried this location twice - and the employee are inept and nasty. Waited 25 minutes for my macchiato. After 20 minutes I checked on it and they told me "yeah we're really busy with mobile orders" but I literally watched several groups of people come in the door and order at the counter and get their drinks in less than five minutes. I tried to order a coffee and breakfast sandwich through the app and it showed they were out of both. Thinking "It's probably an app error. How can Starbucks be out of iced coffee?" I decided to just go through the drive-thru. I visited here on a weekend summer afternoon (7/14/23) and waited in the long line in a slow drive-thru. Sure enough, they were out of both the breakfast sandwich and iced coffee I was looking for. How is Starbucks out of iced coffee in the dead of summer? How is a Starbucks out of coffee of any kind ever? This store is frequently out of something and seems genuinely unprepared. I never know if their lobby is open, or if they're just running the drive-thru due to staffing. It seems as though this location is terribly mismanaged. I have to say I normally don't write reviews and this is usually my go to Starbucks because it's on my way to work. However my last couple visits were a little upsetting. I always mobile order just one drink at least 10 minutes ahead and normally it's waiting for me when I get there but recently I ordered the same way and my single drink order was not ready for an entire hour. I waited 10 more minutes after I got there but had to leave as I was already late for work, which was annoying but they were very busy. I sent one of my employees to go grab it for me quickly and when he got there 45 minutes after my order time it wasn't there and when he asked about it he was told they were still working on it and he waited another 10 minutes before my drink was finally ready. I feel for the employees I really do but there's gotta be a better system. read more

I've always loved Starbucks coffee, but I didn't like having to go to Target just to get it. I was excited when they created a new location in an area that I already make frequent visits to. I've gotten Starbucks matcha latte, which so far, is my favorite place to get matcha. I've also gotten almond milk lattes, iced green teas, and quite a few food items, such as the oatmeal and the spinach and feta wrap. I have yet to be disappointed by any of the items I've ordered from here. This Starbucks is my favorite place to sit down and do work at. Several times since its opening just a few months ago, I've brought my laptop with me, ordered a drink, and stayed for hours just doing work. The staff is super friendly, and I never feel like I'm being rushed. They're also very helpful in answering any questions, and they're willing to make customizations to orders (such as making the oatmeal with almond milk instead of whole milk). One of the baristas always takes the time to make sure my name is spelled correctly, which isn't necessary, but it always puts a smile on my face. I love the atmosphere of this place, the staff is always nice, and all their products are a 10/10. read more

So ive been through the starbucks drive thru about 7 times and have waited nothing under 20 mins. 5 out of 7 times my order was wrong, my nitro was room temp or no "sweet" to the sweet cream. I decided to go in. I stayed in line for about 15 mins before i asked can someone please take my order? Someone kindly answered me and said " the order line is over there". (Like 3 feet away) noone asked are you being helped? And whats up with the website? Ive changed my password 99 times and it wont let me in. I only want to refill my card $50.00. Will not let me. Will not recognize my password. Bottom line, Starbucks has great coffee, BUT, they should find better people to work the store and look into the website issue. Needless to say, im pretty much done with Starbucks. Deleted my app from my phone. Life is way to frustrating to deal with this. EK read more

By far the slowest Starbucks line I have ever waited in. I have waited atleast 15 minutes in the drive thru every time I have gone there and they did not get my order right most of the times. I see why this place is rated so low. I just left this location and was so irritated that I was compelled to write a review. The line was long and slow which I'm fine with because in general this is a very busy area. I'm not fine with the fact that I paid over $11 for two Frappuccinos that tasted so watered down that they must have been mostly blended ice. I've never experienced such a bad drink from Starbucks in the many years I've been going. With the price you pay and the time required for waiting they should get it correct the first time. I almost went to Mcdonalds or Buger King to......they both offer good Frappe options but I thought NO .....let me splurge a little for the better quality. FAIL......needles to say I don't think I will be making a return trip anytime soon. read more

Ordered from mobile app and was ready by the time I got there 20 minutes later (was a few items so wanted to give them enough time on a busy Friday morning). Walk in and see a couple of people standing around - pretty standard for a morning at the watering hole - workers are walking at a snail's pace and have the apathy level of a sloth. I get it, it's busy, and sloths will be sloths. Thanked them for my order and asked for a straw (because always try appreciation folks, makes the review taste sweeter), since Sloth 1 was in front of the straws. Sloth 1 walked in the opposite direction and said, "You're going to have to wait for that." Three other sloths came in front of the straws and did nothing - oh sloths.  Sloth 1 came back and reached over another employee to finally get me a straw, and handed it at (yes, at) me. I thanked her and told her to have a nice day. Realized only after I've gotten to work those dang sloths forgot the egg bites and did not put the espresso in my drink, which tasted like dirty water. Very upsetting for finally deciding to splurge $8.25 - a mistake I will not repeat. We can thank my wife for getting me hooked on crazy custom drinks.  This was the worst experience I've had at any Starbucks, but not the first poor experience at this location.
