Although they don't list everything on their menu, they can make everything other Starbucks can. I'm glad I looked online before I came here, because I don't drink Starbucks often so I'm not the type of person that has my order down pat. I have been intrigued by their new protein coffees, and I saw online that they had an iced vanilla protein latte. My son wanted to eat inside so we went in and on their inside menu they only had an iced caramel protein latte. They were able to easily make the iced vanilla, but I wouldn't have known about it if I didn't look online. My son got a bagel with cream cheese and a butter croissant. The cream cheese does cost extra, but he ate everything so it was well worth it. On our way home from camp he asked to go through the drive-through so I got him a regular bagel with cream cheese, and everything bagel with cream cheese, and a butter croissant. This turned out to be too much, and he was not a fan of the everything bagel, so note to self always stick with the plain bagel with cream cheese and a butter croissant. The iced vanilla protein latte was delicious and I appreciate that even when I don't make my coffee at home I can still have protein in it. This Starbucks is pretty large. They have a ton of tables, so I can't imagine it ever getting crowded enough that there's no tables. There is also ample parking. read more

Always been pretty happy with this Starbucks - parking choices can be less than optimal during peak hours and drive thru often wraps around the building but that is pretty typical for most Starbucks in the Tampa Bay Area. LOTS of seating options (when dining area isn't closed due to Covid) - this location probably has one of the largest dining areas I've ever seen at a Starbucks! Only drawback is when they keep mobile order beverages out of reach/unattainable, as that largely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead/efficiently. Also, recommend ordering via mobile app and running inside to grab it versus waiting in the drive thru. :) read more

I think hard before giving any business less than 4 stars during Covid-19 even chains. I certainly do not like to complain during these tough times. Again, I don't want to give any less than 4 stars unless the food/drink isn't good and it's pricey. I was so happy I can still get my veins pumped with coffee. I fell in love with a Caramel Macchiato that included .5 pump Caramel & light ice. The Caramel syrup is a nice touch in my opinion. The drink also includes vanilla syrup, too. When I went through the driveway, the person taking my order was patient as I deliberated between a coffee or a venti tea. I went with coffee because I needed the caffeine boost. When I went to pay, it was a seamless process. I use the app. To rack up points to redeem for the future. They also give away a FREE drink during your Bday, so I redeemed mine today. A couple days ago, a patron paid for my drink at a different Starbs location, so THANK YOU! The Barista was wearing a mask to protect herself and others at this time - very commendable! So far so good at this bucks. I was so excited to see another one with a drive thru...right next door to my dentist...it'll be hard to say yes to fluoride knowing that I'll want a latte or a peach green tea lemonade right after my cleaning. Now I have a starbucks in every direction that I leave my home. This can't be good for me! So, you know how they say sometimes you can go to a starbucks and someone in front of you anonymously pays for your order? It happened to me for the first time at this one! It really made my day, so I ended up paying for the dude behind me to keep it going. What was cool is I was trying the everything croissant for the first time (and it was just as good as it sounds) so my order along with my go to drink (toffee nut mocha) was a little more than my normal spend of no more than $5. Finally they opened a Starbucks within a mile and a really nice one at that. The location used to be a Chase bank. I'm going to just come out and say it, this is the nicest and biggest Starbucks I've been to in Tampa. Should I go ahead and reserve my favorite sitting spot now? Great spot for enjoying your favorite drink whether it's for a meeting, date, as a workplace or just to relax. There's a long communal table in the center and booths and chairs scattered throughout. Even the workstation for staff looks roomy. Starbucks really maximized the space with their consumers in mind. I'll see you here! read more

This place is HUUUUUUUUGE!!!! There is so much seating, they should just set up a projector and screen some blockbusters! Not only is there a ton of seating, it comes in all different types: round, four person tables; longer tables with power outlets; solo chairs with footrests; booths along the walls; and backless, puffier, ottoman-like chairs. The area with the solo chairs is slightly removed from the rest of the store, so you can get your introvert on! Grab that prime seating behind the merch shelf and get some work done! The staff was super friendly. The barista did make my flat white a grande instead of venti, but he fixed it in no time and gave me the messed up drink as well. I LOVE when they do that instead of throwing it away! This place is going to be a local haunt for me for sure. I hope it stays this great as it gets older! read more

I go to this location quite often because it's convenient and they always get my order right. I always get a venti white chocolate mocha with coconut milk no whip cream no foam long shot. I have gone to a couple of the other locations in both directions and it's always been hit and miss. Here it's is has been consistent so even if I am going the opposite direction I will go here if I need a quick caffeine. The staff is always friendly. On one day in particular I went in to get a gift card to do a giveaway. The barista helped me purchase the card and put it on my app so that way people weren't using my main card. Every Starbucks location seems to deliver quality food and beverages, so they really only vary on their customer service. I've been to this location many times over the years, but unfortunately, this time was a real disappointment. I went through the drive-through mid-afternoon, which was surprisingly busy for that time of day. When I pulled up to pay for my order, I was shocked to see the staff member taking my payment was only wearing her mask half-on. Her nose was completely exposed, and it was barely covering her mouth. Given the extremely high Covid-19 numbers in the state right now, this is extremely concerning - especially by the staff member who deals directly with customers all day long. The second issue I had was how long it took to get my order and general customer service. From when the order was placed until I pulled up to the window took much longer than normal, even though it appeared the people in the cars in front of me had small orders (I didn't see them receiving tons of cups, just 1-2). There were at least two staff members preparing orders behind the counter (in addition to the one at the drive-through window), and they both seemed to be hustling. I'm not sure how many customers were inside, so they may have needed more help. It was the half-masked woman handling the drive-through who was moving slowly. I saw my drink prepared and set it down for her to pick up - she only needed to grab it and hand it to me. However, it sat there...and sat there... she took more orders from the drive-through... moved around a bit... then finally picked it up and handed it to me - almost like she forgot I was sitting there. The drink was perfectly prepared and tasted great (as always), but was dripping all over when it was handed to me. I had to ask for napkins, and the woman seemed irritated that I asked (even though it was obvious I needed at least one to clean up the cup). I had also ordered a cheese & fruit box, and would normally receive napkins with any food order from Starbucks. It may seem like something really little to complain about, but when your drink is dripping on you and in your car, napkins are pretty important. The food and drink I ordered would get 5 stars, but the service was more like 2, so I can only give them 3 stars overall for this visit. read more

Being open for more then 3 years now, I've been going to this location since it opened as it's very convenient for me. I've been there once, and it was closed. AT 4:50 IN THE AFTERNOON! I go there today, IT'S CLOSED AGAIN AT 4:55 IN THE AFTERNOON! First was on a Thursday, and today as a Tuesday. The app and the Yelp and every other site shows it's open until 10:00 PM or 9:00 PM. Come on! Edit your hours or don't run the business in general. You should be cooperating to the customers about time changes or whatever. We are everyday regulars at different Starbucks throughout the Tampa Bay Area. Today we arrived at this starbucks and was one of 3 guests in the entire store, and the only guest in line. There were 6 employees behind the counter, doing various tasks. The ONE task the customer pays them to do however, they did not. And that is acknowledge us and take our order. We stood there like idiots for upwards of 3-4 minutes before anyone even looked at us or took our order. Jilliana was not very friendly- first I waited at the drive-theu window for 5 minutes and she never opened the slider to acknowledge me. When she did, it was 8 minutes past when my mobile order should be ready and she said "what's your name?". I had told her my name in the drive-thru 6-7 min prior and I was the only car there. They hadn't even started my order. They didn't have the syrup, despite the app showing it as available. After selecting an alternative, she made my drink. Best Starbucks I have been to in the Country. My wife and I frequented this Starbucks quite often while we were waiting to move into our new home and have internet activated. We sat in the lobby for hours at a time. The lobby is very comfortable, the staff is very friendly, our orders are always correct and done quickly. Can't say enough about this Starbucks. Per my conversation with the manager this is the new layout coming to the entire Starbucks platform. Very spacious and a great vibe. I think I'm being generous with the stars. Yesterday I went to this Starbucks and got a caramel frap and I tasted the first two sips and after that it was like straight up ice. Wayyyyyy too much ice that I had to throw away my 'ICED drink'. I was not a fan and I am a fan of Starbucks. Amazing customer service! After starting my day accidentally losing a family heirloom and encountering disappoints and all before 1pm.... we stopped off at this Starbucks for a cup of coffee and some food to go with my broken heart (and what I thought was the beginning to a terrible day). After placing the mobile order my luck continued by my coffee being the only thing that didn't come through on our order... Luckily Oscar was the one at the counter and not only was he so nice and accommodating, he quickly made me my coffee. When I realized I forgot to ask to include the sweetener he offered to take it back and add it for me so I wouldn't have to bother adding myself after the fact. All I could think and feel during this whole experience was ... "WOW! So nice to see amazing customer service again!". I don't know about others but I feel this pandemic had hurt the customer service that we experienced from some companies and Oscar has revived it for me.
