I grew up in NYC/Long Island where the bagels are the best in the world. This was truly the best bagel I have had since moving to FL 7 years ago. And I honestly hadn't eaten all morning and ordered it expecting one of those microwaved premade sandwiches you get from most generic coffee shops out of convenience and it wasn't like that at all. The specialty coffees I have ordered weren't the best either. I have kept visiting hoping to maybe see if anything has changed but unfortunately, I don't think I will be back. The parking lot is very small and they also share parking with other businesses so going on the weekend can be a bit of a nightmare. This coffee place seems more tailored for co-working so it doesn't give me the cozy coffee vibes I gravitate towards.

In any case, it was a pleasant surprise to see this café located inside the medical office building attached to St. Joseph's Women's Hospital in Tampa. I love that they offer Café Bombon, which reminds me of Spain. I didn't like that it was too sweet. Was it still good, yes! But it was a tad too sweet for my taste. They also offered gluten-free pastries so that's always a plus in my book. They said they toasted the GF blueberry muffin, but it was cold while I ate it in the car. It was still yum. Lived here in the Tampa area now for almost 3 years and this is one of my favorite coffee joints. It's small it's collective. It's a coffee trailer, but it has a nice patio area to sit and chill if you wanted to do homework or admin work in an outside space. The iced vanilla latte with an extra shot , four total with oat milk is phenomenal. I get the same drink almost everywhere I go, and this is definitely one of the top cafés that I have found so far in the area. Some places will have that vanilla syrup that taste almost sour? It's hard to explain, but it doesn't taste bold in full flavor like this one does.
