I love Starbucks! I went to this Starbucks location and there was a very long line to get drinks. Once in line, I realized that the line was so long because the only team member working that night was breaking things down in the store for closing in between serving customers. I was on a time limit and so I found this very frustrating. I definitely didn't feel satisfaction after my trip to Starbucks that night. I later came back to this location, and again I was on a time limit, and thankfully there were two team members on staff this last time that I went, and so I was able to get my coffee in a short period of time. The ambiance for this Starbucks is very nice, but just keep in mind that this Starbucks is located inside a Target store so you'll have the ambiance provided by the Target store as well. read more

They said they are open till 9 they close at 8. Disappointed. No signs or anything saying they were closed got in at 810pm

Today I ordered a decaf knowing it had to be a pour over. The gentleman working was the only one there and was training. Without having done a decaf pour over before, he requested help. Throughout the time I waited he kept me in the loop, apologizing multiple times for the wait. After a couple minutes the line filled and it got really busy. At no point did he lose his cool or become over whelmed, constantly holding a smile and happy tone with all the customers in line. When I received my coffee, it was hot and perfect! We all start somewhere and have been in training before, I hope to let this gentleman know that he did a great job and to stay humble. Thank you ! (I think his name was Devon) read more

This is definitely not the Starship of the Starbucks brand, but being its the only one in the area, its managed to survive and I'd expect it to continue to be a lost leader for the Target store it's located in. Don't expect this store to become anything remotely close to your average Starbucks, it's apparent the management here doesn't have a clue or simply just doesn't care knowing that with a lack of any competition in the area the money will roll in just based on its brand presents. The the complete lack of effort here is almost comical but with the price of the products I don't let anything slide, if it's wrong or off flavor I demand tactfully that they remake it no matter how long the line or how short on time I have. Since its apparent bad reviews or complaints won't do it, the only way I see to raise the bar here is through economical means, wasting product impacts the revenue, a reduction in revenue impacts the owner, besides no one hates a do over more than the person having to do it over, there's no better way to end complacency... read more

They are so slow, unless the manger is working the shift. I guess they think since there is only one Starbucks in town then they can just suck and people will still come. And they are right, people still go even if they are extremely slow and don't care because this is the only one in town. So since we have gotten 2 Starbucks. This one has really improved. read more

Can't get myself to give any Starbucks on this planet less than 4 stars. I'm an addict to their coffee drinks. And let's be honest, you probably wouldn't go to Starbucks for an average cup of coffee anyways. This one's inside the local Target mega-mart in Titusville and has a neat little seating area looking out on the parking lot. It's perfect if you want to treat yourself to an Iced Mocha on one of those excruciatingly hot Florida summer days after you're done with grocery shopping. Ugh, this location is truly awful. They are super slow, there is always a long wait line because of this and somehow they mess up the coffee because it taste horrible, just awful. I can't bring myself to drink them after the first two sips. It's a convenient location for me, so I've stopped more than a few times hoping each past time was just an isolated occassion but that is not the case. Although this is in a target, the staff here is always friendly and courteous. It's just like walking into a full "factory" store. It's the only Starbucks for miles until next month when we get a stand alone store right across the street. It's smart that they have both. When I'm in a hurry I can go to the drive thru and when I'm in target I'm still able to caffeine up! Awesome! read more

I am traveling from KY and we stop at alot of Starbucks. This one is by far the worst. They would not fix my order because they said they had run out and did not want to brew a new pot. BUT would do a warm over NO THANKS. We ask for reg coffee had to wait for that and she did not give me my bread my friend got the wrong order which they fixed but ROLLED THEIR EYES.... Just visited and they are not participating in the half off frappe promo that Starbucks keeps advertising! With next closest Starbucks being 22 miles away this really sucks. I just wish that if Starbucks is going to let target open a shop in their name at least make it mandatory to participate in all Starbucks promos and not screw the customers! read more

I go here because it's the only Starbucks around. Anyway, they don't do drinks right. I order a shaken iced tea and it's not even shaken. Don't go at 8:54 because they will tell you it's closed but they close at 9. The drinks are not cheap so it's not much to ask for it to be done the way it's meant to be. Not to mention the employees kissing their significant others while on the clock and over the counter and making the drink for that significant other (a fapruccino) whom was behind you in line before the drink I ordered (iced mocha which is way easier and faster to make as is) then personally delivering said drink to the table while I was still waiting on mine. I'm a self-diagnosed Starbucks-aholic. There is said it. Phew. Lol. This location is always busy but what do you expect? It's the only one in town. I love that it's located in my favorite place Target because I can either grab a cup on the way in and sip on a latte while perusing the beauty section of grab one on the way out. Either way it's a good time. The service can be a bit slowed but I attribute that to the workers always changing. Every time I cruise through someone new is working so maybe they're inexperienced. Either way it's worth the wait and they're always nice about it and apologetic. I'm a pretty patient gal. My usual is a hot white mocha latte or cappucuino (nonfat) with whip or an iced or hot nonfat vanilla chai latte. My drink always tastes delicious and I always have a smile on my face after I'm doing drinking it. Putting a Starbucks in our town was a great decision! I approve. :D read more

This location always seem to have a long line. The coffee is good but I often bypass getting one at this location because it usually take about 10 minutes before you have your cup in hand. Aside from that, coffee is good and consistent and you can use your target red card and get 5% off. read more

I just purchased green tea latte with no ice.the lady only gave me half cup. I asked for reason. She told me because I asked for no ice. That's unreasonable. Why do we get the a full cup for hot drink. But for the cold drink with no ice we only receive half cup.very disappointed. read more
