This is the best starbucks within a 10 mile radius of my house outside of the kroger/tatget starbys. (I need order ahead options when it comes to work and large orders) I live less than a mile from a starbucks and would rather drive 10 mins out of my way. This location is always fast and friendly and they actually make my orders right. As someone who works in medical sales, I spend a lot of money per month at starbucks, and it's a bit embarrassing when I drop off the wrong order because starbucks went rogue. This store is always clean and well stocked. Kudos to the manager. They rarely are "sold out" or out of stock. Last month I spent just over $400 (not of my money) and I'd say at least $50 of that was on wrong orders. read more

It was my sister's birthday, and despite having an account for over a year, she was denied her free birthday drink. The employee claimed she was new and couldn't override the system, yet made no effort to ask a supervisor or higher-up if anything could be done. This alone was frustrating, but it was made worse by the fact that the drink we paid for was completely unacceptable. The matcha powder was not mixed at all and looked like it had simply been dumped into the cup. We essentially paid full price for a poorly made, half-finished drink. This review pertains primarily to Starbucks corporate policy. I have no problems with the way that this particular location is run. However, Starbucks corporate policy strongly affected my customer experience as a customer of this particular location. I wanted to order ahead online so as to be able to pick up my order more quickly. Went to the Starbucks website, and found out that I had to sign up for an account in order to do so. Not thrilled, but okay, fine. Then I got to the checkout page and found that I couldn't just place an order online, I had to buy an electronic Starbucks gift card for more than the amount of my order. Exasperated, I canceled the online order and just drove to the store and ordered there. Fortunately, there was no line, and my order came out right away. Furthermore, they had a menu item available that the website had shown as out of stock. Overall, this experience left me pretty sour on Starbucks, but I wasn't motivated to write this review until just now when I checked my email and found a marketing email from Starbucks -- a marketing email that I agreed to receive when I grudgingly signed up for the account so I could place an order online. Okay, I'll just hit the unsubscribe button -- it had no unsubscribe button!! Apparently since I was a member of Starbucks rewards -- which I had been coerced into signing up for to place an order online -- I was receiving the email as part of my membership agreement and there was no unsubscribe button -- I would have to go to the website and figure out how to cancel the account which I didn't feel like doing. Fortunately, gmail has a solution for the above -- you can "unsubscribe" through the gmail interface, basically mark the email as spam. All in all, this is incredibly sleazy marketing methods and not what I would expect from Starbucks. I've never seen any other company require me to buy a gift card just to place an online order. Fortunately, I realized that there's a Tim Horton's closer to my house than this Starbucks. I'll be going there instead now for many of my coffee and breakfast sandwich needs. read more

I go 2000 miles across the nation and still find myself at a Starbucks....studying. This spot particularly is definitely a great place to study. It's well lit, the music is low, and there's are so many vacant seats! I am not sure how Ohio Starbucks usually work, but back in California, it's hard to find seats, and the music is always so loud! I am not a fan of chain coffee houses but visit Starbucks since I love to go to cafes and read, work, study or use the computer and they are everywhere and private cafes are hard to find. The coffee and food products is consistently average and generally overpriced for what it is in my opinion, so barring any drink or food anomaly, the comments on Yelp should be environment or service based. The place at Reynolds is cramped, overcrowding when there is a line that encroaches some of the seats. The parking lot is cramped and hard to pull out of. The new Starbucks at Spring Meadows is much better, larger and easy to get in and out of. read more

On 11/18/22 I was in drive thru ordered a JavaChip lite whip/chocolate drizzle thats all I wanted! I pull to the cashier I paid cash I let him keep the silver he said thanks the whole time he had a crunch look on his face as if something was bothering him, He handed me my drink, It had stacked high whip opposite of what I asked, and no drizzle I asked him about it he mumbled something and clearly showed an attitude he wanted to keep giving it to me, I was like no I want the drizzle on it! and lite whip do to health reasons they could not take it back, that's fine he had to give me the chocolate in a tiny cup kool fine, he was so rude acting I asked for manager! He wasn't any better he tried to be but it was not in him I guess, he gave me an explanation that whoever was working on the drinks just forgot, and apologized it was not genuine, I got no straw no napkin so then I asked for a refund and told em that the cashier guy can keep his tip! Just a shame can't get good service even when you paying lol! I got a free drink but I was giving it back! I forot about peoples covid rules....I won't be going back to that one! read more

I've been frequenting this location for the past couple of years -- not just because it's the closest to my house, but because the service is fast and accurate and super-friendly. My husband and I know many of the baristas by name, and they know ours. (They'd even know our favorite drinks if we didn't mix it up on them so often.) The atmosphere in this location is cozy, but not crowded. It doesn't have the hectic or sterile feeling of some of the larger stores. I only wish they had a couple more "comfy chairs" and more parking -- there's nothing to be done about the latter, though, since they're located next to a popular cell-phone store. read more

oh, this place runs so hot and cold! (no drink pun intended) Some days, they are absolutely on top of their game: drink made perfectly and quickly, friendly staff, great atmosphere, all that good stuff. But on other days, the place devolves into utter chaos: wrong drink, surly staff, dirty lobby, long lines. Seriously. The contrast is SO stark that I've tried to figure out if it's a staff thing, or a time of day thing, or a what I'm ordering thing... I can't pinpoint it. So I take my chances with the Coffee Roulette. Also of note: if you're swinging through for a coffee during rush hour, heading into downtown... may the Force be with you, because getting out of that parking lot is enough to make you need an extra shot in your drink. read more

I normally like to support local businesses, but i admit I love me some starbucks! My 2 star review here is not for starbucks itself, since I do enjoy their coffee, but for THIS location. The plus for this location is that it seems to be bigger than the Central location, although I'm not sure that they have more seats. I usually frequent this location because it's on my way to work. But I'm a little fed up with them. The last 3 times that I've gone and ordered a venti latte, my drink has been at least 1/4 - 1/3 foam! which means that I end up with less coffee than a grande but at the venti price! And since I'm on my way to work, I don't have time to wait for them to remake the drink and their solution is to offer me a drink when I get off work! why would i need the coffee AFTER work! I need it BEFORE! Make my drink right! There shouldn't be that much foam for a venti drink!!! Also the lot is kind of small. In the mornings when there's a long line, there's not enough room to go around the cars to try to park to go inside. It's like a traffic jam. I've learned my lesson and decided to go to the other location even though it's a little bit out of my way. read more

Stoped by Today to get a Mocha Frap from drive thru! I had to wait for almost 12 minutes, they weren't even busy ! I nicely asked staff named Ben what took so long? Had a frapp yearning today haven't had one for a few years now..so I drive up order one put the straw in and draw! I was anticipating that creamy strawberry goodness on my palette.. nothing. I'm still waiting. I believe that's why I stopped to begin with.. along with the calorie deal! Watered down a minuet hint of strawberry. If I didn't know better I'd say it was a fine execution of a icy cold watery pink tinged drink topped with whip cream. From Indy to Toledo the frapp is a watery mess. read more

One of my favorite Starbucks. The thing I miss most about not living in the South end any longer is not being able to go to this Starbucks. Only drawback is the parking lot is small and it can be a pain to make a left hand turn out of the parking lot during busy traffic times (the later isn't their fault). Drive through is very fast and always little to no wait unlike the Westgate Starbudks that always has a long line of cars. Inside there is plenty of seating and the staff is great and very efficient. No issues with my drink being ready as soon as I go inside if I use the app and even if I don't use the app they are very fast and there is never an issue ordering off the secret menu as long as they have the ingredients. This is by far the worse Starbucks in the nation. Poor customer service, and rude. They make the worse drinks, I ordered a flat white and it tasted so disgusting. I ordered a tall non fat flat white and the guy just gave me regular flat white, when I told him that I ordered a non fat, he told me NO you didn't !!!! He basically accused me of lying. Liz is a great general manager and runs an awesome store! I work next door and frequent this location a lot. Anytime this location gets an health inspection the pass with flying colors which shows because it is always very clean inside. My mobile orders are always ready before I arrive & everyone is very friendly. I personally think this location is the best in Toledo! read more

In my experience, this is the least consistent Starbucks in the area. Not unique to this Starbucks, I've found that if I go into the store then my drinks are generally right-on. However, the drive-thru is a whole different story. It's more like 50/50 at this Starbucks. They simply do not double check the modifications or they DO double check but decide to hand the drink off anyways. It's frustrating. read more

I was here to have coffee and conference call for team meeting. They have free WIFI for AT&T customers with Smartphone which is big plus. They have external seating which I used for my conference call. There are some traffic noise but that is not Starbucks problem. We go to this Starbucks on Wednesday nights, about 9pm, on the way home from church. Last night was the second time in one year that we were not waited on despite the fact that workers saw us come in. A third time we had to ask someone to take our order. I talked to the manager today to let her know what happened and received a generic "I completely understand". I'm not looking for free drink coupons, just wanted her to know there's a problem. We won't ever go back to that store again and instead will use the one further west on Airport Highway. read more
