One of the busiest locations in Ocean County for sure as it is off of Route 70. Regardless, the staff is ALWAYS wonderful, so sweet & I have received consistently well crafted beverages & food for as long as I have been a customer! Ordering ahead on the app is a personal recommendation as if you are one of those people who can't stand to wait in line for more than 5 minutes at a CONSISTENTLY busy location, you'll give yourself less to complain about. :))) The baristas keep crowds moving & are super apologetic about wait times. Coming from a fellow barista, drinks CAN take long to make especially when you order something with 500 mods and notes to read through. This is one of the better Starbucks I've ever visited... and I've tried quite a few. It's Starbucks so the menu and beverages are status quo, but the layout for those staying in is very comfortable. 5 two-seat tables, an 8-seat communal table, 2 arm chairs and 4-seat counter give space to move around and a few options to plug in and charge. It's nice that neither the line nor the waiting area park you on top of patrons who are seated. Plenty of parking. Drive through. And as many people said, exceptionally friendly baristas. read more

I just got an order from this store, and let me tell you it is the absolute BEST Starbucks drink I have ever ever had. The team at this store is absolutely rocking it. They had my mobile order done in about two minutes. Super fast, super great. This is absolutely my new favorite Starbucks location. Waited on line and was told by an auto response that they are closed. They close at 9:00 and we were online way before 9 and pulled up at 8:59 and low n behold they were closed. Very bad customer service as I watched the cars in fornt if us receive their order.. read more

The wait here is insane but the reason I give them more stars than they deserve is because the staff is SO nice! They were super apologetic about the wait and the drinks and food is good. Finally a drive-thru Starbucks in Toms River! I've only had one bad customer service experience here with a woman working the drive-thru window, but overall they have a very nice staff. Drive thru turn is WAY too tight, all you see are tire marks from people hitting the curb. read more

Best thing I like about this Starbucks is that I work right across from it so you get to build that person relationship with the staff and it makes for such a great experience. You can ask for them to make anything you wanna try even if it's not on the menu. They always have a great personality here and that that's awesome. read more

The drinks are just like other Starbucks, very good. This location is very clean. The building it is in used to be a fast food chain store. You would not know that when inside. The few foods i have had there are very good. A little expensive, but I guess like they say you get what you pay for. All but one of the girls working there have been very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Have only been there a few times, but plan on going more. Would have given a 5 rating, but the one employee was just so unpleasant. read more
