We had just a traditional hot chocolate, with no whipped cream. We had taken them home and added a healthy shot of Bailey's Irish Cream. It was absolutely delicious‼ My normal drink is a caramel macchiato. Whether it's cold or hot depends on the weather. Always pretty tasty. read more

This Starbucks is always top notch in quality and service, but the line is very long and can be slow-moving (and order ahead in the app is often down). The line sometimes wraps around toward Blue Moose and it can be a bit confusing who is in line for drive through and who is parked for the bank/BM curbside pickup. I wish Starbucks had clearer signs for customers! Inside, it can move faster, so definitely consider that option if there are lots of cars. That said -- the drinks here are as good as any Starbucks and they're always willing to customize. My recent favorite drink to order: - Grande Iced Matcha Latte with Oatmilk - Add 3 shots of chai syrup - Add Sweet Vanilla Cream cold foam Is it like an $8 drink? Yes. But is it delicious? Also yes. I absolutely love the ability starbucks has to brighten my day no matter the time. However, unlike anything I've experienced before, I came in today and ordered my drink and stayed for a couple hours to work on my computer, as I really enjoy the atmosphere, and about 30 minutes into my session, I overheard the two employees obnoxiously conversing about how much they hate their jobs and how terribly they think of the environment. As someone who came in to have a relaxing "coffee shop vibe", I wasn't expecting something like that. My husband & I always frequent Starbucks when out on the road. Used mobile app to order ahead for the area we were in. Entering store, noticed trash cans were overflowing and we didn't get a welcome. It's 5:30 pm and there was one car in drive-thru and just us in the store. Never saw that at any Starbucks. Ever. Still nothing the entire wait on my drink. Fast and friendly Starbucks, but hard as heck to get to if you don't know where you're going. A missed turn and we found ourselves with the choice to get on 470 or do a massive uturn. We did the latter and finally found our way to the entry drive. Once we arrived and got our hot caffeine loaded drip coffee it was much easier to get out of the parking lot and back on the road. read more

I love this store though I hardly am close enough to stop here. The inside is super cozy with lots of space and good seating options. It's usually very busy. The drive through is especially busy and it can be hard to even get in the queue without blocking traffic on the side street. Parking is also extremely limited, though they do have a couple of spots for online orders. Of course people will park in them anyway and make your life difficult if you like to order ahead. This is your standard Starbucks. As an out-of-towner, my regular Starbucks is substantially busier than this location but far faster in delivering product--allow yourself an extra 5 minutes beyond your expectations to get your order. Although this location gets plenty of business and currently has a pretty full seating area, the disruptions come from the baristas. I'm not sure if it is a lack of training or simply the expression of pent up rage, but one of the baristas consistently is slamming the cover to the ice cooler and other things on the countertop. We all have angst and frustration, but my ears don't need to be witness to your expressed frustration consistently across the 1.5 hours I have been here. read more

If using the app in the morning to scoop up a beverage before work, order at least 30 min in advance of you heading their direction. The app will prompt and advise your beverage will be ready before your arrival. Don't worry. It won't. Prepare yourself for grumpy customer service when you get there. The amount of complaints in the morning is astonishing, if you have time, take a seat and watch it unfold one after another. Unsure why they don't revamp their morning routine, process or hire more help. At the very least, fix the app so it doesn't tell me my drink will be ready in 4-7 minutes when I got 20$ that says I can get dressed and stop for gas before arriving and my beverage still won't be ready. read more

I love this Starbucks and go there daily, but there are days I wonder what's going on with the baristas! This morning I went through the drive through. We were the only ones there and it took forever for our order. Then when I got to work I noticed how light my venti was. It's not even half full! I just paid $6+ for half a drink. I'm so thankful Starbucks built a second free standing location. This one, in comparison to the other on Wanamaker, moves very fast! The drive-thru never takes more than 5 minutes. They get my drink right 95% of the time and the staff is friendly. It's much easier to get in and out of this location. My only complaint is that the parking lot is very small. There's maybe only 10-15 spaces available and 2 are handicap. I'm very happy with this Starbucks, despite living closer to the other, I will drive out of my way to come to this one. read more
