Best Starbucks in Turlock, they always make my drinks perfectly and staff is very friendly.

I haven't ordered a drink at Starbucks in over 7 years, but I decided to stop by tonight so that I could study with a cup of hot cocoa. Unaware of all the fancy things people can do with their drinks (lol) I expected the customer service to be a little irritated with me. Instead, I was given the most amazing service I could have ever asked for by Clardy. She was so patient with me, and made a lot of awesome suggestions. I ended up going with the zebra hot chocolate with a pump of peppermint, and it was oh so delicious! I will always support this Starbucks because of the kindness she showed me tonight! I come to this Starbucks often when I'm in Turlock since it's right down the street from my hotel. I like that they're open nice and early so I can hit the up before going through my long days of meetings in Turlock. The employees are really nice and the drinks are always good. There seems to be a lot of sitting space to work or hang out with friends and the bathrooms are kept nice and clean. Free wi-fi and an open parking lot, too! read more

It's a Starbucks. While there are plenty of seats in the place, parking close can be a major pain in the butt. From time to time the employees here are rude, but most of the time they are just a mechanical as any other Starbucks employee. I have a hard time giving it a higher grade because nothing makes this place stand out. read more

This location has a great staff! If you're a regular, they do remember your regular order. They are always friendly, kind, and caring. No matter how busy they are, they'll always ask you how your day was or how you are doing. They're also pretty fast at getting the drinks ready and they always make it right! read more

I'd like to say my experience was great... except it wasn't. My dad and I placed our order at 1:10pm with Jill. 30 minutes came and went. Still no drinks. Finally went up to the counter to see when our order was going to be ready and they said they didn't have our order even placed!! I didn't have a mobile order. I walked in and ordered my drinks. How does it just get lost?! Finally walked out with my drinks. It's 1:47pm. Thanks Starbucks. I will not be returning to this location. read more

This us the only one that makes my complicated coffee perfect every single time! No matter who the Barista is..it's perfection. This last time though...the young girl at the counter was so rude! Out if character for this location. She even yawned while I was giving her my order and seemed like it was such a hassle. I always say please and thank you but got nothing in return from her. On a trip to Sacramento took a detour and happened upon a great Starbucks. Newer designed store with lots of windows, outdoor tables and excellent staff. Highly recommend making a stop of the California Hwy 99 N/S at Monte Vista. Worth the stop, just a half a mile of the road. read more

I got two regular coffees and lets just say it was t fresh and lukewarm gross , I ordered a coffee cake and they asked me if I wanted it warm I said yes, then I asked for two chocolate chip cookies and I guess they assumed I wanted them warm to (which I didn't) plus they didn't even ask. I complained about the cold coffee and asked for cold cookies and they seemed bothered. Not a pleasant staff if you ask me. read more

Wow- talk about customer service! I came in this morning to pick up a traveler box (for a function I'm helping with) & also ordered a coffee for myself & my husband. The girls behind the counter timed the preparation so that the box of coffee would be ready at the same time as my coffee & the one I ordered for my husband, so that our coffees wouldn't be cold. I know that's not a huge thing, but it's little "customer service" things like that that really win me over! read more

I have come in to this location before and received bad service, but after my experience yesterday I will not be going back. As a full time working mom, I come to Starbucks for not only the coffee, but the experience that you receive while being in/at the store. Kinleigh and the service that she provides at this location needs to seriously be looked in to. She is rude, snappy, and makes you feel stupid. Her tone of voice is harsh and she looks miserable while at work. This location is convenient because it is right off of the freeway and a drive-thru but I would rather take the extra 10 minutes and get out of my car at the Monte Vista and Countryside location to avoid receiving service from her ever again. Working in customer service is HARD, and I try to never dismiss the fact that someone could just be having a bad day, but this has now become a consistent issue and management really needs to take this as a learning opportunity and look into her and this store as a whole. read more

I normally stop here for a break when I'm driving up to the Bay Area, and it's always been a great experience. I stopped here yesterday, and it was the worst experience I've ever had at any Starbucks in my life. I understand they were busy for the holiday, which as a current partner, I sympathize. My boyfriend and I waited over 30 minutes for our drinks. I wish I knew the other 2 baristas names because they were sweet. We had been waiting and one of them saw that we still hadn't gotten our drinks so she got our drinks back in the correct queue order, which we then received our first drink out of two. A different barista took over on bar, her name was Nancy, and just started making drinks. The drinks she was making were for the people that had ordered after me. I asked her if she had my drink in line, she looked and said, yes it's in order to be made. I said ok but I already got one of my drinks. Her response?? It's going to be a while. I was so upset. We waited over 30 minutes to get one drink out of the two that we ordered. I left because I was so mad and I also needed to get back on the road. I don't understand how we were supposed to wait 30 minutes for one drink and who knows how long for my other drink. Worst experience I've ever had as a customer and partner. read more

Morgan is an angel! She is so sweet, my latte had too much foam and she kindly remade my drink for me even though there was a line. She was quick, apologetic, and didn't make a face when I asked her to remake it like I've seen at some locations when a customer had a complaint. Best vanilla latte I've had! I love Starbucks and the Monte Vista drive through is always great (sometimes watered down more than usual) but the baristas (not the cashiers) have horrible attitude. I like nonfat milk because whole milk grosses me out for some reason. I said I still wanted whip cream (because let's face it, it's the best part of the frappuccino) he gave me the biggest attitude over something so little that' I'm still paying for! I'm not sure if he was thinking I was on a diet or something because of the nonfat milk, but either way that's none of his business. I've had other attitude given by the barista's at this location, before but that example sticks out the most. read more
