This used to be a favorite Starbucks but not anymore. They've hired a bunch of new people with attitudes. They don't know how to make the drinks and could care less whether you like it or not. A guy was making drinks and put cold foam on my daughter's drink. She told him it was cold foam, and he argued that it wasn't. It was supposed to be cream. If it sets on top of the drink, it's cold foam! Anyway, they were unwilling to remake it and all of our drinks were terrible. The pink drink is not supposed to be separating when it's freshly made; I watched the employee make my drink. They really need some training on how to make drinks. We went over to the Kroger Starbucks and told them what had happened. She remade our drinks, and they turned out right! Steer clear of this Starbucks. Go inside Kroger instead. They couldn't make a drink taste good if they really tried... Their drinks are too expensive to taste horrible, and I don't need the attitude! read more

I love the staff they are so friendly it used to be my favorite Starbucks I know they're struggling with keeping fully staffed as most places are I'd give them a better review if they didn't close early almost daily other than that they are awesome I really hope they can work out the issues so they can operate at normal hours and I'd love to revise my review once they do! Every time I come here the staff is friendly and welcoming. I have been on a cold brew with cascara kick recently. It is a velvety smooth dark coffee drink with cold foam on top that has hints of brown sugar. I am not sure what this Starbucks does differently then other Starbucks, but the drink seems to taste better here. I have tried this drink at multiple locations and I always enjoy it more here. If you are in the neighborhood, stroll on down to this location. This is solely about service and the not listening to customers! The employee that was not working and talking to everyone behind the counter while paying customers were waiting to buy... said employee then walked behind the counter and continued to interrupt the working employees by talking to them. To the point that the cashier turned their back to me in the middle of my order. Not good business when there is another location 200 yards away! The coffee was not as usual tasting after I received it. I would have asked for it to be remade but the employee that was not working was back on the customer side of the counter talking to all that were working. Currently at the window in this Starbucks. Horrible awful attitudes. All the baristas are standing around doing nothing. We have 3 drinks and none are being made. No one is on bar. There is no one deploying positions. At a Starbucks this is appalling. Will not be coming back read more

I've been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, but the service I received at this location literally made me not ever want to go there again. The place was dirty - empty cups and dirty napkins left out on the tables. Food on the floor and seats. Was there for 30 minutes with no crowd and no attempt to clean. All I saw were two employees throwing ice cubes at each other and goofing off. Ordered a latte and they made a Frappuccino. I kept waiting for them to make the latte... and waited... and waited... then after 5 minutes I asked when they would have my latte ready and the employee just gave me a nasty stare and pointed to the Frappuccino with a nod of his head. When I pointed out they made the wrong drink, they were adamant that I ordered it. I've never ordered a Frappuccino from Starbucks ever. After more glaring from the employees, they reluctantly started to make my latte. Now I've been there for almost 10 minutes and still no latte. Just when I'm about to ask for my money back and leave they finally produce a simple latte. Was that so hard? Your product is only as good as your employees. Will still drink Starbucks, just not at this location. read more
