I have come here many times since 2014. This was the first time in a while. My wife and I stopped by and sat inside for an hour. She read her book, I played on my tablet. This Starbucks is larger. It's pretty openly spaced. I had a grande vanilla cold brew. It was pretty good. I appreciate the baristas adding a lot of vanilla pumps to give it flavor. Now, I'm pretty much a holy believer, follower, and worshiper of the Caribou Coffee on route 59 but this Starbucks is just so damn convenient for me to stop at when I'm running late for work (which is always) and when I need a little pick me up (which is any time of the day prior to 4:00... sometimes after, too). It's got a speedy little drive thru, smiley cuties right outta Seventeen magazine for staff, and one helluva chai tea latte. Haven't found a good local coffee shop and this place is across from my hotel so I have stopped by several times. Staff is friendly but slow and sloppy. For example this morning I ordered a drink and a breakfast sandwich. My sandwich was ready right away and I started eating it while I still waited on the drink. Finished the drink and 15 minutes later asked about the drink. Well, they forgot to make it! Next visit I decided to order the drink via the mobile app before arrival to avoid the wait. Place was basically empty when I arrived and workers were just cleaning. Waited a couple minutes and asked if they received my order. Lady looked at me funny and said no! Then she went to the espresso machine and found it! They had started it and left it at the machine HALFWAY done! If I had a better option I wouldn't come here. read more

Bigger than it looks from the outside, its one and a half store fronts.. still, not very big. Little sitting area overlooks the parking lot.. a bit chilly for that today Super clean, the displays looked great. I restrained myself from the great looking pastries... This is the worst Starbucks location in the area. My office is nearby, so I used to come here every morning before work and order the same thing, and every morning my coffee would look and taste different. Some days it would essentially be cream with a little splash of coffee, and some days it would be the opposite. Some days it tasted like blonde roast and other days it was dark roast. I just spent two years working from home during the pandemic and had not been to this location at all during that time. I returned to the office this week and decided to give this location another chance, and what do you know? My drink was awful. Everything you buy here is wildly inconsistent with other Starbucks locations in the area. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I've never come to this Starbucks, even though I travel this street almost every day. I checked it out on my way to work this morning to get my morning hazelnut latte. The line was pretty long and that worried me that I might be late for work. It moved along pretty nicely and I made it to work, on time! Next thing that scared me was the high placed drive thru window. It was obviously made for SUV's, only. To my surprise, the girl working the window has to really lean out to hand your your order. What's even more awesome??? She handed to me the way I believe a hot coffee should be handed to the customer. She was holding more of the top of the cup, so I could grab it more at the bottom. I can't tell you how many people hand it to you in the area where you need to grab it. Just last week, this happened to me and when I grabbed it at the top, because I had no where else to grab, the top popped off and I had hazelnut latte all over me and my car!! Boo! Went to this location on work trip around 9:45am. There were a few people in front of me, but it still took them some time to get to serving me. Seems like the cashier seems to be doing a lot of the run around ie getting her own drip coffee and checking to see if there was a specific pastry but she was friendly. I ordered my Salted Cream Cold Foam Cold Brew (hate the name, love the drink) with a few modifications and it came out perfect and within a few minutes, same thing with the food. I find this place a refuge if you are a road warrior or work from home. It's a great distraction and a relief from the boredom of working at home and living in the same building. The music is now subdued and low. The free wifi hotspot helps you save the cost of consuming data from both your smart phone and broadband card (if using your laptop). Whenever I go to this location, it's right before work therefore extremely busy. The line for the drive-thru wraps around the corner of the building. The staff is always very friendly and I get my drinks very quickly. I've only been inside to order once, and Jaide was extremely sweet and helpful when I forgot to ask for my coffee iced (I waitress, so I know how frustrating that can get when you're busy). This location is pretty bad. The employees are not friendly or helpful except for one older woman who works mornings at the drive thru. They do not know how to work the phone app so dont ask for help with it. They either aren't trained or just don't care. I have been there many times inside and at the drive thru, and my experience with the drive thru especially is almost always bad. They screw up my basic order about 40% of the time and they are usually jerks too. The only good thing about this location is convenience/location. I've just stopped going to Starbucks in general because the worst part is how inconsistent the drinks are made. Sometimes they are super light on the syrup in drinks such as the White Chocolate Mocha. Sometimes they barely put any espresso in the latte (photo). I'm not paying over 5 dollars for a cup of milk with ice... You never know what you are going to get, it is so inconsistent! and if you say anything about your drink being made like shit they are jerks about it or claim that it is made properly. I don't pass a drive thru coffee place on my way to work...strangely enough. I literally have to back track, go out of my way or IN a coffee place to get coffee. If I go to the gym in the morning, and don't feel like buying my coffee at the Lifetime Cafe, or I just want to use my starbucks gift card, I will stop here. I must say this is one of the best Starbucks I've been to. I don't understand how the same drink can taste so different at different locations but they so do. This location is spot on every time with my drink. Even when I'm heading to Target, which has a Starbucks inside, I still stop here. This is one of the worst Starbucks locations I've been to. Every morning before work i stop to get an iced coffee and croissant. Well it's safe to say that I've officially given them way too many chances. They give me the wrong order almost twice a week (and my order is probably way easier than most). There have been numerous times when they have been out of iced coffee? I say that with a question mark bc how is a Starbucks out of iced coffee. Also croissants. Also bagels. Not ice nor sleet nor rain nor snow nor laziness can keep this girl from a latte. Which is why this Starbucks is so perfect: I don't have to lug my tubby butt through ANY of the aforementioned conditions when Starbucks has a DRIVE THRU! Perfection. And it's not just ANY drive thru! It's a static free, clear and bright menu'd, friendly, fast and efficient drive thru! All of the employees who work the window are so friendly and patient, stopping to chat while the drinks are being prepared and never ever looking annoyed when it's negative forty seven bazillion degrees out and they have to stand in front of a constantly open window. When I blow through this location with my pup Hamish, they always offer him a puppaccino - a tiny Starbucks cup with a squirt of whipped cream in it. He adores them. It's also the perfect distance from my office, such that I can make it there and back in about 25 mins, so I don't have to waste my whole lunch on my coffee addictions. Though it gets a teensy bit hectic at that light on Diehl, it's often so very worth it to not have to get out of the car. read more
