This review is due to an error of the previous evening. I ordered a drink while shopping at Kroger. I realized the order was at another location down the street so I had my husband get it while I shopped. I opened the bag and realized this was not my order plus a pastry was included. I was not able to drink because it contained milk and I'm lactose intolerant. Today I returned to the same Starbucks to explain what happened the night before. The general manager was there she was so nice and remade my drink plus they made one for my son for free. If I reviewed this location yesterday it would have been 2 because my husband said the baristas were playing around, it took a long time to get the order then handed him the wrong order. Thank you for making it right. This location is on the smaller side but is great for a quick drink with a friend. They have some comfortable chairs with tables for your drink and essentials. There's a high table with bar stool chairs for a party of 6. They also have a nice display of Starbucks coffee and cups. I have my eye on the red tumbler. read more

It's right across from fitness connection, so all I have to do is place my mobile order, drive over and go about my morning commute! It couldn't be any easier really. Not the best experience this morning. Bought a grande cappuccino with an extra shot and could already tell when I picked up the cup how empty it was. I ordered an extra shot so it should be full. Been coming here for years. Never a bad service but sometimes can be slow. It can also be challenging getting out of the drive thru during peak times due to the location (busy shopping center with multiple restaurants). It is my go-to though during the holidays for gifts as I feel they have a greater selection than the other locations I frequent. Drinks are well made and I enjoy coming here. read more

Typical Starbucks. But this location is either right on or completely off. The regular baristas are awesome. Some times they have the new recruits and seems like when this happens non of the seasoned vets are here at same time. We've had our drinks need to be remade 4 times before. Stopped by the drive-thru last night to get my daughter a free drink for her birthday. The employee helping us asked to see the free drink coupon in my daughter's app. We only had it in her email. She was very nice explaining how it worked and that we needed to open it up in the app. My daughter's phone was downloading it very slowly and the next thing I knew, the sweet employee said that we didn't need to worry about it, that she already took care of it, and wished my daughter a happy birthday. I didn't ask for a special favor, she did it all herself and it certainly impressed me! On a different note, every time we stop by, our drinks are exactly as we ordered them. :) read more

Since January I have spent at least 200$ a month at this establishment . I will never go there again . The other day I was yelled at by the manager . There is a line that wraps around the building some entitled woman thought that the rules didn't apply to her . I wouldn't let her get in . She called the manager and the manager screamed at me because the woman called and complained . This establishment prefers people who appear to have money . The employees were extremely apologetic . I will not go back to an establishment where the manager screams at people who have been loyal customers . This is the closest Starbucks location to my house. I usually try to plan my trips to Starbucks when I am away from my neighborhood. This Starbucks is the slowest on the planet. There were only two cars ahead of me in the drive through and it still took 14 minutes to get through the line. I have complained to management in the past. No change. read more
