Just the right amount of butter to bring out their savory character, with just a kiss of natural sweetness. The ham and Gruyère is an absolute pleasure. They have actual content; not just a tease of baked in ingredients. The financier were also perfect! I'm very much looking forward to seeing any additional Parisian pastries added to their counter. I enjoy going in and ordering my sandwich there but they do plenty of online ordering. I have not had a problem at all with the service. The staff does a great job of making your sandwich in no time. The place is small but sells lots of other stuff like coffee, tea, and of course their pork products. There is a seating area that is comfortable and clean.
