Its the only one in town and they know that which is why nothing has changed permanently. You might get an I'm sorry and some empathy from one gentleman but the rest truly lack customer service skills. I understand that the Memorial Day holiday slowed it down. My problem was really not with the company, but rather that they use the USPS, which is almost always behind lately. What I didn't expect was the president of this company sending me a response that was this rude and unprofessional. So, I called. He said "you always have a problem."
