I live down the street so I come here often, and the wait isnt bad if you order via mobile app, but I always make sure to order my stevia and milk with the coffee so I don't have to use the mixing station. I order a coffee from here every single day and have been for the past year. WHY? I don't know. Not only do they drastically raise prices, and make you wait 40 minutes for a terrible coffee (literally never consistent or at all what you ask for) but the morning crew shuts off Mobile ordering EVERY SINGLE MORNING and it never comes back on until the shifts change into afternoon. It is the only Starbucks on the APP that is constantly not available for order ahead. The first few times I thought "maybe they have a lot to stock.. maybe they are just busy on the inside" NOPE. 9/10 times I get there and there is nothing going on inside. I think this place has gone down hill traumatically. When people have work, or other things to do it is convenient to just order ahead and have it ready for when you get there. I completely understand if they are in over their head, but I think it's pure laziness at this point. They should spend more time hiring proper people and training them. I had to stop buying a drink I get every morning, because I'm paying extra to get stuff in my coffee THAT NEVER MAKES IT IN THE CUP! An extra $3 for my customization which I don't mind paying for, but when I pay for it every day and they just completely "forget" to put everything in there? I should stop now before I get carried away. Just go somewhere else to get coffee, chances are this place won't last much longer. read more

Not very busy for a Starbucks,maybe it's because Dunks and Marylou's is down the street. Nice little coffee place that's very popular out in Boston,this Starbucks is right in the middle of Weymouth, and has it's competitors only a few minutes away (DD and Marylou's) it's still nice. read more

Wish I could give this place a negative star. The worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Long wait, always out of certain add-ons and they won't tell you until after you get your drinks. The "baristas" are slow and don't care that they're slow. The two girls that were making drinks today (Sunday 11/10/19 at 1:50pm) stopped to chat with their friends while there were 20 clearly unhappy customers waiting. Their friends got several drinks before us. Surprise, surprise. I waited for 20 minutes for my tea mobile order. 20 minutes. For tea. Don't go here if you value your time and money. read more

I used to be a "regular" here, because the service was friendly and the ambiance was good- soft music and rich aromas filled the air. I enjoyed the place almost daily during a spell of unemployment and got to see other regulars. Perhaps it's because it's summer, but I think of Starbucks as a grown ups hangout and wince when the 2-10 year olds are not using their inside voices. Today, with 3 sets of toddlers coming and going, I waited patiently enjoying the soft jazz, knowing they weren't staying. Nevertheless, I could no longer stay since a very noisy barista complained about his work and threw plastic cups at the counter and slammed the ice maker lid shut at least six times. If you don't like your job, leave. Let the patrons sip our lattes in peace. read more

Ordered a Carmel frap, left store and tasted it. It was awful. Returned and told them, they apologized and made me a new one. After getting the new one I asked if they put whole milk in it and he replied no it was 2 percent milk because they ran out of whole milk. How can you substitute milk w/o telling the customer? Okay, i always come to this place since this is the closest one that i got. Although i have to strive the traffic just to get here. But today the service is awful. We ask for refill when you hit green star but instead to say sorry they where so mean to me.They where not busy at all and it seems like they don't want to entertain with you at all.. Well they had to go and remodel it, removing all the warmth and comfortableness of the old room and replacing it with a stark and cold modern look. Dang. The colorful cozy couches and chairs are gone and now it's just black wooden chairs everywhere. Guess Starbucks doesn't want people lingering around, just get in and get out. I've noticed the staff changed up a little too, for the most part they're friendly but there are a couple of new sourpusses. Ah well, it's still Starbucks...just not the cozy location it used to be. read more

Starbucks offers a great selection of hot and cold coffee and drinks. If none of them tickle your fancy, you can always order from the "secret menu". Google it. I recommend the Cotton Candy Frappachino or a nice hot Butterbeer but be sure to remember how many pumps of this or that because the secret menu is so secret that the baristas may or may not know the recipe. The employees here are friendly, fast, and efficient. They tolerate my constant "that's decaf, right?" every single time I pick up my order. To my defense, OTHER places do regularly screw that up and asking has saved me multiple times from heart palpatations! There's a clean seating area with low tables or high tops with many outlets nearby so you can take advantage of their WiFi without killing your battery. Definitely my favorite Starbucks location. read more

Just left this location, which I come to often due to my dog walking business that takes me to Weymouth mon- fri. The girl making my coffee was half way through making my latte (iced) and decided to change the trash, not a problem until I noticed she was going to go right back to finishing up my latte, which is when I asked her nicely if she minded washing her hands to which she almost knew she was supposed to because it was almost before I could finish the sentence she began doing so. She wears a hat always so I'm thinking she has dreads under the hat, very friendly, but it's absolutely disgusting. If I didn't ask her to wash her hands she wouldn't have! I've worked in many Dunkin' Donuts growing up and I'm pretty sure the rules are similar, no cross contamination! Still can't get over how lazy people can be! Only gave a 3 star rating because I love Starbucks! Wash your hands people, it's normal and especially when u work in the food industry! read more

This is my favorite casual hangout in my neighborhood. The barista staff is always friendly and experienced and remembers repeat customers like me. I usually get the Banana Chocolate Chip pound cake with my coffee. Sometimes I will switch up to a Passion Tea Shaken Tea and Lemonade. The music selection for sale and playing from the speakers in the restaurant provides nice variety and has fed my Shazam selector more than any other place. With the busiest Dunkin Donuts in the nation just down the street, this place holds its own pretty well. read more

This is my favorite coffee shop to go to. I'm a huge fan of Dunks but the management and team are so extremely friendly and caring that they have stole my business! I go there a lot to grab a coffee and do my school work and sometimes to just get away. The team is fast with the orders and are very precise as they take care with everyone's particular orders. I just came yesterday around 7:30 pm. There was only a girl working. She is unfriendly and worked uncomfortably. I asked for a venti ice of 4 shots expresso and 3 shots of white mocha that only costs 4 or 5 bucks, but she charged me over 6 bucks. Will never come back again. read more

they say they open at 4:30 am, but the coffee,s aren,t ready or the employees, until at least 5 am. they close at 9 pm but all the employee,s are to bizzy cleaning up at 8 pm to wait on you and , the place is a pig stye. the coffee is old, food is put away. the mixing station is unusable. no cream no milk. keep on going dont waste your time read more
