Wow! This Starbucks is off their game. It took 20 minutes for an iced chai and a cake pop. Even on the worst of days, that seems a bit excessive. And the gentleman making drinks (a younger guy with dark hair and glasses) was so incredibly rude. He was flat out ignoring every customer who attempted to ask him a question. And when confronted about it by 2 customers the manager (a nice lady with short hair) said, "Yeah, he's just overwhelmed." That doesn't seem like a reasonable excuse to play deaf/mute towards customers. Maybe you oughta move this guy to a different station that requires less of him? Doesn't seem like this store can handle a slightly busy influx of customers. read more

Went through the drive through and ordered a danish and a cup of whipped cream, not for the dog, but I did have the dog with me. I was expecting (and willing) to pay for the whipped cream. When I got the window the barista assumed I had ordered the whipped cream for the dog and proceeded to chastise and berate me for it. I told her it wasn't for the dog and I was expecting to pay for it. She was extremely rude and made assumptions she had no business making. Needless to say I will not be returning to this Starbucks. read more

This Starbucks I believe just opened maybe a few weeks ago.. I've been to this location twice now and the service has been not only very friendly but with a sense of calm urgency... which is nice.. I tend to make my way to the plaza next door, will definitely make this location a part of my routine. read more

This location has great Nitro tap cold brew, which is excellent. And I feel the service has improved, friendly and on their game. We have been in there different days and times, and noticed lack of cleanliness on the floors and table tops. Crumbs and sometimes stickiness on the table tops. I've never witnessed anyone wiping tables or sweeping floors. (Busy or not very busy) It is a real turn off. We shouldn't have to clean our own table off. It should be taken care of by staff on a rotating schedule at least every hour, but better on the 1/2 hour. More often if there is a down time. We go to the location in Golden and do not have this problem. read more

I am a Starbucks regular and my experience at this location today was horrid. Gage was incredibly rude and when speaking to Manager Becky about it she let me know they had been really busy. They put whipped cream in my Flat White and I am diabetic. They would not remake the drink. It was an appalling experience! I will never stop in this location again!! read more

***Drinks are rarely correct. There's maybe one nice barista, the rest have been rude and never given me the correct orders. I rarely ever leave bad reviews but I've rerouted the way I come to work so I don't have to stop here for the office, intentionally. Customer service is key, but not here, obviously. read more

When I went in I was completely ignored by all five of the employees behind the counter at that time. I was the only one there at the counter waiting to be served. After waiting about a minute and a half or so a very smug young man with a smirk on his face came over and just stood in front of me at the cash register without saying anything to me. So I asked him if he was ready to take my order. They gave him my order and pay the bill and then proceeded to wait and wait for my coffee to be brewed. After it was brewed they gave me the coffee didn't bother to put a sleeve on it knowing that it was hot sitting down on the counter and just walked off. I don't usually take time to leave reviews but my experience this morning was appalling, depressing, and the gentleman who opened the Starbucks this morning should be out of a job. I was heading to the airport this morning for an early flight - planned to stop and grab a coffee and breakfast before and was happy to see this shop opened at 4am. Initially drove to the drive through around 4:05am and no response. Drove around, parked, and hopped out of the car and ran inside. I said "good morning" with no response from the man who was working. I stood at the register for five minutes, patiently waiting with zero acknowledgement. After feeling like I was just a big hassle for him, I decided to leave. He finally said "hello" as I was walking out the door. I said, "I'll just go somewhere else" and he replied "that's fine." If you can't handle the job at 4 am then don't do it. Pitiful service. read more

I love the new location, but like most Starbucks I've been too, there needs to be more detail put on cleanliness! This one in particular had crumbs and trash on the counter where you order and pick up your drinks. The dining areas floor is filthy, the tables are yuck too. Someone need to get out there and clean people! Hire more staff, owners! These poor folks can barely look up from running around like crazy making orders! Also about the new bathroom sitch at Starbucks now, the either or, So for us gals who sit, yeah not so fun to see what drips the guys make on the seat, it's not the guys fault, really, I mean can't we have our own ladies room and guys room. Friendliest Starbucks staff I have ever met. I go there at least twice a week and have never had a bad experience. The staff is efficient, and the drinks taste much better here than the Starbucks I used to go to. Especially the coffee (Pike's Place). You can tell they never keep coffee longer than they're supposed to (like some of the other stores seem to). Totally agree with Darika, they are really quick! read more

My Starbucks. The majority of the people here are awesome. There are a few that I could do with out, especially at 6:15 in the morning but what ever. I am here damned near every morning and if there isn't anyone in line, the girls will start my drink as I get out of the car and it will be ready by the time I finish paying. My drink is always wrong. I have had to call the customer service line multiple times to get my money back. Please work on accuracy for orders. It is so inconvenient to get the wrong drink and not be able to come back to get the correct one. I will not be back to this location. read more

I came here to meet a friend for coffee and I have to say, it's just like every other Starbucks I've been to. My drink order was made to perfection. The baristas were very friendly, and they don't mind you hanging out long after you finish your coffee. This Starbucks is super high volume very busy place so if you don't like waiting probably not the Starbucks for you but the staff is great friendly and my drink is always right and it taste great it's always worth the wait for me. read more

Only 2 stars because I hate how it's the only store that doesn't put the sleeve on your drink for you (and I go here often... happens every time), other people have to wait for me to put down all my stuff (wallet, keys, other food I've bought) just to put the sleeve on. Really inconvenient and if I don't put down my stuff to do it, I feel like I'm going to spill my hot drink. I have no other complaints about this store, but this part of it is really annoying. read more

*Disclaimer: the one star is to point out ONE bad experience. I've been here before, and had decent service, but want management to be aware of today's incident. If its rectified, I'll edit the review. Today (10/07/16) at approximately 8:45am, I ordered a grande chile mocha and was served by a young barista with blonde hair. She was nice enough, and the place was rushed, but when I picked up my drink it felt a bit light. I left since I was in a rush and there were 10+ people waiting for drinks. I drove away before trying the drink. Turns out my grande was smaller than a tall, about 10oz of liquid. Then, upon tasting the contents, I promptly dumped it down the drain because it was little more than a drip coffee. I figured 2 shots of espresso would make the low volume "grande" super strong, but it seems it was so short because I was short changed the only important part: the ESPRESSO. I go to Starbucks for consistency, but I did not find it today. read more

Disappointed this morning as I'm on my way to work and stop for breakfast at this Starbucks. I'm a teacher and can rarely treat myself. I was excited to get some amazing coffee and food. The coffee was great and just what I needed. However the food I got was a cheese danish and bagel that was room temperature, definitely not fresh. The real cherry on top of my day though was the woman working the drive through window who handed me my food. When I asked her for a water no ice she gave me the meanest look. That me asking her for a water was the rudest thing I could have done. I understand I should have asked at the intercom. However when she handed the water to me she didn't say a word as I said thank you and apologized for the inconvenience. I then told her to have a great day, trying to be the better person. She just gave me a smirk laughed and closed her window. In difficult times like this past year, it is really disappointing when you do support a business that one of their employees is rude to their customers. The actual rudest service ever, both times I've been through here the employees who served me both deserve to be fired each time they got the orders wrong and argued that it was correct. Worst experience we have ever had at a Starbucks. Placed order never got our food even though others behind got their food. Went to counter and was told they had no food service help? They just looked at us like what do you want. I said wanted our money back? The cashier said needed to get manager. Manager came and wanted to know what I wanted? I said just give me the cost of the bagel - I said worst experience from Starbucks, she just shrugged her shoulders and said sorry. Came here for two cups of coffee of a Tuesday night at 7 pm...you know, it being a Starbucks and all...not a tall order. Apparently, it was. They were completely OUT of coffee. So unheard of for a coffee shop..and a Starbucks nonetheless. It's like a gas station being out of gas. It doesn't happen. Horrible experience today, will never be back to this Starbucks!! Waited in drive through 15 min, ordered coffee and a kids hot chocolate, when handed the kids drink if felt really hot, I took a sip and it was super hot. I told the young lady in a very nice way, "FYI this kids drink is really hot, y'all should be careful since it's a kids" she said really loud and aggressive "I did not make it" with her hands in air I responded "I did not say you did just letting you know" she yelled again that she did not make it, I asked for a manager she told me no, I had to leave there was a line. I waited for the manager who I quickly relayed story to, she said nothing I was like ok well your cashier is really aggressive and she said, "well I disagree" and motioned for me to leave. I love this Starbucks! It is the only one I seem to go to. I think the service is amazing and that the product is always amazing, the one time it wasn't perfect, they were more than happy to remake it! Ty always seems to be my barista and never disappoints. The only issue I have is that they recently rearranged the tables. I loved how it was set up before. read more
