First time having Dutch Bros and I'm not sure what should wow me. I've opted for their iced latte and my husband got their matcha latte and both drinks fell flat for us. The iced latte tasted mostly of milk and the matcha latte tasted too sweet and banana-flavored-ish which is odd because banana matcha is not on the menu. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the service I received from the chick who took my order was honestly awful. The chick who took my order acted irritated from the second i rolled the window down, like helping customers was a burden. Her attitude was dismissive, impatient, and unnecessarily rude. I just want my Dutch man. Customer service costs nothing, and basic kindness goes a long way, but apparently that was too much to ask for here. Management seriously needs to address the way customers are being treated because one employee's attitude can completely ruin the experience. I love Dutch but I will never come back to this location due to the poor customer service. Unfortunate. read more

Solid location where you can just walk in a garage like area. Great for people with bikes that don't feel safe locking them up, just come on in. Same with people who love their dogs, bring them on in. They decorated for Halloween so that's fun to see. Good job guys 5/5 read more

I was here two days in a row. On the first day, I ordered a Cookie Dough Freeze and it was perfect. On the second day, I got a blended annihilator. I've only had iced annihilators and the blended was nasty. It didn't even taste like annihilator. Tasted like water and strong coffee. No hint of macadamia or sugar. We stopped on Monday before the evening rush on St Patrick's day. The girl who was taking and accepting payment was not in the mood or in my opinion friendly. I asked her to explain the personalized drink one more time so the passenger could hear since the drink was different from her regular order. The tone, body language and rapid response of the girl made it clear she didn't have time for us. This has NEVER been my experience at a chain and we've been going to Dutch Bros for at least 4 years. It was July 20, 2025 and the guy working the counter I cannot remember his name (maybe James, im not sure) was the nicest barista. I told him I had a dairy allergy and he said he would make me a drink he thought Id like. It was an Iced horchata cinnamon with drizzled carmel oatmilk. I got a small size. It was so amazing! There is space to stand at some high bar like tables and there are a couple picnic tables for sitting. I took mine to go. They have many of the sweet coffee drinks one would expect. For a coffee place, most of the drinks on the menu were highly sweetened with a coffee flavor (think Starbucks PSL) - only "regular" coffee available was an Americano. Recommend this for people who love candy cane flavored coffee drinks, but for someone who likes drip, pour over, or french press, I'd look elsewhere. read more

We ordered a 16 oz SF Rebel can in the drive-thru and the Broista at the window started to hand us a not SF can. Wow! Drinks are amazing and the drive through service is so efficient. It's definitely worth experiencing this coffee!

When we drove up we noticed the line was very long and moving slowly. When we made it to the window I quickly realized why. Out of the three ladies no one greeted us, or tried to make conversation. All three were chit chatting, among themselves, dancing, and goofing off. The last thing they were interested in doing was making drinks. When we finally received our drinks no one thanked us for our business, told us to have a nice day, just silence. This little coffee shop is my go to coffee shop. The coffee is so very creamy and sweet just the way I like my coffee. My 2 favorite drinks are the double torcher and the carmalizer. Despite not being a huge coffee person, I signed up through the app to receive a free medium drink for my birthday (which they gave me 2 weeks prior and was valid for 14 days). I was surprised by the variety of drinks that they had. Although the menu in the store is short, online, they have what seems like an endless list of options to choose from so make sure to take a look online when ordering. I went with the peach cobbler which had vanilla, chocolate, peach and macadamia nut and it was sweet and delicious. The actual location was a bit odd because there is not someone taking orders at the front, you have to ring a bell, and even then they can't really hear because the music is blaring. There is nowhere to sit per say but there are tables you can stand if you desire. It just wouldn't work well in the winter because it is not completely enclosed. First off I want say that the gal that served me was nice and did fine. I purchased a gift certificate for a friend who likes DBros .. and then a medium Americano at $10.00. I tipped her on their POS pad and there you go. Now quite frankly, the Americano was tantamount to drinking hot light brown water. I paid 10 bucks for this. *Sigh* You live and learn. Yes, it's my first time at DB buying a coffee. (I had a green tea lemonade last summer and it was not bad) I know they only specialize in froofy drinks, and that their coffee is far from anything Starbucks can make. But that's comparing apples and Buicks. I blame their business model for the lack of making a decent coffee. Hell, I can pull a much better and richer espresso from my personal Italian rig and can also get a decent and much better cup from a 7-11. I just wish DB would really take making good coffee seriously and the froofy drinks would be secondary. One can only hope. I won't be back there for any future coffee cravings. Sorry guys. Just tried Dutch Bros for the first time recently & haven't gone back to any other coffee place since! The worker described it as a "build a bear for coffee" & our first order was free! Their customer service is really upbeat, it almost seems like a requirement to have chaotic good energy lol. I like the annihilator, it's strong with 4 shots of espresso but sweet like mocha. We used to come here daily but the drinks have really gone downhill. Ice americanos are watered down now, even with an extra shot. If you ask for oat or almond milk you never get the right one which makes it horrible if you have allergies. They can't even get an ice tea right anymore. So disappointing. I only received attuide from the worker Ary. She is extremely unprofessional and has the worst attitude ever. She acted like she didn't even want to be there anyways. And continued to treat me like i was the problem, while she remade my drinks I saw her fake nails constantly going into the drinks and that's so unsanitary during a pandemic. She left my drinks sitting on the counter not labeled with no straws or carriers. How am I supose to carry all my drinks. She then proceeded to purposely ignore me and kept making eye contact and says "what", I asked for straws and a carrier and she comes back and continues to roll her eyes and slammes the straws infront of me on the counter and still no carrier. So I stand longer waiting and this poor young man came up and gave me a tray cause Ary was incapable of doing so, he apologized to me for her actions and felt bad, she is an awful representation or a terrible leader. Not to mention my remade coffee had a short brown/ black hair in it and the way she treated me I feel she did it purposely. She never apologized once, I only received eye rolls and a tone of voice. I feel very uncomfortable going to this location. All of the employees there beg for TIPS. Please tell me why I have to tip you for ringing up my order? My order is only $5 and each time I tip $1 because the employees will immediately turn their IPad over while I'm in the drive thru after I use my credit card and so say "oh no pressure, but do you want to tip"? I only tip because if I don't who knows what they will do to my drink if I don't! So, to avoid this situation I downloaded the app and selected the no tip option. You think this stopped them from asking for a tip? Heck's no! So, I said to myself okay I'll just go in and order so this way I can scan my app and walk away, but nope that didn't stop them for harassing me for a tip today! So, today I went in about 8am and ordered my usual drink. I scanned the app to pay and immediately walked off. You guys won't believe what I'm about to tell you, but the girl in a high pitched voice while I'm half way across the room walking away to stand in the doorway to wait for my drink says "wait, wait, wait! There's a tip option"! While holding the IPad out the window. So, I walked back over and hit the $1, because apparently she is desperate for a tip. Then I said to her " you know you guys make customers feel very awkward and make us feel obligated to tip you" and she says "well this is how they train us at Dutchbros and most restaurants in Denver is automatically adding tips to your bill". I just said "wow". Smh. I will never ever ever come back to this location. I have been coming here for 6 months and probably tipped $30-$40 on drinks, because I was TIPPED SHAMED! I will now drive to a different location although this one is conveniently located. I have been to other Bros and my order have been completed and never asked for a tip. Please better train your employees! If a customer scans their app to pay and walks away it is not okay to call them out for a tip. Apparently I had no interest in tipping. At this point it is harassment. They are not waiters ,so I should not be shamed into tipping for a service I did not receive.
