I was very happy when we found out my hometown was getting a Starbucks but honestly it kinda sucks. Every time I come they take forever or my drinks aren't what they should be. I avoid coming but the closest Starbucks aren't for another 30-45 min in both directions. They need to get better management or hire more people. read more

This is consistently the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I come here often because I work nearby, and most of the time it's a negative experience. The wait times are terrible, I usually mobile order when I'm 30 minutes out and it's never ready when I get there. I order a very simple drink and they get it wrong all the time. We stopped here on 8/12/23 on our way out of town at 6 am. I pulled through the drive way where I made order. When I pulled up I rolled my window down made my order, and rolled my window up and drove forward, I quickly noticed that there were a large amount of mosquitos that entered my car. When I got to the window and under the light, there were hundreds of mosquitos flying around outside the drive thru window. In the 2 minutes it took for me to make my order and roll the window back down to take the drinks, I had at least 100 mosquitos in my car. The picture is of my foot and at least 50 mosquito bites on it. That's only one foot, my other foot is worse. I'm just disgusted. I could feel the mosquitos landing on me everywhere and biting me. On top of that, they didn't have the Swiss baguette I ordered, they made the wrong drink twice, and the mocha that they said was correct was so disgusting i didn't drink it. Terrible experience. What an EPIC fail this place is. Got to the drive through at 1:32pm today with a VERY SIMPLE order: 1 iced blonde sugar free vanilla latte 1 hot blonde sugar free vanilla latte Simple right? NOPE. When we got our drinks, at 158pm, both drinks were iced and one of them DIDN'T get the vanilla part OF A VANILLA LATTE. The one that got the vanilla was supposed to be HOT but came iced. Unreal. I am a traveling therapist who lives off coffee and the Starbucks in Williams is by far THE BEST one I've ever had. I live in Sacramento so trust me when I say I've tried several. The staff is always so friendly and attentive. I love the ambiance of the place and the close knit community. Made a pit stop at this Starbucks on my way back from Oregon. Preordered on the mobile app for in store pick up to save time since I was traveling in a Semi truck and can't go drive thru . Upon arrival to the store staff members were busy working and even though one employee made eye contact with me she never had the courtesy to acknowledge me or let me know that should would be with me shortly to help me. I had to speak up in order to be acknowledged and even then they just told me to pick up my order at the far end corner of the counter. The cup with my drink had my name covered with the brown cardboard heat protector so I had no way of knowing this was my drink. I waited for about 15 minutes until I spoke up again and that's when the employee checked and told me that was my drink. I will never be coming back to this location because their customer service is horrible! read more

I'm actually a repeating customer but just today I walked in, ordered my drink went to use the restrooms and both had restrooms out of order. I marked maybe only because they have somewhat good customer service. I believe any place that sells food and or drinks that has restrooms should allow it's customers to use the restrooms and if this is not the case I'll take my business else where. read more

I went to starbucks months after they opened, i was at drive thru and I ordered a caramel frapp and when I got it it tasted watery. They did not make it right because i order this drink all the time at other locations. I also want to note that the car in front of me returned their drink and received a new one, im assuming it wasn't made right. Today I ordered smores frapp on drive thru, it had the chocolate syrup on the bottom hardly any whipped cream in between and on top of that it tasted watery. I hoped that after months of being open they'd get it together but they have not. The only thing that tasted right out of my order was a pink drink and i cake pop. read more

We've been waiting in anticipation for this Starbucks to open and there's still a bit of a learning curve. Currently both lines in-store and drive thru are considerably slower than what you would expect from Starbucks. Mobile order is a roll of the dice. Sometimes my order is ready, sometimes not. Sometimes my order is correct, other times not. Sometimes it's sitting on the counter, other times they find it next to the drive thru register. I'm sure they're all new with new processes, but a veteran leadership presence with patience is needed during peek hours. If you're in a rush, you may want to skip this trip and return back when the wrinkles have been ironed out. **Update: Much more efficient now!** read more

Keep driving to the next starbucks. I would give this Starbucks zero stars if i could. The customer service was horrible, they cut me off twice while ordering, and didn't catch my whole order. And then while i was at the window they came out for .2 seconds so i never had a chance to tell them the rest of my order. They made my drink incorrectly twice. I waited over 15 minutes and had no time to sit and wait for them to remake it again. Essentially i paid $8 for food that wasn't made properly and a drink that wasn't even the same that i ordered. I stopped by yesterday Sept 1 around 10a. This was the slowest Starbucks drive thru I have ever been to. Created my order with specifications and by the time I got to the window my order was $13 and some change. Cheese danish (warmed) and a large Carmel Macchiato??? Where do I begin? This has been one of the best experiences I have ever had at a Starbucks and it was all because of one special barista!!! I have been here many times and have gotten SASS from other baristas but I think I have found the one you should model all your baristas after..... And his name is Ralph or it might have been Rafael. We stopped here on our way to Clear Lake, a couple hours into a long trip with a toddler and a baby. We needed bathrooms - these were clean! We needed a changing station - also clean! And located in the open sink area, which was nice since there was quite a line for the bathrooms. We needed a place for the toddler to stretch out - the store is spacious, clean, with comfortable seating and a nice, large outdoor patio. We appreciated the coloring books, crayons and board games set out for customers. And this mama needed COFFEE, which was well-made and prepared quickly! We were so grateful for the unexpectedly pleasant stop that we made it a point to stop at this store on our way back through. My husband & I stopped by the Starbucks in Williams, CA on June 9th on our drive back to the Bay Area. The coffee latte was probably the worst once I've ever had. My husband had plain coffee. He asked the gal to redo the coffee as it was barely warm so she poured him a 2nd cup. Both of our coffees were lukewarm at best. The worst Starbucks location I've been to. With 7 workers at 6:15am and only two people in line, it took them 10 minutes just to get my order. If you want to wait 10 minutes to order in drive thru and another 15-20 mins to get to the window come here. I came and waited 25 minutes in line just to get to the window for them to switch employees and the woman that came in asked what I had ordered. I only ordered 2 refreshers. One had been made and the other one I had to wait 5 more minutes for. To top it off the refreshers were made with lemonade after telling them no lemonade that both the hibiscus and açaí refreshers had to be watered down TWICE to not be so sugary. This place is a complete joke for Starbucks and the employees need way more training. read more
