Despite the store being far from busy, there was no effort to welcome customers -- no greeting at all, unlike the standard I've come to expect at Starbucks locations nationwide. When my 78-year-old mother, who has some difficulty hearing, asked about the summer drink menu and requested samples, the employee helping us was distracted, curt, and visibly irritated by the questions. She informed us there would be a 20-minute wait because she needed to help other customers, despite there being only three other people in the store, none of whom were waiting to order. When we said we'd rather leave, she reversed course and explained she actually needed to prepare samples for other customers first -- a detail she hadn't mentioned initially. The interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful, particularly toward a senior customer, and I found the lack of transparency frustrating. Having worked in customer service myself, I was surprised by this level of service at a company that prides itself on the customer experience. Based solely on service and cleanliness, I would not recommend this location and won't be returning.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

They make their own syrups, which is so hard to find! We got the cascara latte and honey lavender.... I have never tasted cascara but it's the cherry of the coffee bean and it's one of the most delicious coffee flavors I have ever tried! They put cocoa and citrus on top and whoever made these syrups is a genius. They nailed the flavors, this tastes like they've been perfecting these syrups for ages! The honey lavender latte, was the best I have ever had! And I try them at most coffee shops, they made this one PERFECT! I can taste the quality honey and the lavender is infused perfectly! I can't stand when other places use junk honey, this place was AMAZING! I had scrambled eggs with crispy potatoes and extra crispy bacon AND Biscuits and gravy on the side. Delicious! I am only 135 pounds so I always have leftovers! The people were super friendly that were having breakfast! They have indoor and outside seating and doggy friendly! They also had beer and wine and mimosas. You can watch the planes come and go on their shaded patio! Easy on and off the freeway! Ps.
