This is a great Starbucks for mobile ordering. The service is hit or miss on how quick they are but they do a good job making the drinks. There is a drive thru, but it gets backed up pretty frequently due to people placing their orders instead of using it for picking up mobile. It'd be more efficient if the people using the drive thru were just picking up. The parking lot does get busy and can be annoying to navigate since it's so small. read more

This is a busy Starbucks. Mobile ordering is a good option. They also have drive-thru, but I recommend going in to pick up your order. I think it's faster. It's fun to eat inside occasionally to see the comings and goings. The food is hot and good. This is a good location for those going to Sentra medical center, Walmart, or any where else in the area. Parking is free, though the lot can get a bit chaotic. I always park facing out for an easy exit. read more

Fast service and friendly, helpful baristas plus a nice outdoor patio for summer dining. They also have a drive thru. Always clean! About as good as a Starbucks can get. The parking lot is a little tight due to all the other businesses in the plaza. If you hit at peak hours recommend the drive thru which is always quick moving. read more

This Starbucks came up closest to where I was staying while on vacation in Williamsburg, Virginia. Very nice location, parking is ok, spacious environment, clean!! As soon as I entered, I was greeted by Eowyn and she was very nice. Sadly they were out of a few things I wanted and of course that wasn't the baristas fault but I was a little disappointed. Things like the tea bags for for the medicine ball, honey and guava, etc. Anyway, I ordered a Peach Tranquility Tea and got my husband got an Iced White Mocha Expresso. We both enjoyed our beverages. I LOVE this Cedar Valley location of Starbucks on Rochambeau! It's ALWAYS busy, but the staff are on it and I can see them working their hardest to fulfill all the orders and they always greet me with a smile. I do not like going thru the drive thru because there are just so many cars. So I try to do mobile order and pick up in cafe. They usually always have my drink order ready by the estimated time proposed on the app. The interior is nice, but a bit small for the amount of customers they have. They do have some outdoor seating options which is nice. read more

Went through drive thru and ordered a drink. After I got my drink, I ran in to use the restroom. When I exited the restroom an associate who was behind the counter proceeded to say, " wish we had the locks on our bathrooms so people didn't just come in and use it." The first Starbucks I've ever been to with bad customer service. We was not greeted when we walked in neither were any other guest who walked in after me. They were not busy just standing around. They didn't ask our name (I see a previous comment said the same thing and they are right!) I was leaving Walmart and decided to treat myself to Starbucks since I had some cash on me. I don't drink coffee often but I had a long work day ahead of me. This location is always friendly and the long line moves pretty fast as I always go through the drive thru. Since this is in a shopping center the drive thru is shaped a little odd and you have to be careful when pulling off. I pulled up to the window and handed the cashier my $5 bill. I had the change and was trying to hand this to her as well. Once she opened her hand she dropped the $5. I understand mistakes happen but it was the way she handled it. I tried to see if I could see the money so I could get out and she stated it was under the car. Still having her hand out for me to pay. She didn't seem remorseful or try to help me out as there was a long line and if I moved my car up the next car would move and this is a disaster for getting hit or causing an accident. I would've appreciated if she said sorry don't worry about it or came out to stop the other cars so I could grab the money. I paid with my card and pulled forward to get my car out of the way. When I tried to get out to grab the money the cars kept pulling up and there was no way for me to grab it. All in all it wasn't about the money but the way the cashier treated me and went back on her headset to take orders. I won't be coming back to this location. read more

Rude service, nasty restrooms. The servers gave the impression that they were not happy to be there. I get that these jobs aren't careers for the vast majority of the employees, but the impatient attitude was alarming. Maybe don't ask if the customer is ready three times when there's no one else in line? The restrooms were nasty. Pee on the bottom of the seat and floors that could use an intense scrubbing. The drinks were great, as usual. This is the only thing keeping it from getting 1 star. You can go here and expect the usual Starbucks fare, but don't expect to be treated with civility. read more

This Starbucks is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to in my life. I have been to Starbuck locations all across the US and all across the world, and this location in Williamsburg VA is the worst Starbucks in the history of Starbucks. It was my birthday the other day and the drive thru worker didn't wish me happy birthday and was especially rude and did not even extend basic greetings like have a good one or something. I went again this morning and the lady kept correcting me through the drive thru asking me if I really wanted a chestnut praline macchiato and kept correcting me about my pronunciation of it. She also got my drinks wrong. When I got to the window she was even ruder and refused to give me a drink carrier. My girlfriend and I were traveling from Fredericksburg to Virginia Beach on the afternoon of April 10, 2022. During our trip, we thought to get some coffee from what is most of the time a surefire bet for the finest brew anywhere. At the Cedar Valley Starbucks in Lightfoot, however, we found out that we could not have been more wrong. This was, by far, the most disgusting location we have ever seen. Despite being nearly empty of customers (there were a few in the drive-thru, but none in the restaurant itself), it was appalling. From the filthy eating area to restrooms you would normally find at a low-rent gas station, we knew we would have been better stopping for coffee at a New Jersey truck stop. What made it worse was the fact that I had to wait ten minutes for a cup of coffee. As I've already written, there was nobody in the restaurant; what kind of coffee shop does not have ANY coffee ready to go? The next time we travel through the Williamsburg area, we'll make sure to give this Starbucks a wide berth and look for gas station coffee, instead. read more

This place is unreasonably slow. I spent over 20 min in the drive-thru. There were only two cats in front of me. And I only ordered one drink. A customer DIED inside of this Starbucks location and they stayed open and continued business as normal while there was a DEAD BODY INSIDE OF THEIR CAFE. Health code violation much? The employees were wonderful throughout everything and were also clearly distraught. But I'm so disgusted with the company. The slowest Starbucks ever! I've waited over 20mins for a drink at 6am with no one else in the drive thru, or in the store. However, this past Sunday sealed the deal for me. I ordered a simple coffee and was instead given a half consumed beverage that was cold and obviously had been one of the baristas beverages. They didn't even apologize and then took another 5 mins to get me another coffee! I don't know what is going on at this store but it definitely is not what I expect from a Starbucks. read more

This location did not live up to the average Starbucks. It wasn't as clean as most of the Starbucks I have been in. The trash where you put straw wrappers was full. There were straw wrappers on the floor. There was a problem at the register with the person in front of me so they had to open another register to wait on the line of people that had formed. The barista was not paying attention and messed up my drink. It was minor but this rarely ever happens. I won't be back. read more

Nice little Starbucks about 1.25 miles from the highway. Clean bathrooms and standard coffee. Service was friendly. It's a bit tight near the ordering line, so for those who need a cup of coffee (or two) before they become human again, PLEASE MAINTAIN YOUR DISTANCE from the other patrons. They mean you no harm, and their pleasantness isn't purposely countering your misanthropic demeanor. Nice outdoor seating area. If you'd like to wait 25 minutes for a mobile order you ordered with a 5-9 minute estimated wait, then this is the place to go. Promised the husband it would be a quick detour since we are on a tight deadline and BOY, DO I REGRET MOBILE ORDERING HERE. Not only am I in the dog house with the family, but I contacted the manager to submit my complaint and she said the only way she can help is if I come back to that location to receive a free drink voucher for next time (assuming for that location only) or receive a refund--this isNOT helpful for traveling families. Not only did they need more employees working at this time, they also need to STOP MAKING DRINKS for mobile order customers that have 5-8 drinks on their order and are not even there when there are many other mobile order customers already there for single drink orders! Free drinks and refunds restricted like this are not helpful to travelers and are frankly downright silly. Store managers should have the ability to credit to your account. I didn't even want to the drink after waiting there so long. SOS to Starbucks web app developers--create an I DONT WANT MY DRINK button for customers who want to leave/ want a refund, because that was just stupid and I would not recommend that process to anyone. read more
