First time at this Starbucks located off Richmond Rd outside the Williamsburg Premium Outlets. The entrance is funky to access, so strike against for this alone. Parking is also an odd layout. With the drive-thru line long I parked and went in. It's a very small shop with very limited seating inside. The exterior has seating as well. The shop looked updated and presented nicely. Service at the counter was slow and unfriendly which shocked me. The order of small black coffee and bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich. Order was out quick and a tasty sandwich and coffee redeemed them. read more

This Starbucks is located near the outlet malls and tucked into the corner. It's a bit hard to get into the parking lot if there are a lot of cars. Definitely order ahead on the app if you are in a rush or can't afford to wait 10-15 minutes or more if they are busy. I usually do pick up in store because the drive thru can get long and if you're unlucky, you could be waiting behind 5-7 cars. The employees always greet me as I come in the door and when I leave. It's a smaller Starbucks but usually clean. I've never really sat or stayed at this location. read more

This location can be slow at times whether you go inside or the drive thru. The staff are very friendly though! In the morning when they open is when I've had issues: I takes them several minutes after opening to take my order and they usually seem to be scurrying to get themselves together for the day. It's a high traffic shop...I feel like they should be ready to go when they know that there's always a line at 6am waiting for them to open. read more

I had to come back for them to remake my green tea frappuccino within 5 minutes of leaving drive thru. It was like i was eating a snow cone with very very little matcha flavor. Crunchy ice was a no go for me. The drive thru took 10 min literally. They are pretty slow but I'm happy that they remade it for me. I'm not sure if they were really happy about it though. The ice whipped chocolate milk they made was not pretty but my niece loved it. Every time I went through the drive-thru they did always thank me for waiting ...so I'm assuming this Starbucks is usually slower on a regular day. read more

I was instantly reminded of our old hometown Starbucks where the staff knew our names and our orders - I feel like that's the kind of service you would get at this location if you were a local. This Starbuck's hit the spot today! We were famished for some breakfast before hitting the outlet shops. We stopped in for no wait time here and got two spicy breakfast sandwiches and drinks. There was a trainee working the front desk who didn't know how to do the double shot on ice with milk that was on the menu. This Starbucks location showed their true colors. I ordered a caramel frap and was in total shock that three whites people received their order before me, who happened to place their order after me. Once I raised my attention to Lauren, she said they were working on it. First review. Woot!! This is the first Starbucks I've been to with the La Boulange pastries. I tried the pecan tart and the regular croissant. I didn't get a chance to try the chocolate croissant since that seems to be very popular. They were both very tasty and fresh. They warm it up for you unless you ask them not to but c'mon, who doesn't like warm pastries? This location isn't very big. I saw a sign on the wall that said there was a 33 person max. There was a couple of long tables and a few small tables along the wall. They do have a drive-thru so that's a plus. All of the employees were very cordial and professional. This location is directly in front of the Williamsburg Premium Outlets and across from Food Lion. I wish this Starbucks was closer to my house. I love it! This is definitely my designated Starbucks in Williamsburg. read more

Consistently great drinks! Staff was friendly and they were COVID compliant when going through the drive thru.

Today I had an awful experience. I pulled to the drive through at 6:44am. I ordered a caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel. I asked for the caramel to be at the bottom of the cup rather than the sides. When I got to the window, the young lady with the beige hat was very rude. She said $4.76 and here's your straw. No good morning or anything. I let that slide bc maybe she wasn't a morning person. She gave me my Frappuccino and there was no caramel at the bottom of the cup. It was around the sides. I ask for caramel at the bottom of the cup bc who can taste the extra caramel stuck to the sides. After all I paid for extra caramel. I let the lady know and she closed the window on me. How rude! Luckily I had to get to work bc I would have gave her a piece of my mind. I don't want a refund. However, I suggest management get this person from the window. She does not provide good customer service. Please play back your cameras to see this encounter. I will be reporting to corporate. read more

The used to be efficient, competent, and friendly. Now they are not. It takes forever. They don't ring up the drinks correctly or make them correctly. 20 minutes for 2 drinks is too long to wait. They rang us up for a venti when we asked for a tall. We paid for a Venti and they gave us a venti. The Frappuccino was for a 6 year old. They gave us attitude about refunding the like $3 and then poured the venti into and around the tall cup making a big sticky mess. The manager was not helpful at all. We started tasting our drinks to verify, by pulling our masks down briefly, and the cashier actually YELLED at us from across the room to not take our masks off in the cafe because there's a pandemic going on and she did not want to get COVID. Listen, I get it, but at no point did any of us completely remove our masks. We were much further than 6 ft from any and all of the employees AND we were the only customers in the cafe at the time. I ordered the coconut milk mocha macchiato, and they were out of coconut milk, so I got soy (which I'm convinced they charged me for), and I got super gross sediment on the bottom that made me want to gag. I was really ticked when they started to develop this open plot of land until I found out it was going to be a Starbucks! That's a fair swap for an employer that values it's workforce. The crew is always friendly and faster than most Starbucks, particularly the drive through. This isn't the biggest Starbucks and it can feel crowded at peak times. Be careful turning right out of the drive through! It is very tight and people driving in crazed for caffeine cut the corner close sometimes:) read more

I am very disappointed in my service I received this morning. I stop at Starbucks every morning for my morning coffee, normally "Starbucks" near my house but I was out if there area this morning and stopped at this one. A large group apparently had came in before me and order drinks and breakfast sandwiches. Obviously understaffed the poor cashier behind the register, who you could tell was new, was doing her best to keep up and that was fine, it took a little longer than my normal in and out coffee stops, but it happens. What was not fine was the way the apparent manager was talking to her employees and demanding her to go fix "whatever she did over there" and that she needs to stop taking orders until she figured everything out.
