So tired of every time that I go here I'm in a Drive-Thru for 10 to 15 minutes with only 3 to 5 cars in front of me. We were greeted and given or servings of the quality product I have come to expect. We sat, for almost two hours until the store was closing up, in great conversation. Never were we bothered, asked to hurry up, told they were closing, or given a bad look. Thanks for being so laid back! read more

The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because most of the time I'm waiting in the drive thru 15+ minutes. I understand when you are going peak times (weekday mornings) the wait times will be higher. But, I've visited other locations during peak times and the wait times don't compare. I've been visiting this location almost 4 years and the long lines have stayed consistent. This Is the only Starbucks I go when I go to a Starbucks .... Why? Service ! There are two guys, usually at late afternoon-night shift that are super nice and make the best latte ( that Starbucks can make ) have tried other Starbucks in the past and discovered that even tho they must have a "formula" for tier drinks, for some reason these guys make it different and by different I mean delicious ... If we spot them working we get in! If not, we go our way. Wet thankful for their service. One is a short hair blonde and the other has black hair ( longish? ) and had a huge beard and just shaved lol ... We saw him last night and commented about it ! Summer is here ... Beard gone ! It's a starbucks ... what is there to say. They make the coffee well, and store is clean and the staff is friendly. The interior was recently redesigned and it appears the interior is a bit small to find room to sit and read, write or whatever. But, I usually don't park myself there for any particular reason so it's in and out, or through the drive through. read more

I drink Starbucks often and have been to pretty much every location in the area. This one is the only one that gets my drink perfect all the time. Staff is super friendly. It's a pretty busy location so sometimes the drive thru does back up but their customer service makes up for it. read more

I stop here a few times a week. They see me coming and know what I want. Very friendly staff and consistent coffee.

Worst service ever. Only at this star bucks . I usually go to the one on lake Mary Blvd . I get a double espresso with 4 pumps of vanilla and soy venti . Always always always since this store has been open paid 2.95$ No question. I relocated my job which I thought this Starbucks conveniently next to job . Nope . I've been going here for one whole week and I order the same stuff and the prices change everyday , I about had it and told them what I usually pay and why it the price always different . Whoever helped me was trying to argue with that I'm ordering a latte forcing me to settle and be charge for a latte that's one the menu that I didn't ask for to begin with. Clearly they don't care about having regulars . Never again will I come to this Starbucks . I'm beyond upset right now & don't think Starbucks will continue to have my service . Quick service and delicious joe. The only downfall is the atrocious parking lot. But overall a lovely place!

This is by far the busiest Starbucks I've ever been to! I guess being next to Panera and being in the same plaza as Publix and Chipotle doesn't really help that much. But anyway, despite the fact that I know I will have to wait a little bit no matter what time of day I come here, I have never been disappointed with the convenience and the friendly service here. When I used to work at Little Caesars in that same plaza, I came here quite often, and I've also come here quite a bit on my own time to study for my classes. This location does very well, and I don't think it will be going away anytime soon. :) read more

The baristas here are pretty good, but the place is ALWAYS packed and there aren't near enough seats.

I go here every day and get a double venti mocha light frappacino with two pumps of caramel and hazelnut syrup. Always perfectly made.

Worst Starbucks around sadly; the baristas here are the most inconsistent in the whole of Orlando area. The staff does not seem to care that their drinks are not up to par, management certainly doesn't seem to care because if you say something about it you're met with attitude and an explanation of how the drink is supposed to be made... Worst Starbucks in a 30 mile radius. I really like Starbucks coffee... I'm not a fan of their prices, which seem to go up and up as their drinks get smaller and smaller, but I do like their coffee. I frequent many of the Starbucks in the area and this is by far the worst. The lines are always long both at the drive thru and inside. Just stopped by again and the line at the drive thru was long so I parked and went inside. Again, the line was to the door and only 1 person taking orders. They need more help. I have been to this location one day a week for the past two months. They consistently screw up my drink. But today not only did they screw up my drink but the barista called me an ass and gave me an attitude when I asked that it be remade. I ordered a venti caramel brûlée latte. The morning weekly crew are the best. The weekend and afternoon crew on the other hand is a different story.

Staff is not friendly but they are efficient & I wish there were more seating options. Few things to state - when a customer has to hand you not one but 2 carafe for half & half at least offer fresh h&h don't just grab them and slam them down, when asked for a refill I find it unsanitary to reuse the same cup, dust your light fixtures above your bar they are gross. Typical Starbucks. Nothing different than other locations but parking lot is tricky (busy).

Since the starbucks opened on aloma i never visit this location anymore and im so happy. I frequent starbucks about 3 times a week and have had several bad experiences in this location. First of all if you are going to the drive thru plan on being there awhile...and if you are going inside don't park in the spaces in front because you will get blocked in from the long line of cars from the slow drive thru. Although some baristas were friendly..some were not. I once had waited 20 min or more in line causing me to be late to work and when i got to the window to pay with my app my phone closed it out..as i was trying to quickly reopen so i could pay the rude barista shoved my drink at me and said nevermind its on the house in the most rude unprofessional way ever...i felt so infuriated and disrespected and even a little embarrassed that i didnt come back for months...i even drove to goldenrod to get my coffee...i always try to avoid this particular location. read more
