So this isn't my favorite Starbucks to walk into, but I do use the drive through quite often. The reason I don't prefer to come in most of the time is the wait is way longer inside. They definitely have more staff working the drive through than the cafe. My wait to order was about 4 mins even though I was the only one in line, and it took another 7 minutes to get my drink, which is never a problem in the drive through here. All and all the store is always very clean and the drinks are consistently well made. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is the time it takes inside. read more

Always a good day when Starbucks is one of the stops! I haven't been inside this location before, but I've hit the drive thru a few times. The line was wrapped around the parking lot, which is a pain to navigate btw. So I went in instead. It's a nice location! It's spacious and has a nice sitting area. It was much faster than the drive thru line! I got a large tea and hung out for a bit, then left. Love the tea here! It not too expensive for a good size tea! read more

Solid location inside of the Colonial Town plaza. They are a strip mall location without a drive thru, so you'll need to pop inside to grab your items. They do have order ahead access on the app. The inside is usually busy so be ready for a wait or limited available seating. They do have the classic feel that the chain offers. Standard food and drink offerings you expect to see! Overall: A Solid location, no drive thru, but all the other standard items. read more

The coffee, americanos, Frappuccino and mocha lattes may be the same from Starbucks to Starbucks but there are many things that stand out as different from store to store. From the drive-through to the in-store experience this location sets an example on how all should be. This location, while convenient to me, has been consistent with exceptional service and 100% accurate orders. The inside of the store has a nice ambience with plenty of seating to relax, work or study. In fact, the last time I was in this location, it was full of people with their laptops enjoying the space. There are 3-4 Starbucks within a 8 minute drive from me. This is my favorite location. Needless to say, I'll be back. read more

Very friendly and quick. The drive through line was very long but they got me through in less than 5 minutes.

This Starbucks has to be hands down the quickest I've been to thus far. They kill it in the drive-thru, I've never waited more than 4-5 minutes, if that! Indoors it's very comfortable, and plenty of outlets. I find that the WiFi is pretty strong too. Parking in the lot making it easier to grab and go. I've enjoyed the food and pastries, I'm always satisfied. In addition to all that, I really appreciate the staff that works here. They're pretty awesome. read more

I really like the atmosphere, good coffee, and nice interior. This is a good place to study or chill with friends. The drinks and foods were all tasty and worthwhile. If you're up for a fresh place with beautiful architecture then this is a must to visit. The only thing that really need some improvement is the service. I came in they took my order then I was waiting for like 7 minutes for my drink when all it was just for a quick pour into a cup but other than that will be only reason I give this place a 3 stars. This particular Starbucks location is conveniently located on East Colonial Drive in the downtown Orlando area. It is a convenient stop to grab a coffee and get back on the road in a relatively quick amount of time. As a quick disclaimer, I am not a big fan of Starbucks. I just find it overpriced and I feel you are paying more for the name rather than the quality of the coffee. However, business associates and friends have dragged me through these locations. The service here was friendly and there was no issues. If you know Starbucks, you know what you are getting into. read more

I tend to prefer independent coffee shops over Starbucks, but this location deserves praise for having a large and comfortable interior (more so than most independents in the area), ample seating, and quick, friendly service. I also realized today that a 12-oz americano (my go-to) costs a full dollar less here than at the neighborhood independents, which quickly adds up when you spend as much time in coffee shops as I do. Unfortunately, I still don't love Starbucks' coffee, which I've always found to be a little bitter and inconsistent. It's not terrible, but coffee can be a lot better when done right. read more

I'm not a Starbucks devotee - heck last year, I don't even remember getting a free drink for my birthday (or maybe I just missed it)! On this day, I was waiting for my wife to get her hair done; getting here early, I see this store right across the street. It was kind of hot for an early May afternoon, and thoughts of a tall cold one that's not a beer struck a nerve. So I whipped out my phone and ... frustration ensued. No matter how hard I tried, it kept taking me to my 'usual' store (from which I last ordered). When I finally leapt over THAT hurdle and placed the order, it comes back saying at the end that they're out of matcha! Call me unforgiving, but even with the well-documented logistics SNAFUs all over the place (not a recent phenomenon!), any time you're out of something, but the customer doesn't find out until after he places his order, it feels like a "GOTCHA!" moment. So I had to choose something else: a white chocolate mocha frappuccino sounds enticing, but what size? So do you think the app gives you any prices whatsoever when you're trying to decide? You'd have to wait till the last screen to see prices. Not very customer-friendly. Maybe this secrecy is born out of self interest: see, if customers know it's just 50 cents more for the L over the M, no one in their right mind would not spend 10% more to get 50% more. But such is the Starbucks system! The inside is hipster cool, with breezy music piped through the sound system. They were not busy, but almost every table was filled with people chilling, looking at their phones or 'working' on their laptop. There were a good 5 or 6 staff members working that shift. To their credit, my drink was available sooner than first suggested when I ordered it. The tip jar was not near the pick-up table, giving me a chance to put more steps into my Fitbit. There was no napkin holder at the pick-up area, and I kind of wanted a couple. So over to the cream station I went; lo and behold both were empty! So back to the counter I went to ask for napkins. An apology was offered and accepted. The drink was totally unremarkable: it was rich alright, but there was no discernible coffee or chocolate taste to it. I'm also not sure if a properly blended frapp is supposed to still have unblended ice chips in it: this one (and others I've tasted before) did, and I'd prefer a chilled but properly-blended drink with no grit in it. I'm not going to suggest that every visit I make to a Starbucks something bad happens - this was not typical. What's typical is a L-O-N-G line out the door (mostly at airport locations, I'm talking about, since I am not a frequent user). I can't bear to wait even for the best beverage in the world, if I can help it. I don't know - maybe Starbucks and I are just star-crossed. read more

I love how spacious this location is. Plenty of seating if you want to get some work done, and located near lots of restaurants and markets. Drinks were good and made quickly. Parking and traffic can be a bit of a hassle on Colonial, but this is a Starbucks worth visiting if you like coffee spots! read more

When visiting this Starbucks lately, I almost want to ask the person on the order speaker, Why are you here. I understand supply chain challenges but this location is chronically out of fall flavors. Last time there 10/13 decided let's go with standard offering - went for plain vanilla as a grande. No grande cups. I love to speak with people but if you are serving coffee and a lite menu, and don't have even cups now. Why the heck are you there? Maybe is therapeutic for their works to let customers know they just don't have it. Big, Chain, sad employees, indifferent service. You win Starbucks - it's a nice new store but if you keep it empty it will last longer. read more

I know, I know... it's a Starbucks. Did we really need another one? Probably not. Am I glad they opened in this spot? A definite yes! I used to go to the Starbucks at Colonial & Maguire, but this new one is actually walkable for me which is a huge plus. The staff is friendly and service is quick, especially when I mobile order. I always take my drink to go, but there's plenty of socially distanced indoor seating and a nice outdoor patio. While I do support independent coffee shops as well, Starbucks is a reliable and convenient standby. And I admit the rewards program keeps me hooked in. I'll definitely be a regular here. read more

I am boycotting Starbucks. This is going to be tough because I get a coffee pretty much every day, but lately I've been getting my coffee and its only 3/4 full, and when I say something they just stare at me and say nothing. I can't tell who is a manager vs. regular employees, and I mobile order and pick up 98% of the time because I am working and I don't have time to wait to talk to a manager or for them to make a new drink. I shouldn't have to do any of that though, for $9 it should be full. This happens to me the most at the west Granada location. read more

We just stopped by and the barista, Joe, was so joyful, personable -- just wonderful. The best Starbucks I've been to in orlando by far. It's the newest one if I'm not mistaken. There's plenty of indoor seating, although not currently available. There's a few tables outside but not all shaded. I decided to hit the drive through today and I've never been through a quicker line and I was behind 11 cars. Closes 1-2 hours early all the time. always states staff shortage but there 5-6 employees in the building. Turned the lights off at 7:15 as I was pulling into drive-thur, but their hours say 8:00pm. This Starbucks is constantly getting orders wrong and out of items on a daily basis. unfortunately bc I go To Starbucks twice a day and this one is 6 blocks from my house.
