Stopped by for coffees on our way to Briggsville. Tried to fit thru the drive thru with our truck and trailer but we didn't fit so we pulled around and parked outback. Walk all the way around to get to the front door, walk in and instead of a greeting we get harshly informed that we need to go thru the drive thru if we didn't have a pick up order. I explained we just tried drive thru but didn't fit, she said okay you can download the app and order online we say okay and start doing that...less than 30 seconds later one of the baristas yells at us for not wearing masks, I explained that neither of us can wear masks because of health issues, she continues in a raised voice telling us we need to drive thru the drive thru then....we started to explain again about the truck and trailer and she was just so rude that we left. Terrible way to manage the situation by any of the staff working today. Enforcing a mask mandate is NOT a baristas job and I wouldn't have even minded explaining that to her if they were at all accommodating but they were not. read more

The service here is seriously lacking. Charged me for the wrong order, then charged me again for the right order. Thankfully, I pulled up the history on my app while they were making the correct order and was able to request a refund. No apology, nothing. Surly drive-thru staff who clearly dislike working together. I love Starbucks, but this location is the exception. read more

Let me tell you this might be the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. I ordered my drink no whipped cream(as the can stuff makes me sick) it came with whipped cream I nicely asked them to remake the drink the way I ordered it, with an attitude the girl took it back as I watched her just scoop off the whip cream and hand it back to me. I am aggravated at this point and once again ask her to remake the drink with more attitude she does not that matters at this point my 5+ dollar drink is junk as I throw it away as she hands it to me as I am sure miss attitude since she did it wrong then choice not to remake did something to it this time. Walked into order, a lady welcomed is right in and was going to take our order then the Karen making drinks said that we couldnt order Inside because they had to "catch up". what kind of BS is that? Really bummed there isn't a caribou in this town. read more

I love coming into this Starbucks! All of the girls are super friendly, a few of my favorites are Lacy,Keri, Kass, Lexi & Jen, although all the ladies in the afternoon & evenings are friendly, I don't know all their names. I can go several other places for coffee & internet but I prefer this location to all others. read more

This place is my daily stop for quick coffee, I have the app so I place my order in line and I am able to run in pick up my drink and keep it moving. The barista's knows my name which is always nice. My only con is that the parking lot is so small that sometimes I have to wait for a spot. read more

Seems each time I go in to this place I ask myself why? Without fail I hear workers / staff talk about their problems or more often than not - about how customers make their life difficult in some way (don't know how to order, don't know how to pull forward in the drive through when the customer's order was not ready, etc.). I know help is hard to come by in this area - but seems like we customers are a nuisance and they would all feel better if we just went away! Great staff and awesome service...when they are open... This location is so unreliable as it closes early almost daily so you can never trust that you'll get a drink when you go during their "operating hours." Management (primarily on second shift) really needs to step it up and take accountability for their poor staffing instead of using it as a constant ongoing excuse for why they can't keep their location open to serve their customers. If the second shift manager is struggling to get her shift staffed, she needs to actually be present to run her shift instead of working on the morning crew who do not need more help as we rarely see her there during second shift hours. No other business' in the Dells has daily staffing issues like this Starbucks so you can't keep blaming COVID on your poor staffing when the manager is never present on their struggling second shift. They must have forfeited at the very least tens of thousands of dollars in lost revenue over the past few years from daily early closures due to the poor management skills of their second shift manager... read more

I went to Starbucks during lunch today. I asked for a Strawberry açaí refresher and I forgot to ask for lemonade, and when I got my drink is when i realized. I asked the lady that gave me my drink if she could add lemonade and she said yes. But then this other lady yelled at me and said I need to ask in the beginning. I felt offended. I thought the customer is always right. She makes me not want to sent my money there anymore even though I love Starbucks..!.! read more

I went twice - coming and going - for a northern vacation. The first time I was served rather cold oatmeal but the coffee was nice. I asked them to warm it in the microwave - they don't have one!? Probably corporate policy. The chairs in the lobby need to be replaced last year - dirty and beat up. The second time the service I received was really nice and saved this store from getting a 2 star review. read more

This was the only Starbucks in town that's the only reason we went there. The people were nice but it took twenty minutes for two drinks which even I can make in less than four minutes. I don't highly recommend it but I don't completely banish it either. read more

Terrible service. Was there 3 times between Sat morning and Sunday afternoon just to get decent tea. Staff doesn't know their products, how many tea bags go with each size hot tea, and one girl who seemed new just stood there after I ordered a scone - after seeing the order label 3 minuets later, the manager asked if she had served it to me yet. (No) so new girl ripped open the storage bag & just threw it in the paper bag for me. Couldn't be bothered with heating it but I didn't have time to argue. read more

Very nice, used only the drive thru; but the customer service was great. The order was correct, even with all the additions and such to it. Will be coming back next time in the Dells. read more

I love Starbucks and I've been to different locations all over the nation. Usually the customer service is #amazing but when I ordered my husband's iced white mocha with Caramel drizzle in it I was surprised that it wasn't present when the drive through lady handed it to me. I noticed that the sticker on the side of the cup noted that there should be drizzle in it so I politely handed it back and pointed the missing drizzle out. The lady took the drink back began to fix it. I know my husband loves his Carmel all over so I called out to the lady to please put it inside the cup and on the whip. The window lady then comes back to the window and in some irritated tone begins telling me that I need to order that way when I am making my order. I was taken aback being the fact that I DID order the drink that way to begin with. Not only that but, a simple "ok" or "absolutely" would have sufficed. So I get my drink back. There's literally a drop of Carmel in it. I'm not one to cause a scene so I just left. But I just wanted to write this review because Starbucks is my husband and my favorite place to go. Being the fact that we are both in carreers that are always changing, Starbucks is the one place that offers us consistancy in our busy lives. I normally wouldn't even have time to write something like this but since I am on VACATION and am laying here next to my husband when he is asking me "Where's the carmel drizzle?"
