Our drink orders were done perfectly! Caramel Frapps with extra extra caramel, and a white chocolate mocha. All done perfectly. People often makes the frapps weird, and usually don't do the extra extra caramel. They were spot on. What is better was the service and friendliness of the barista. She didn't just take my order but actually asked about our day, and when my son shared about our beach trip she asked more about that. While at this Safeway, grabbed a hot coffee before heading out to run my other errands. Since it was past noon, I went for something sweeter and a bit of a treat. Grande, non-fat, no-whip, 2 pump mocha. Ok, for some that may not be a sweet treat, but since I usually drink an Americano, this is like a desert! Baristas were friendly and efficient. When I first ordered my Mocha made with "nons," I forgot to say no whip. The barista asked me if I wanted whip, recognizing that I probably didn't based on my order. Since I didn't mention it, she took the time to clarify so that I would get the drink I had intended. Clearly if she had added the whipped cream, it would have been my bad, not hers, which is exactly why I appreciated this small but important question and exceptional customer service. Usually, I'm highly satisfied with the customer service my family and I receive from partners at this location, but today I was utterly blown away at the outright disrespectful attitude and service received from the girl working the window. Her name is Alta. Alta, I don't know if you were having a rough morning or if circumstances outside of work have caused you to momentarily forget that you are paid to greet patrons with a warm smile and a friendly disposition, but if I were the franchise owner of this location, I know I would be sorely disappointed with your performance and representation of the Starbucks brand. Going forward, I highly suggest you try your very best not to speak rudely to or roll your eyes at friendly customers who expect basic common courtesy when spending $5 on a single beverage. When they first opened on two separate occasions I received the wrong order at the drive through window. One mistake was a shot of peppermint flavor in my pumpkin spice latte. Never have I tasted anything so horrid. I'm certain they realized their mistake because there was pumpkin in there too. Just make it again. Seriously. My second issue is the awkward conversion the baristas try to make at the window. I get the feeling they are required to ask how my day is going, or what I'm doing. It feels very forced. It bothers me so much that I often want to say something really inappropriate like, "I'm on my way to get an abortion.", but I haven't had the guts yet.. I keep going though... and the coffee has improved, but the window conversation continues. read more

Looked forward to my "white peach citrus tea w/lemonade" all during our bike ride so we stopped here. Ordered two "trentes "and when they came YUCH"! Instead of the typical bite out of a sunripened fresh picked peach we got what tasted like water rinsed out of a glass that had tea in it, sooooo disappointing. Parked the car and walked back to get it fixed, the guy at the window seemed completely confused and no user-friendly. The girl finally said , " oh I must have forgot to put lemonade in". So we waited and waited and waited and finally got two new drinks that again taste nothing like what we ordered. We left with watered down tasteless tea because we're convinced they don't know what they're doing and don't care. $9.50 for this, if I wanted tasteless I'd gone thru McDonalds and got a large iced tea for$1.00!!! Their quality of food and drink is pretty standard, however this location is not the best. I went twice over the course of our stay in the area, and both times was sub-par. The first time it took forever to get my order (and they weren't very busy, so there's no excuse), and the second time I received the wrong change back from the $20 I paid with, and it was like pulling teeth to get the correct change (not to mention it took them 10 minutes to figure out the math). They ended up having to refund my additional change from their tip jar. ... On top of that, this order also took forever, and when I reminded the girl that I ordered a grande Sumatra, it was out and I ended up asking for a different coffee that was ready to go. Since then I've been going to a different location for our morning coffee. Totally worth driving somewhere else than walking across the parking lot to this Starbucks. read more

Worst Starbucks I've been to in a while. I asked for a blonde espresso and they gave me a white mocha, with whipped cream on it which I specifically asked for no whipped cream. Next, I was grabbing a pastry off of the counter to add to my order, and they tell me the pastries up front are just for looks and that they've actually ran out of pastries for the day. What?! I was getting annoyed, so I asked for her manager and she splashed an iced coffee in my face! (Luckily it wasn't hot) I stormed out of the place as quick as I could. I'm never going there again. Was here for the eclipse Aug 21, 2017. The place was overrun! Despite the craziness, every barista was cheerful, friendly and took orders quickly! I am impressed with the professionalism of the staff. The line for the bathroom was 15 min long, but the staff was still keeping the restrooms stocked and clean, on top of everything else. Glad we stopped here, highly recommend it. read more

My least favorite Starbucks. Took them many tries to get our orders down. Also when we finally got our drinks, they weren't even made right.
