Slowest Starbucks I've been to in 4 years. Not sure what the deal is.. maybe they fly the beans in per order. I would skip this one.

Located at the Woodburn Outlets towards the North end, this Starbuck's is always busy. Even during Covid. They do a good job keeping the line moving and getting drinks out quickly. I mean, as fast as making espresso drinks, often customized, can be made! I find the baristas to be very pleasant and always provide great service. In the colder weather, I stop here mid shopping spree for an Americano or if I want a treat, a non-fat, no-whip, 2 pump mocha. A lot of "non's" but it makes me feel like I'm having something decadent! In the hot weather, I do the iced version of either. They always get my order correct and if I forget to say no-whip, they notice all of the other "non's" and proactively ask if I want whipped cream. That's customer orientation! Of course every experience is different, but all of mine have been positive. Plus, when there is a long line, I understand that things may take longer. It's about having the right expectations, being tolerant and feeling grateful that I can still get my coffee treat during these Covid days! read more

Stopped at this Starbucks located at the corner of Woodburn Outlet Mall. Thank goodness for a Starbucks!! A much needed coffee break!! We all NEED & LOVE Starbucks!! A small, clean, cute, Starbucks with friendly Baristas. & Perfect for Salted Caramel Mocha. ( one of my favorite seasonal drink) I am so happy this drink is available!! I enjoyed my drink, me & my other half. taking a break at the mall, & even more happy!! I noticed the Washington apple pound cake. ( seasonal item) This was so good together!! After this break.. Its back to shopping at Woodburn Mall!! * Today 9.29.15, is National Coffee Day!! Go have a coffee break & hopefully the Washington apple pound cake is still available. I work at the mall and go to this Starbucks very often and everything was good until today 11/04/23 I ordered a hot chocolate and there was a bug in my drink first I thought it was a fly that flew in but when I looked closer it was a COCKROACH. So I don't recommend going here until they fix the bug situation. read more

Convenienty located at the Woodburn Premium Outlets! Located in the front part of the mall, facing the parking lot on the freeway side. Many come here for their caffeine fix during their retail therapy adventures, and I'm glad to say that the experience I had was phenomenal. Being my first time at the outlets, this Starbucks has got to be one of the friendliest and vibrant coffee shops I had ever stepped in - from all of the other locations I've been (California, Nevada, and Oregon - I still have yet to visit their location in Seattle, WA!) Their baristas are fast and efficient, and make sure that they repeat what you said to ensure accuracy in taking orders! The coffee shop is on the small side, however, there are tons of seating and tables - with outlets to stay charged! It can get busy at certain times, especially when there are HELLA shoppers at the mall, mostly during weekends and holidays! However, don't let that deter you from not stopping in and getting a drink, because I'm sure you'll need that boost & jolt to get you going through your journey. They showcase the usual Starbucks menu, and don't forget that you can also customize your drink to your liking. In addition, if you happen to have your Gold Card, don't forget to use it to get your stars & earn your way to a free item in the future! I expect a location such as this to be packed around the clock. I get it. Busy Outlet traffic next to the largest attraction (Nike). But a 25 minute wait for an Iced Tea is unexplainable. The Store Manager should be ashamed of their rude, extremely slow and undertrained staff working today. After our agonizing wait watching only two of the five person staff actually make drinks and consumers who ordered after us receive their orders we spoke up...only to be greeted with a "what, yeah it's coming". No "I'm sorry for your wait" or "Our apologies we misplaced your order". What a sad experience. read more

I love Starbucks but I had such an annoying experience at this location. My morning order was messed up and of course I didn't realize it until I was already on my way to work (I should have known to check because this location has messed up my order a few times now). Normally Starbucks is great at handling customer complaints (I've worked there so I'm familiar with the polices). This wasn't even much of a complaint because I was super nice and understanding, I just wanted for it to be made right and normally they quickly and kindly do so. I stopped back in after work to explain that my coffee was made wrong and that I didn't get one of the food items I paid for. The barista said she had to get the manager on duty so I stood there for 9 minutes waiting for her to come out from the back. Once the manager was there she acted like she didn't believe me and told me I had to go into my app history to show her my order. I explained that I didn't purchase it using the app and that like most people I don't hold onto my coffee receipts. After asking me several more verification questions for 6 more minutes (making this 15 minutes before I'd even gotten anything and I was the only customer in the store) she finally gave me my missing food item and began making my drink. She didn't offer me a gift card instead or the option of a different drink. It was over 10 hours later so I wasn't really wanting the same caffeine fix I do in the mornings. She had already started making it so I just accepted it for fear or being interrogated about it and asked to present my social security card. It was such a simple issue to resolve and I was there for 20 minutes! I left feeling more annoyed than before I came back in. Really...if I was trying to scam free stuff, don't you think I'd be going for a Venti!?! read more

We came in at 6:50pm 10 minutes before closing which I can understand can be annoying. The young women were being rude when we asked if they were still serving and gave my mother a COLD coffee when it was suppose to be hot. I will not return to this Starbucks. Why is it every time I go through a drive through I'm always corrected? I order a white mocha and say "with whip" and some snotty girl ALWAYS says, "they come with ship". But if I order a white mocha and DONT say "with whip" they always ask if I want whip. So either way every time I go I'm always corrected. If I ask for whip PLEASE don't correct me. I'm a regular at Starbucks and use my app to pre order and so I did. Since I was in the outlet I was close by and decided to sit and wait for my drink. Only a few people there so didn't expect much of a wait. I patiently waited for my name to be called or my drink to be put up next to the order sign and nope neither 15mins later yes... I waited, I spoke up the girl said "oh it's here" she had it behind the counter not even near the order sign and said "you were supposed to say you're here" I said, "I've been here and there's a sign where it should b" She said "oh we said the name". No you didn't I was clearly here the entire time!! When I grabbed my drink it was not warm and light, I opened it and half empty wth!!! Probably because it was half filled with whip cream. I looked at her and said it's empty. She poured it out made a new one and just put it on the counter and walked away!!! I was livid. I turned to walk out the door and as I did she started chatting to her co worker about me. Little did she know I didn't leave the door I got a holder for my cup! Long story I know! Usually service at Starbucks is good, but then there are some like this one where everything was terrible. They need to spend a lot more time training their employees, especially how to smile and be a kind. They moved at the slowest pace I've ever seen, all 6 of them. They were all talking to each other and no one was engaging with the customers.The girl at the register wasn't sure what she was doing. Luckily, I got my order and it was correct, however I got a bagel with no cream cheese. So, I asked for one and it seemed like the biggest inconvenience and the girl doesn't even look at me says "sure". Didn't give me a knife with it and really didn't feel like going back and asking, so I just left. Never going back for sure. read more
