If I was from Oregon this would be my new local favorite Starbucks, the customer service here is great and the Coffee is good too. The store is clean and fast service. The service was too long, there were few people, but I waited for my 2 drinks for a long time. When ordering, I was not informed that they did not have the necessary ingredients, so they made me a completely different drink that I asked for. Terrible service, which cannot explain the composition of the drink and report the lack of ingredients, as well as refused to return the money, due to the fact that we were not given a check. On a road trip from Olympia,WA to Bay Area and needed some caffeine to help prevent the onset of tiredness. This is the first Starbucks we passed by that is open. We used the drive-thru and the barista/cashier was very patient while we're still trying to decide what to get. We ended up just getting the brewed coffee (Pike Place). One with cream and classic syrup and the other just plain. I wish my coffee is hotter though but maybe after adding a cream it affected the temp. Oh well, looking at the good side, I was able to drink it right away w/out burnin' my tongue. :) The coffee tasted good just the right amount of cream and syrup. read more

This location is going down hill so fast. It's most likely due to current staffing issues, but the wait times are ridiculous and the staff don't know what they're doing. I was at the window waiting for my drink that was right next to them, and the person at the window was trying to find my drink back with the other employees. Every time I go to this location, something is up, and this is the location closest to my house so I go often. I'd rather go across town to the Starbucks near Safeway. I recommend ordering ahead on the app if you're in a time constraint. read more

Abnormal large Starbucks location. Fast but not too clean. Starbucks coffee, per usual. Two bathrooms, which needed attention to detail (dirty and lack of toilet paper). Except for the size, expect Starbucks standards applied here. I happen to like the way Starbucks roast their coffee beans. However, I am often disappointed in the level of cleanliness in public sanitary locations of restaurants and shops. I wish that Starbucks policy would focus more on hiring enough staff to keep it all up to par. read more

A very busy spot on a Saturday in November! Their parking lot was full as we stopped in to grab breakfast on our drive South. The line appeared to be long so we traded off bathroom breaks while the other person waited in line - except they managed to break the line down in less than 5 min - this is an incredible Starbucks team here! My only complaint is that they were so good at getting everyone's drinks out that they didn't put the egg white sous vide bites in the oven until 5-7 min after I ordered and was looking around for them at the pickup area. I saw a male barista just plopping them into the oven at that moment. Luckily they don't take long to heat and we were happily on our way in no time. My friend had her dog with us in the car so it was a nice spot with grass for him to stretch his legs outside. The new construction of this building next to the Chipotle is really nice. Looking forward to future trips here when going to the outlets! It is awkward trying to get back to I-5 however if you go out one of the exits as the signs say no u-turns! So beware! read more

Their pickup location for mobile orders was a little confusing. I felt like i was reaching over their area to get my order. I did enjoy the giant wall of merch that they have. This store has a lovely ambiance! The staff is so helpful and kind, I felt so welcome and accommodated!!

The staff were not very attentive, we waited at the register for a few minutes while employees talked amongst themselves. The bathrooms were very dirty as well, with sticky floors and the sink was very dirty as well. There was also a fly in the food display case sitting on the food. read more

Seeing as they moved locations I was excited to try the drive-through. They were very pleasant responsive kind energetic and I was excited to know they were the fastest most thorough location I've ever been through. Only to find out they not only messed up my order they tried to give me complete dairy and completely ignored my coconut request even after repeating my order back to me correctly! Made it all the way out of the drive through before looking down before I took a sip and seeing whip cream, when I returned to fix it they informed me they never had any coconut milk to begin with. Hannah did stop me at the window miss you second time to make sure I knew any Starbucks would fix it and apologize. Hannah deserves 5 stars but poisoning someone with an allergy is what lands the one star. read more

We got coffee & dessert "for the road" two days ago. The coffee tasted much better than at any Starbucks we've patronized in the northeast or midwest in recent years, and the desserts were tasty. The woman behind the counter was friendly and she offered to warm up my dessert. On the negative side, there was almost no milk left and the only option was half-and-half. Nice starbucks, they had a lot of people working so I got my drink fast. The inside seating felt a little limited though and outside didnt have any umbrellas up to block the sun. I cant blame them given the time of year, but it's nice to sit outside on a sunny day when it is warm enough without the sun glare. read more

I'm sure that they have the sign at the drive through where you can read the order back that they entered so that you can potentially catch any mistakes or misunderstandings. Apparently not, as there is one barista that has not used it each time I get her and my drink has ended up wrong each time. I even sat there waiting for them to enter it because I didn't want it to be wrong and have to go back, and she didn't. I felt like she was giving me the finger. Hey, management, why pay extra for that feature if you're not going to use it? It seems like it's there to save you money by not having to re-make drinks, make sure that your customers are happy in the end and don't have to return to get the correct drink and it probably makes the customers feel like you're actually attempting to get things correct. Well, in the end, I called the Starbucks to let them know since this has happened a few times and it's not a 10 cent cup of coffee, but a $4.00 cup of coffee, but no one answers their phone on top of it. Complete disregard for customer service and extra frustrating when they have the technology there to help avoid these mistakes. 1 star. read more

I picked up my food from the drive-in window. They forgot to give my visa card back. I noticed my card was missing when I was at Portland. When called them, it took them 5 minutes after they went through all the cards in their possession, I was told that they do not have my card. Then, all the sudden I was told "oh wait there is one on the floor!". It happened to be mine! I drove all the way from Portland to Woodburn to get my card. The manager's name is Melissa (she refused to tell me her last name), no apology! I hinted that at least for a good gesture they can give me a cup of coffee. The manager said absolutely NOT! Free coffee is not the point, what I am surprised is that she never acknowledged nor apologized for their mistake and my inconvenience! That is the last time I would go to any Starbucks. read more
