This is just want the Watertown area needed-a legit sit down coffee shop with yummy baked goods! Stopped by here the other day after seeing it had opened. It adorable inside and love that they named it Starch become the building used to be an old laundry place. Extremely nice employees working who brewed delicious fresh tea do my ice tea. Also tried their coffee cake and it was yummy. Can't wait to go back and try some of their other goodies and drinks

Amazing coffee! I'm glad they have sugar free options! Nice workers, too! I wish there was an online order method though!

First timers and we will definitely be back! The customer service was phenomenal, they even made my…read moreson a little fruit bowl as he's so picky. The coffee is so good!!!! And they have some delish creamers to choose from. We absolutely loved the menu and when the food came out we were blown away. Everything was so delicious. And I was so thankful for the gluten free options! The ambiance is top tier!

This is my experience as an AuDHD adult, male-presenting person…read more I went to Déjà Brew and was greeted with smiles. Three people were prepping early in the morning--maybe around 8:30 or 9:00. The whole place had a warm, easygoing vibe. I ordered a Soul Shine smoothie and a BLT for later, with romaine substituted and garlic & herb sourdough, a Texas-toast-style bread. They called it sourdough, and maybe it was--but just a heads-up, it's on the denser side. I liked it, though! The interaction was great. They answered all my questions, and when I asked if I needed to make a purchase to use the WiFi, they said no--it was freely given. That small kindness already made me feel welcome. I took my time sipping my smoothie while researching what's next. When I was ready for my sandwich a couple of hours later, I let them know, then stepped outside for some air while they made it. When I came back, I found they had brought it right to my spot. That small, thoughtful gesture really stuck with me. The sandwich looked fantastic, and to my surprise, it came with a few thick-cut pickle chips--definitely dill, and so good. The BLT itself? Also solid. Big slices of tomato (which, honestly, I don't usually go for, but it's a BLT, so I rolled with it). The mayo--or maybe aioli?--was incredible, the kind that makes your mouth water. The romaine was fresh and crisp, and the bacon was good--though I wouldn't have minded another slice or two. When they brought it over, they reminded me that chips were included. I checked out the options and saw some good flavors, but I was craving something a little more nutrient-dense. I asked if they offered fruit with the meal, and they kindly offered me a banana. It seemed like something they don't normally do, but they were happy to accommodate, which I really appreciated. The total came to $21.60 after taxes, and honestly? Worth it. I spent five hours here, enjoying the space, the welcoming atmosphere, and the heater they had running on this cold April day. The kindness, the food, and the comfort made it an easy place to settle in for a while. 10/10, would recommend to a friend.

Popped in on Friday for the first time with my partner. The place smelled amazing. I have a bit of…read morea sweet tooth and couldn't decide what I wanted. The staff were so nice. We picked out several items to bring home: a scone, lemon cupcake, chocolate cupcake, a chocolate raspberry parfait, a raspberry bomb, and a brownie with peanut butter icing. We also both each got a smoothie, one blueberry, honey, Greek yogurt and a strawberry banana. Unbeatable flavor with the smoothies. So many different ingredients and the price was very reasonable! The treats were so very good. The peanut butter icing on the brownie was a little too sweet for my taste but omg still so tasty. The raspberry in the parfait was also too sweet (for our taste) but again, the flavor was SO good. I could not believe how tasty all these things were. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for something sweet and gluten free. It's so hard to get a really good gluten free treats around here and this is the place you can get them! This is my new favorite bakery! Also.. LGBT+ love and inclusion. They also do lunch items that I haven't gotten to try yet, but such a reall, REALLY tasty looking menu for those. I'm looking forward to going back and trying more items!

Bought a few cupcakes for the way home and they were a little strange, almost musty. Love having safe gf food and options and applaud them on being a safe place for people needing gluten free food.
