What a great breakfast experience! We were camping locally and decided to come to the Cherry Tree inn. Our servers were friendly, polite, and welcoming. One of which was Colleen the owner and she was lovely! Upon entering you are greeted warmly and can choose your seat. We were a party of 4 and all our food exceeded expectations. Items we had were the chocolate chip pancakes and French toast with locally made "sugar daddy syrup" which was outstanding. The meat lovers skillet which my brother added "I love that everything was cut up symmetrically". As well as a build your own omelet. All food was cooked perfectly and you can tell they make everything with love! To add we loved all the fun signs around the building some made us laugh! Rarely do I get eggs Benedict but today is special. This place rocked them and thoroughly enjoyed the plentiful hash browns that accompanied them, some left for hubby to take in too. Service was exceptional & friendly. Much to see on the walls. Great family run place. read more

Great breakfast spot! Extremely friendly service and the food was yummy! We shared pancakes, an omelet, hash browns (fresh potatoes which is such a plus!) Excellent breakfast spot! Arrived to a packed house but were seated quickly. Menu is great as are the prices. We had the eggs and country fried steak special - the sausage gravy was as good as you'll find in the south! Also had the strawberry stuffed French toast - very good more dessert than breakfast... they offer a stuffed strawberry rhubarb French toast we will try next time! I had the Tresso omelette - a spicy sausage and cheese omelet. Home fries are good and everything is scratch made. This place is well worth it - four of us ate and had leftovers for $44! Has an ice cream shop attached which is excellent as well! Only suggestion I would have is stronger coffee, cream in a pitcher not the little packets and offer grapefruit juice. read more

I've been to the Cherry Tree many times before but always for perch. This visit was for breakfast and, like their lunches and dinners, did not disappoint! We arrived to a jam-packed parking lot; however, our wait was five minute at best. The staff are mostly family, spanning decades from teens to grandmas. Service is fast and easy - and always with a smile. Your experience at Cherry Tree feels like being at home with family. Our table ordered a variety of foods; and, there was not one scrap leftover. The eggs are fluffy; the meats are high quality; the hash browns are fresh and crispy; the pancakes are heavenly; and, the toast is even perfect. Also, for the little ones, after my son cleaned his plate (a rare feat in the annals of breakfast eating in our house), he was allowed to pick a prize from the treasure chest. He was, of course, over the moon with excitement. What a nice touch for kiddos! For two adults and one child, our bill came to less than $25, which makes breakfast at the Inn a no-brainer. The service was excellent. It almost felt like eating at your aunt's house how inviting and friendly they were. In fact, the server brought out a plate of tiny little pancakes as a prank. The cook even commented that we were going to need a to-go box with those "massive" pancakes. Of course our real pancakes immediately followed. It was our first time here and they honestly made us feel like regulars. I just loved these people and their positive energy. The food was quick, cheap and good. The coffee was plentiful and our cups were never empty. If you're looking for a quick bite with friendly welcoming staff then I recommend a stop here for breakfast. read more

A go-to for breakfast when I'm in NNY. They always have very quick and friendly service. It can get very packed with people but that's more of a indication of quality and loyal customers. I've never had to wait for a table but I can see that happening during their peak hours. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great breakfast at very reasonable prices. read more
